本发明属于家电生产检测技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种家电生产检测的专用双路电源插座快速切换装置。双路电源插座快速切换装置,主要包括基座、切换动板;切换动板与基座铰接;所述的基座上设有三相插座插孔、安规测试仪插孔,以及与三相插座插孔连接的固定的三相线,所述的三相线两端分别固定有铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌有银触点;所述切换动板两端均设有一组三相线铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌银触点。本发明的双路电源插座快速切换装置,插座的输出插孔为固定不动的,不同电源切换触点采用中间的铰接形式,确保不同电压交互切换,任何情况下两种电源都不能同时输出到家用电器上,保安全性,并且实现家电行业生产线检测的双路电源自动快速切换能够大大提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明属于家电生产检测技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种家电生产检测的专用双路电源插座快速切换装置。
背景技术
目前,家电企业竞争越来越激烈,家电企业每个产品每天生产线上要生产几千台家电产品,中国制造2025”必须坚持创新驱动、智能转型、强化基础和绿色发展的基本思路和框架,家电企业都推出智能化生产用机器人替代人工完成各项工作。为了赢得市场,保护消费者,对产品质量和安全格外重视,厂家需要在生产线出厂前完成各种测试,生产的速度和检测的速度关系到企业的产量。其中,安全五项就是将家用电器插头从220V市电拔出与安规测量仪输出的1800V检测用电互相切换,完成安全检测:电压、泄漏电流、绝缘电阻和接地电阻,以确保产品符合关于产品的结构、性能和工艺规范等的工业标准。
传统的检测都是人工切换,人工在生产线旁将家电产品的插头从市电插座上拔出,转插到安规测量仪的高压插座上,生产效率低、精准性低、安全性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针对家电行业生产线检测的双路电源自动快速切换装置,该装置的使用,可提高生产效率,降低检测的不安全因素,结构简单安全可靠。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:双路电源插座快速切换装置,主要包括基座、切换动板;切换动板与基座铰接;所述的基座上设有三相插座插孔、安规测试仪插孔,以及与三相插座插孔连接的固定的三相线,所述的三相线两端分别固定有铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌有银触点;所述切换动板两端均设有一组三相线铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌银触点。
所述的基座和切换动板之间设有拉簧。
所述的双路电源插座自动快速切换装置还包括防护盒,防护盒与基座连接,切换动板位于防护盒内部。
本发明的双路电源插座快速切换装置,插座的输出插孔为固定不动的,不同电源切换切换触点采用中间的铰接形式,确保不同电压交互切换,任何情况下两种电源都不能同时输出到家用电器上,保安全性,并且实现家电行业生产线检测的双路电源自动快速切换能够大大提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的双电源插座快速切换装置进行详细地描述。
本发明的双电源插座快速切换装置,如图1所示,固定在生产线25上,家用电器26放在生产线25上,家用电器插头24插在本装置的三芯插座插孔上,生产线上提供给插头220V市电。
本发明的双电源插座快速切换装置,其结构如图2和图3所示,包括基座1、切换动板11和防护盒22。基座、切换动板和防护盒均采用绝缘、耐火的非金属材料。基座1上开有三相插座插孔供家用电器插头24用,三相插座插孔连接有固定零线排2、固定火线排5和固定地线排6。上述三个固定线排都是铜的导体,都固定在基座上1上,每个固定的铜线排两端都安装有铜柱3,铜柱3上都镶嵌有银触点4,基座1上还设有两个凸起绝缘轴孔。
如图3所示,所述动切换板11上装有两组触点分别是:高压火线触点12、高压地线触点13和高压零线触点14、低压火线触点16、低压地线触点17和低压零线触点18,动切换板11装有两个铰接轴15,基座1和切换动板11通过铰接轴15 铰接。基座1和切换动板11之间还设有拉簧7,拉簧的作用是让一组220V触点始终处于导通状态。
如图4所示,本发明的装置在生产线上家用电器插头24插接到基座1三芯插孔上,拉簧7将切换动板11上低压火线触点16与固定火线排5上的铜柱3和银触点4连接导通,家用电器插头24在生产线运行中得到220V供电。
如图5所示,本发明的装置在生产线上家用电器26运行到安规测量仪27前需要检测时,安规测量仪插头23插入基座上的安规测试仪插孔,低压火线触点16与固定火线排5上的铜柱3和银触点4断开220V供电,基座上安规测试仪插孔的火线触点8、地线触点10、零线触点9将导通传递到高压火线触点12、高压地线触点13和高压零线触点;对应的高压火线触点12与固定火线排5上的铜柱3和银触点4导通,安规测量仪27的插头23上输出的1800V电切换到家用电器插头24对家用电器实施检测,完成切换作用。
双电源插座快速切换装置,充分利用杠杆原理,两种电源在任何情况下都不会重合,使用安全,结构简单有效,并可快速切换,节省测试时间,可大大提高生产效率和检测精准性,具有较高的应用价值和较好的产业化前景。

1.双路电源插座快速切换装置,其特征在于:主要包括基座、切换动板;切换动板与基座铰接;所述的基座上设有三相插座插孔、安规测试仪插孔,以及与三相插座插孔连接的固定的三相线,所述的三相线两端分别固定有铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌有银触点;所述切换动板两端均设有一组三相线铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌银触点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双路电源插座快速切换装置,其特征在于:所述的基座和切换动板之间设有拉簧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双路电源插座快速切换装置,其特征在于:还包括防护盒,防护盒与基座连接,切换动板位于防护盒内部。
