The frame of the current common display device is generally formed by splicing four sections of an upper frame edge, a lower frame edge, a left frame edge and a right frame edge at corners, and fixing parts (such as side locking screws) are used for fixing at the corners on the outer side surface of the frame, so that the fixing parts can be exposed on the outer side surface of the frame, and the appearance attractiveness of the display device is affected.

The split type frame comprises a first frame edge and a second frame edge which are spliced at the end parts; a first fixing part is arranged at the splicing end on the inner side surface of the first frame edge, and a first mounting hole 111 is formed in the first fixing part; the inner side surface of the second frame edge is provided with a second fixing part matched with the first fixing part at the splicing end, the second fixing part is provided with a second mounting hole 222 corresponding to the first mounting hole 111, and the first mounting hole 111 and the second mounting hole 222 are used for the corresponding penetration of the fixing part, so that the fixed connection of the first frame edge and the second frame edge is realized. Specifically, in this embodiment, since the display screen is generally rectangular, the angle formed by splicing the first frame edge and the second frame edge is 90 °, and the first frame edge is the upper frame edge 1 located at the upper side edge of the display screen, and the second frame edge is the two side frame edges 2 located at the left and right side edges of the display screen respectively.
Further, in the technical solution of the present invention, the first frame edge includes a first substrate 13 opposite to the end surface of the side edge of the display screen, and a first side plate 14 extending from the inner surface of the first substrate 13 to be attached to the edge of the front surface of the display screen; the second frame edge includes a second substrate 23 opposite to the end surface of the side edge of the display screen, and a second side plate 24 extending from the inner surface of the second substrate 23 to be attached to the edge of the front surface of the display screen. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first fixing portion is a fixing plate 11 formed by extending and protruding from the inner plate surface of the first base plate 13, and of course, the fixing plate 11 may also be formed by extending and protruding from the inner plate surface of the first side plate 14; the second fixing portion is a first boss 22 provided on the inner surface of the second substrate 23, but the second fixing portion may be provided on the inner surface of the second side plate 24. In other embodiments, the first fixing portion may also be disposed on the side frame 2, and correspondingly, the second fixing portion is disposed on the upper frame 1, which is not limited in the present invention. In the technical solution of the present invention, the fixing member may be a screw (not shown) or a bolt, and specifically, in the present embodiment, the fixing member is a screw.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, after the first frame edge and the second frame edge are fixedly connected at the end portions, the inner side surfaces of the first frame edge and the second frame edge can face the inner side surface of the back plate to cover the back plate, and then the first frame edge and the second frame edge are fixedly connected through a fixing member (such as, but not limited to, a screw). It will be appreciated that the inner side of the first frame edge and the inner side of the second frame edge, as well as the back panel, are provided with associated mounting locations. In this embodiment, specifically, the inner plate surface of the first substrate 13 of the upper frame edge 1 is provided with a plurality of second bosses 12 at intervals, and the inner plate surface of the second substrate 23 of the side frame edge 2 is provided with a plurality of third bosses 21 at intervals; the second boss 12 and the third boss 21 are respectively provided with a first assembling hole 121, and correspondingly, at the edge of the back plate, a second assembling hole (not shown) is also provided corresponding to the first assembling holes 121, and the back plate is screwed into the first assembling hole 121 by passing through the second assembling hole through a screw, so that the fixed connection between the split frame and the back plate is realized. In addition, the split frame further includes a lower frame edge (not shown) spliced with the bottom ends of the two side frame edges 2, and the lower frame edge and the bottom ends of the side frame edges 2 can be fixedly connected by a currently common side locking screw (the side locking screw is preferably located on the lower surface of the lower frame) and shielded by a shielding sheet, and also can be preferably fixedly connected by the technical scheme of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the fixing plate 11 disposed on the upper frame edge 1 can move along the splicing direction (e.g., the arrow direction in fig. 1) until the first mounting hole 111 overlaps and communicates with the second mounting hole 222. Subsequently, the screws penetrate through the first mounting holes 111 and the second mounting holes 222, so that the fixed connection between the fixing plate 11 and the first bosses 22 can be realized, and the upper frame 1 can be fixedly connected with the side frame 2. Compared with the conventional scheme of fixedly connecting the outer surfaces of the side frames by using the side locking screws, in the technical scheme of the invention, the connecting parts of the two frame edges and the screws are positioned on the inner side surfaces, and the inner side surfaces face the back plate and are connected with the back plate, so that the exposed screws cannot be seen on the outer side surfaces of the split type side frames in an assembled state, and the appearance attractiveness of the display equipment can be improved. In addition, for the currently common scheme of using the side lock screw to fix the connection, a sinking groove is often required to be processed at the position of the side lock screw for pasting a cover sheet to cover the side lock screw, the process is more, the processing cost is increased, and the pasted cover sheet still has a certain influence on the appearance aesthetic property of the display device; in the technical scheme of the invention, because the side locking screw is not needed, the subsequent related processing procedures can be omitted, so that the structure and the processing process of the frame of the display equipment are simpler, and the cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, in order to make the upper frame 1 and the side frame 2 be better adapted and spliced, the first side plate 14 of the upper frame 1 is further provided with an abdicating notch 141 at the splicing port. Compared with the scheme without the abdicating notch 141 in other embodiments, in this embodiment, an abdicating space can be formed between the side frame edge 2 and the upper frame edge 1 by the abdicating notch 141, so that the phenomenon of stacking of the port parts after splicing can be avoided, and the appearance attractiveness of the display device can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3 as well, in the present embodiment, the fixing plate 11 is specifically provided in a rectangular shape, but it goes without saying that the fixing plate 11 may have another shape, for example, but not limited to, a circular shape. To facilitate the installation of the fixing plate 11, corners of the fixing plate 11 adjacent to the second substrate 23 are rounded.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, when the second fixing portion is the first protrusion 22 disposed on the inner surface of the second substrate 23, a fixing groove 221 is recessed on a surface of the first protrusion 22 facing the back plate on a side close to the upper frame edge 1. The fixing groove 221 is used for the fixing plate 11 to be stacked in a matching manner, and a second mounting hole 222 is formed at the bottom of the fixing groove 221. It is understood that in the present embodiment, the fixing plate 11 should be stacked above the fixing groove 221, in other words, the first mounting hole 111 should be located above the second mounting hole 222. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the first boss 22 may also achieve its fixing and connecting function when it is disposed in other shapes, for example, but not limited thereto, a fixing slot for the fixing plate 11 to be inserted into is disposed on an end surface of the first boss 22 facing the first substrate 13, and a second mounting hole 222 penetrating through the fixing slot is disposed on the first boss 22. It should be particularly noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the second fixing portion may also be another fixing plate disposed on the inner plate surface of the second substrate 23, and the fixing plate is provided with a second mounting hole; however, in the present embodiment, since the first boss 22 is directly formed by the third boss provided at the joint end of the side frame 2 after the fixing groove 221 is machined, the forming process is simpler and more convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment, since the first bosses 22 are further provided with the first assembling holes 121, after the fixing plate 11 is stacked in the fixing grooves 221, the surface of the fixing plate 11 facing the back plate is preferably lower than or flush with the surface of the first bosses 22 facing the back plate, so that the phenomenon of inconvenient connection between the split-type frame and the back plate due to the protrusion of the fixing plate 11 from the first bosses 22 can be avoided.
In addition, in the embodiment, since the fixing member is a screw, accordingly, the second mounting hole 222 located at the lower side should be a threaded hole, and the first mounting hole 111 may be a threaded hole or a through hole with a smooth inner wall. However, for convenience of installation, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first installation hole 111 is preferably a through hole with a smooth inner wall, and the hole diameter thereof is slightly larger than that of the second installation hole 222.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, further, a stop block 223 is convexly disposed on an end surface of the first boss 22 facing the first substrate 13; correspondingly, the inner plate surface of the first substrate 13 is provided with a limiting groove 131 corresponding to the limiting block 223, the limiting block 223 can limit the position of the first boss 22 by inserting the limiting groove 131, so that the fixing plate 11 and the fixing groove 221 can be more accurately matched and stacked, and the mounting convenience can be improved.
Finally, in the present embodiment, the upper frame border 1 and the side frame border 2 are preferably drawn aluminum frames formed by drawing aluminum material and then machining, in consideration of the overall material strength, cost, and processing convenience. Since the cross section of the drawn aluminum profile is uniform, the length of the fixing plate 11 should be less than or equal to the length of the second boss 12 in the direction perpendicular to the first substrate 13, i.e., the up-down direction, in order to make the subsequent machining process easier and more convenient; similarly, the length of the fixing plate 11 in the direction perpendicular to the second base plate 23, i.e., in the left-right direction, should be equal to or less than the length of the third boss.
