Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型定子端部接线工艺,在定子绕组接线端固定一个定子绕组端部接线工装,将定子绕组引出线套上套管,并沿定子绕组端部接线工装的六或八个固定钩轴向定位,并将定子绕组引出线分三层摆放在端部的轴向,将定子绕组引接线用涤波带扎紧,形成一个“端箍环”;绑扎带采用“8”字法捆绑,将“端箍环”束紧在定子绕组接线端的轴向,并整形到位,最后拆卸定子绕组端部接线工装。本发明的有益效果:这项工艺解决了本公司大电机改外压装,由于绕组引接线过多超过定子外圆的问题,为大电机产品结构设计提供了更多可能性。

一种新型定子端部接线工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种大功率外压装定子的接线工艺,具体为一种新型定子端部接线工艺。
背景技术
针对本公司大功率550kw以上电机全采用内压装工艺,制造周期长,如果改外压装工艺,须要解决一个很关键的技术问题,就是定子绕组端部的接线问题,传统定子接线工艺是将引出线绑扎定子端部的外径上,由于大功率电机定子绕组引出线粗且多,造成绕组端部会接近甚至超过定子外圆,考虑到定子压装到机座时,会碰机座筋条,所以传统的定子接线工艺是大功率改外压装一个阻碍因子。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型定子端部接线工艺,解决大功率电机外压装定子接线问题,定子绕组端部引接线可以控制在定子外径以内,采取方法是将引出线固定在端部的轴向。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种新型定子端部接线工艺,在定子绕组接线端固定一个定子绕组端部接线工装,将定子绕组引出线套上套管,并沿定子绕组端部接线工装的六或八个固定钩轴向定位,并将定子绕组引出线分三层摆放在端部的轴向,将定子绕组引接线用涤波带扎紧,形成一个“端箍环”;绑扎带采用“8”字法捆绑,将“端箍环”束紧在定子绕组接线端的轴向,并整形到位,最后拆卸定子绕组端部接线工装。
本发明的有益效果:这项工艺解决了本公司大电机改外压装,由于绕组引接线过多超过定子外圆的问题,为大电机产品结构设计提供了更多可能性。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2-5所示,本发明专利是这样实现的,将定子绕组端部接线工装12固定在定子绕组接线端11,将绕组引出线套上套管,并沿定子绕组端部接线工装12的六个固定钩轴向定位,引出线分三层摆放在定子绕组接线端11的轴向。第一层定子绕组引出线13参照图3沿着固定钩接线,以此类推固定第二层定子绕组引出线14和第三层定子绕组引出线15,将三层引接线用涤波带扎紧,形成“端箍环”,绑扎带采用“8”字法参照图6,将“端箍环”束紧在定子绕组接线端11的轴向,并整形到位,最后拆卸定子绕组端部接线工装12。

1.一种新型定子端部接线工艺,在定子绕组接线端固定一个定子绕组端部接线工装,将定子绕组引出线套上套管,并沿定子绕组端部接线工装的六或八个固定钩轴向定位,并将定子绕组引出线分三层摆放在端部的轴向,将定子绕组引接线用涤波带扎紧,形成一个“端箍环”;绑扎带采用“8”字法捆绑,将“端箍环”束紧在定子绕组接线端的轴向,并整形到位,最后拆卸定子绕组端部接线工装。
