Abstract

本发明一种大电缆同轴对接装置主要用于大电缆对接;它对接牢固,电缆不会从对接处拉断,同时对接处接头短,节约电缆;本发明主要由上连接盖1、下连接盖2、连接螺母3、防水环13、圆锥塞头14组成;其主要工作原理是:先安装防水环13,再将左右两个连接螺母3各自穿过左右两段电缆,然后将裸露的铜线芯端部用专用的墩头模具挤压成线芯扩大头6,将圆锥塞头14放入左右两个线芯扩大头6的连接腔15内,同时旋转左右两个连接螺母3,直到连接螺母3不能旋转为止,连接螺母3将防水垫片10完全压紧并将防水环13与绝缘层7压紧同时又将防水环13与连接盖的端头压紧,电缆对接工作完成。

本发明主要用于大电缆对接。
背景技术
目前已授权的和已申请的大电缆对接专利要么对接不牢固,容易从对接处拉脱,要么对接处接头过长,浪费电缆。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它对接牢固,电缆不会从对接处拉断,同时对接处接头短,节约电缆;本发明主要由上连接盖(1)、下连接盖(2)、连接螺母(3)、防水环(13)、圆锥塞头(14)组成;上连接盖(1)由外层的绝缘层(7)和内层的金属层(8)制成,上连接盖(1)两端的外层的绝缘层(7)有外螺纹(9)和向内倾斜的外螺纹(16),上连接盖(1)内嵌有防水垫片(10);下连接盖(2)与上连接盖(1)一样,只是没有防水垫片(10);连接螺母(3)有内螺纹(11)、向内倾斜的内螺纹(17)和防水环槽(12);防水环(13)有一级台阶圆锥环(18)和二级台阶圆锥环(19);圆锥塞头14由两个圆锥体组成,圆锥塞头14的制作材料与电缆线芯4的材料相同;本发明的主要工作原理及安装过程是:先在左右两个连接螺母(3)的防水环槽(12)内安装防水环(13),再将左右两个连接螺母(3)各自穿过左右两段需对接的电缆,然后将需对接的电缆头部去掉一段绝缘皮,将裸露的铜线芯端部用专用的墩头模具挤压成线芯扩大头(6),线芯扩大头(6)的连接腔(15)与圆锥塞头(14)的一半正好吻合,将圆锥塞头(14)放入左右两个线芯扩大头(6)的连接腔(15)内,将左右两个线芯扩大头(6)的端部紧贴,圆锥塞头(14)完全紧贴左右两个线芯扩大头(6)的连接腔(15)内,同时旋转左右两个连接螺母(3),左右两个连接螺母(3)的内螺纹(11)首先与上连接盖(1)和下连接盖(2)的向内倾斜的外螺纹(16)相互咬合,将上连接盖(1)的防水垫片(10)逐渐压紧,继续旋转左右两个连接螺母(3),直到连接螺母(3)不能旋转为止,连接螺母(3)将防水垫片(10)完全压紧并将防水环(13)与左右对接的电缆的绝缘层(7)压紧同时又将防水环(13)与上连接盖(1)和下连接盖(2)的左右端头压紧,电缆对接工作完成。

具体实施方式
发明内容已经详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,这里不再重复,需说明如下:一. 参见图1及图2,圆锥塞头14充满左右两个线芯扩大头6的连接腔15内,相当于增大了左右两个线芯扩大头6的体积,当旋紧左右两个连接螺母3后,电缆在外力拉力的作用下,由于扩大头6的阻力作用下,电缆不会在接头处拉断,这就是本发明的最大优点。二. 参见图1及图6,防水环13是有两级台阶的圆锥环,第一级台阶圆锥环可以压紧上连接盖1和下连接盖2的端头,第二级台阶圆锥环可以压紧电缆绝缘皮5。三. 参见图7和图8,圆锥塞头14由两个圆锥体组成,圆锥塞头14的制作材料与电缆线芯4的材料相同,这样可以保证接头处通电电流不会减小,保证电缆的正常使用。

1.一种大电缆同轴对接装置,其特征是:它主要由上连接盖(1)、下连接盖(2)、连接螺母(3)、防水环(13)、圆锥塞头(14)组成;上连接盖(1)由外层的绝缘层(7)和内层的金属层(8)制成,上连接盖(1)两端的外层的绝缘层(7)有外螺纹(9)和向内倾斜的外螺纹(16),上连接盖(1)内嵌有防水垫片(10);下连接盖(2)与上连接盖(1)一样,只是没有防水垫片(10);连接螺母(3)有内螺纹(11)、向内倾斜的内螺纹(17)和防水环槽(12);防水环(13)有一级台阶圆锥环(18)和二级台阶圆锥环(19);圆锥塞头14由两个圆锥体组成,圆锥塞头14的制作材料与电缆线芯4的材料相同;本发明的主要工作原理及安装过程是:先在左右两个连接螺母(3)的防水环槽(12)内安装防水环(13),再将左右两个连接螺母(3)各自穿过左右两段需对接的电缆,然后将需对接的电缆头部去掉一段绝缘皮,将裸露的铜线芯端部用专用的墩头模具挤压成线芯扩大头(6),线芯扩大头(6)的连接腔(15)与圆锥塞头(14)的一半正好吻合,将圆锥塞头(14)放入左右两个线芯扩大头(6)的连接腔(15)内,将左右两个线芯扩大头(6)的端部紧贴,圆锥塞头(14)完全紧贴左右两个线芯扩大头(6)的连接腔(15)内,同时旋转左右两个连接螺母(3),左右两个连接螺母(3)的内螺纹(11)首先与上连接盖(1)和下连接盖(2)的向内倾斜的外螺纹(16)相互咬合,将上连接盖(1)的防水垫片(10)逐渐压紧,继续旋转左右两个连接螺母(3),直到连接螺母(3)不能旋转为止,连接螺母(3)将防水垫片(10)完全压紧并将防水环(13)与左右对接的电缆的绝缘层(7)压紧同时又将防水环(13)与上连接盖(1)和下连接盖(2)的左右端头压紧,电缆对接工作完成。
