the input/output (IO) bus 41 is connected to other components (the processor 42, the storage 43, the memory 44, and the communication device 45) of the server to which it belongs, and provides a transmission line for the other components.
The processor 42 typically controls the overall operation of the server to which it belongs. For example, processor 42 performs computations, validation, etc. The processor 42 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), among others.
The communication device 45, typically comprising one or more components, allows radio communication between the server to which it belongs and the wireless communication system or network.
The memory 43 stores processor-readable, processor-executable software code containing instructions for controlling the processor 42 to perform the functions described herein (i.e., software execution functions).
The user can communicate with the server through the communication means 45 of the server using the social application on the terminal, and when the object is all people in the picture, the functions of the identification module and the matching module can be integrated on the server, and the functions of the identification module and the matching module can be realized by the processor 42.
When the object is a person in a designated area in the picture, because the interface directly interacting with the user is a terminal and the user cannot directly interact with the server, part of functions of the identification module still need to be completed by the terminal, the part of functions mainly comprises object selection, the user designates the object by himself, and the designation mode can adopt modes such as clicking and circling. Other functions implemented by the identification module in the first embodiment may be implemented by the processor 42 on the server, and in addition, the function of the matching processing module may also be implemented by the processor 42.
Of course, it is easily understood that the above description of the functions of the terminal and the server is only a specific example provided by the present invention, and is not intended to limit the specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention.
By adopting the terminal provided in the embodiment, when the group photo is shared in the social application on the terminal, a user does not need to manually share the picture by specific members in a list with a large number of group members, the group photo is automatically shared by specific individuals, other irrelevant group members cannot be disturbed, and the terminal is more convenient for the user to use.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a picture sharing method, including:
s501: the person avatar of the object in the picture is identified.
The picture is typically a group photo, including at least two avatars of people in the picture. The object may be all people in the picture or people in a specified area in the picture. Specifically, how to select the designated area can be realized by clicking or circling the area, and one or more character avatars on the picture can be clicked, wherein the clicked character avatars are the avatars of the object; an area may also be circled on the picture, and all the character avatars in the circled area are the avatars of the objects.
The preset determination time can be set according to the requirement, for example, the preset determination time can be set to 10 seconds, and the user can send the picture to the social group first, but temporarily, the picture is not displayed. And then detecting whether the user initiates an operation on the picture within a preset judgment time length, if so, proving that the user wants to limit the object to be an object corresponding to the character head portrait in the specified area, otherwise, considering that the user does not limit the object, and automatically enabling all the people in the picture to be the object.
In specific implementation, two sharing modes can be set in advance, and the corresponding sharing mode can be flexibly selected. An automatic global mode in which a user does not need to specify an object, and objects corresponding to all character avatars included in a picture are automatically taken as objects. And a manual designation mode is also set, and the manual designation mode is suitable for the condition that the user has specific requirements on the object, the user designates the object by himself, and the designation mode can adopt modes such as clicking, circling and the like. According to the corresponding mode, the corresponding object is determined.
S502: and matching corresponding target members from the group members of the social group according to the character images of the objects, and acquiring the communication information of the target members.
Specifically, a group member contact list is usually stored on a terminal or a server, and the group member contact list usually includes a communication information entry, where the entry is used to store communication information of each group member; also included is a group membership information entry for storing information, such as a real avatar, representative of the group membership. The specific storage manner can be seen in table 1.
Each item corresponds to the communication information of one group member and the real head portrait picture, the person head portrait of the object can be identified through the picture, the person head portrait of the object is compared with each real head portrait stored in the contact list of the group members, when the person head portrait of the object is consistent with each real head portrait, the object is matched successfully, and the communication information of the matched object is obtained from the corresponding item.
In a specific embodiment, a human face recognition technology can be used to extract human features on a picture to realize human comparison, and consistency is judged according to the similarity degree of the human features displayed by a comparison result. For example, face recognition techniques may be used to extract the character features of the character avatar of each object in the picture; similarly, the human features in the real head portraits of each member stored in the member contact list are extracted by using a face recognition technology; and comparing the character characteristics of the character head portrait of each object in the picture with the character characteristics of the real head portrait of each member stored in the member contact list, and when the similarity reaches a similarity threshold value, determining that the object is successfully matched. The specific similarity threshold value can be flexibly set according to the requirement on the accuracy. Specifically, the real avatar may be an avatar displayed by the user in the social group, or an avatar stored in the server or the terminal but not displayed.
S503: and sending the picture to the target member by using the communication information of the target member.
When target members corresponding to all objects can be successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the head portrait corresponding to the objects, the communication information of the matched target members is directly acquired, and the pictures are shared to the matched target members by utilizing the communication information. However, in the process of matching objects, such a situation often occurs that only some objects are in the same social group, and therefore, some objects cannot obtain the communication information thereof according to the group member contact list in the manner described above, and thus, the objects cannot be directly subjected to picture sharing.
In one embodiment, when only some target members corresponding to the objects are successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the head portraits corresponding to the objects, indirect communication information of the objects which are not successfully matched is obtained from the matched target members, and then the images are sent to the objects which are not successfully matched by using the indirect communication information. The indirect communication information here means communication information acquired by an indirect method. The communication information and the indirect communication information described in this embodiment may be social communication information, such as a QQ number, a micro signal, or the like, or may be a telephone number, or the like, as long as transmission and reception of a picture can be achieved. The indirect communication is then used to send the picture to those objects for which the match was not successful.
In another embodiment, when only target members corresponding to a part of objects are successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the avatars corresponding to the objects, an instruction may be issued to those target members who are successfully matched, and the instruction may be issued to at least one target member, where the instruction is mainly used to notify the target member that, after receiving the picture, the picture is to be sent to the objects which are not successfully matched. In order to prevent repeated transmission of each target member, the target member checks whether the communication information of the object which is not successfully matched is stored after receiving the instruction, if so, feedback information is given, the feedback information is received, the other party can know that the picture can be shared with the object which is not successfully matched, then the target member confirms to send a confirmation instruction, and the target member sends the picture to the object which is not successfully matched.
When only target members corresponding to part of objects are successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the head portrait corresponding to the objects, the pictures are shared to the objects which are not successfully matched in the above mode, no matter the communication information of the objects which are not successfully matched is obtained through the target members which are successfully matched, or the pictures are directly shared through the target members which are successfully matched. For example, avatar matching may be performed from WeChat images or from collected or published pictures.
The terminal receiving the picture through the indirect communication information also judges whether the terminal needs to share the picture after receiving the picture, and if so, the terminal shares the picture in the social group where the terminal is located.
By adopting the picture sharing method in the embodiment, the problems that in the prior art, when pictures are shared in a social group, irrelevant users are disturbed and influenced can be effectively solved.
Fourth embodiment
To facilitate understanding of the picture sharing method in the third embodiment, the present embodiment adopts a specific example to describe the picture sharing method in the third embodiment, please refer to fig. 6, where the picture sharing method includes:
s601: the user A sends the group photo containing A, B, C and D through WeChat group on the terminal A, and confirms the object.
An object is determined, which may be all people within the co-illumination or people within a specified area in the co-illumination. In this example, the user A clicks the head portraits of B and C in the group photo on the terminal, and proves that the user A wants to share the group photo with B and C.
S602: a second is matched from the group members of the social group.
A WeChat group member contact list is stored on a terminal used by a user A, the item of the group member contact list contains the communication information and the real head portrait of the user B, but the communication information and the real head portrait of the user C do not exist. Thus, B is matched out.
S603: and sending the group photo to the second place and acquiring the communication information of the third place from the second place.
And sending the group photo to a second terminal, wherein the group photo can be displayed on the terminal where the second terminal is located, and the second terminal can store or share the group photo and the like. And C, acquiring the communication information of C from B, and if the communication information of C is stored in B, transmitting the communication information of C to A.
S604: the group photo is sent to the third.
If the communication information of the third party is stored in the second party, the first party receives the communication information of the third party sent by the second party and sends the group photo to the third party by utilizing the communication information of the third party.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of a terminal for executing the picture sharing method in this embodiment is shown, where the terminal in this embodiment is a smart phone, and various social applications, such as QQ and WeChat, can be run on the smart phone; these social applications typically have group chat functionality where members can share group photo images. As shown in the figure, by adopting the picture sharing method, when a user needs to share pictures in the social groups, the user can select the pictures to be shared first and click the head portrait of the person on the pictures, and the objects to be shared are selected in the mode.
By adopting the picture sharing full-time, method and terminal provided by the invention, when picture sharing is carried out in the social group, the picture to be shared is shared to the related group members, and the specific object contained in the picture is notified, so that the influence on other members in the social group is reduced.

Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A picture sharing apparatus, comprising:
the identification module is used for identifying the character head portrait of the sharing object in the picture to be shared;
the matching module is used for matching a corresponding target member from group members of a social group according to the character head portrait of the object and acquiring communication information of the target member;
and the sharing module is used for sending the picture to the target member by utilizing the communication information.
2. The picture sharing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the object is all persons in the picture or persons in a specified area in the picture.
3. The picture sharing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when the target members corresponding to part of the objects are successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the avatar corresponding to the object, the sharing module shares the picture with the target members and issues an instruction to share the picture with the object that is not successfully matched to at least one target member.
4. The picture sharing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when the target member corresponding to a part of the objects is successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the avatar corresponding to the object, the matching processing module is further configured to obtain indirect communication information of the object that is not successfully matched from the target member; the sharing module is further used for sharing the picture to the object which is not matched successfully through the indirect communication information.
5. A terminal, characterized in that it comprises a picture sharing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A picture sharing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
identifying a character portrait of an object in the picture;
matching a corresponding target member from group members of a social group according to the character avatar of the object, and acquiring communication information of the target member;
and sending the picture to the target member by utilizing the communication information.
7. The picture sharing method according to claim 6, wherein the objects are all people in the picture or people in a specified area in the picture.
8. The picture sharing method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein when the target members corresponding to part of the objects are successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the avatars corresponding to the objects, further comprising issuing an instruction to at least one target member to share the picture to the object which is not successfully matched.
9. The picture sharing method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein when the target member corresponding to a part of the objects is successfully matched from the members of the social group according to the avatar corresponding to the object, the method further comprises obtaining indirect communication information of the object which is not successfully matched from the target member; and sharing the picture to the object which is not successfully matched through the indirect communication information.
10. The picture sharing method according to claim 9, further comprising: and after receiving the picture, the terminal receiving the picture through the indirect communication information shares the picture in the social group where the terminal is located.
