Abstract
The invention discloses an enterprise cloud service system based on a virtual desktop, which comprises an enterprise virtual server, a virtual desktop client and an enterprise data access unit; the virtual server is respectively connected with the virtual desktop client and the enterprise data access unit; the enterprise data access unit is used for accessing enterprise data and uploading the enterprise data to the virtual server; the virtual server is used for uniformly storing and managing virtual desktop account data, virtual desktop data and accessed enterprise data; the virtual desktop client is used for interacting with the virtual server to realize login and data processing of the virtual desktop. The invention can be associated with enterprise data on the basis of realizing virtual desktop office and unified desktop data storage, so that a virtual desktop user can access and operate the enterprise data on the basis of office.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an enterprise cloud service system based on a virtual desktop.
Background
Cloud computing and cloud systems are currently becoming the most important and most potential developing technologies in the field of information technology; in a company network (intranet) of an enterprise, a terminal device connected to a server is generally composed of a large number of personal computers or notebooks, resulting in very high costs for company network operation and management. Therefore, the current solution based on the private cloud system inside the enterprise is widely applied. According to this scheme, a personal computer or notebook is replaced in a dedicated cloud system with a thin terminal having lower processing power, and multiple virtual machines or sessions are run on a server. In this case, the server processes data generated by the virtual machine or session based on a standard RDP (remote desktop protocol) or ICA (Independent computing architecture) protocol and transmits the processed data (e.g., remote desktop) to the thin terminal. According to the mode, most processing is carried out at the server side, so that the thin terminal can adopt low-cost components, and the operation and management cost of a company network is greatly reduced.
However, the current virtual desktop system is limited to providing virtual desktops for enterprise employees, realizes the management of unified storage of virtual desktop data, can only realize the function of a personal office computer, cannot realize linkage with business data of all departments of an enterprise, and is inconvenient for enterprise management.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an enterprise cloud service system based on a virtual desktop, which can be associated with enterprise data on the basis of realizing virtual desktop working and unified desktop data storage, so that a virtual desktop user can access and operate the enterprise data on the basis of working.

Further, the enterprise data access unit comprises a plurality of data access modules, and each data access module corresponds to a department in the enterprise.
The plurality of data access modules comprise a human resource data access module, a financial data access module, a production data access module, a research and development data access module and a sales data access module;
the human resource data access module is used for integrating service data accessed to a human department; the financial data access module is used for integrating and accessing business data of a financial department; the production data access module is used for accessing the service data of the production department; the sales data access module is used for accessing the business data of the sales department.

the data interaction module is used for realizing the interaction between the virtual desktop and enterprise data, providing a data interface for a user corresponding to the virtual desktop according to the authority authentication result in the virtual desktop, and opening the corresponding enterprise data;
the storage module is used for storing the virtual desktop data and the accessed enterprise data;
and the account management module is used for carrying out unified management on the virtual desktop accounts.
The authentication module comprises:
the identity recognition submodule is used for performing login authentication on the virtual desktop account;
and the authority identification submodule is used for carrying out authority authentication on the logged-in virtual desktop account, and judging the corresponding virtual desktop and the enterprise data allowed to be operated in the authority range.
The storage module comprises:

The account management module comprises an account adding submodule, an account deleting submodule and an account authority setting submodule; the account adding submodule is used for creating or adding a new virtual desktop account for the enterprise cloud service system; the account deleting submodule is used for deleting the virtual desktop account in the enterprise cloud service system; and the account authority setting submodule is used for setting or modifying the authority of the virtual desktop account in the enterprise cloud service system for accessing enterprise data.
The virtual desktop client includes but is not limited to a thin client, a traditional PC computer, a smart phone or a tablet computer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can be associated with the business data of each department of the enterprise on the basis of realizing the virtual desktop office and the unified storage of the desktop data of the enterprise, when a virtual desktop user logs in, the virtual server carries out authority authentication on a virtual desktop account, and realizes the interaction between the virtual desktop and the enterprise data according to the authority authentication result, provides a data interface for the user corresponding to the virtual desktop, opens the corresponding enterprise business data, is convenient for the operation of staff on the enterprise data in the authority, and can realize the unified management of the virtual desktop data and the business data of each department.

The virtual desktop clients are generally multiple in number and are used for users of different accounts to log in.

The plurality of data access modules comprise a human resource data access module, a financial data access module, a production data access module, a research and development data access module and a sales data access module;
