Abstract
The invention discloses an antenna, which comprises a base station antenna, a filter, a first waterproof structure and a second waterproof structure, wherein the filter is arranged on the base station antenna; the base station antenna comprises a first joint and a first fixing part, and a second joint and a second fixing part of the filter; the first joint is inserted in the second joint, and the first fixing part is fixedly connected with the second fixing part; the first waterproof structure is fixed between the base station antenna and the filter, arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint and used for waterproofing the joint of the first joint and the second joint; the second waterproof structure is fixedly arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part and used for preventing water at the joint of the first fixing part and the second fixing part. The invention relates to a filter integrated antenna which has better water resistance and air tightness.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an antenna.
Background
With the development of mobile communication technology, the requirements on the weight, the volume, the convenience and the convenience of installation, the water resistance and the like of the antenna are higher and higher.
In the prior art, the base station antenna and the filter are two independent bodies, connected by cables, and need to be respectively designed for waterproofing the cable joints at the two ends of the base station antenna and the filter. The connection mode of the base station antenna and the filter is complex to install, the loss of the connecting cable is large, the operation of waterproof treatment is complex, the effect is poor, and the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an antenna, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a base station antenna and a filter are complex in connection and installation, high in cost, poor in waterproof effect and the like.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an antenna, which includes a base station antenna, a filter, a first waterproof structure and a second waterproof structure; the base station antenna comprises a first joint and a first fixing part, and the filter comprises a second joint and a second fixing part; the first joint is inserted into the second joint, and the first fixing part is fixedly connected with the second fixing part; the first waterproof structure is fixed between the base station antenna and the filter, is arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint and is used for preventing the joint of the first joint and the second joint from being waterproof; the second waterproof structure is fixedly arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part and used for preventing water at the joint of the first fixing part and the second fixing part.
The first waterproof structure comprises a joint cover plate, a sealing gasket and at least one first sealing ring; the joint cover plate is fixed on the base station antenna and arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint; the sealing gasket is arranged between the joint cover plate and the filter; the first sealing ring is arranged between the joint cover plate and the base station antenna.
Wherein, first sealing washer is O type sealing washer.
The second waterproof structure comprises a fixed block and at least one second sealing ring, the second fixed part and the fixed block are fixed on the first fixed part through the bolt, and the fixed block is arranged between the first fixed part and the second fixed part; the second sealing ring is arranged between the fixed block and the base station antenna.
Wherein, the second waterproof construction further includes an at least third sealing washer, the third sealing washer set up in the bolt with between the second fixed part.
Wherein, the second sealing washer is O type sealing washer.
The base station antenna is provided with a first positioning part, the filter is provided with a second positioning part corresponding to the first positioning part, and the filter and the base station antenna are connected through the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure to realize the fixation of relative positions.
The first positioning portion is a first positioning hole, the second positioning portion is a second positioning hole, and the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole are connected through a positioning column.
Wherein the first linker is a BMA male and the second linker is a BMA female.
The base station antenna comprises an antenna outer cover, and the first joint and the first fixing part are arranged in the antenna outer cover.
The antenna comprises a base station antenna, a filter, a first waterproof structure and a second waterproof structure; the base station antenna comprises a first joint and a first fixing part, and a second joint and a second fixing part of the filter; the first joint is inserted in the second joint, and the first fixing part is fixedly connected with the second fixing part; the first waterproof structure is fixed between the base station antenna and the filter, arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint and used for preventing the joint of the first joint and the second joint from being waterproof; the second waterproof structure is fixedly arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part and used for preventing water at the joint of the first fixing part and the second fixing part. The base station antenna and the filter are connected through the joint, so that the integration of the antenna is realized, and the waterproof structure is used for ensuring the good waterproof and air tightness of the antenna.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, an antenna provided by the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an antenna according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is an exploded view of the embodiment of the antenna shown in fig. 1.
The antenna 100 of the present embodiment includes a base station antenna 11, a filter 12, a first waterproof structure 13, and a second waterproof structure 14.
The base station antenna 11 includes a first connector 111 and a first fixing portion 112, and the filter 12 includes a second connector (not shown) and a second fixing portion 122.
The first connector 111 is inserted into the second connector to electrically connect the base station antenna 11 and the filter 12, the first connector 111 is a BMA female connector, and the second connector is a BMA male connector. The blind-mate design of the first connector 111 inserted into the second connector realizes cable-less connection, so that the base station antenna 11 and the filter 12 are conveniently installed, and the integrated design of the antenna 100 is realized.
The first fixing portion 112 is fixedly connected to the second fixing portion 122, so that the base station antenna 11 is fixed to the filter 12.
A first waterproof structure 13 is fixed between the base station antenna 11 and the filter 12 and arranged around the junction of the first joint 111 and the second joint for waterproofing the junction of the first joint 111 and the second joint.
The second waterproof structure 14 is fixedly disposed between the first fixing portion 112 and the second fixing portion 122 for waterproofing a joint of the first fixing portion 112 and the second fixing portion 122.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 for the first waterproof structure 13, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the first waterproof structure in the antenna embodiment shown in fig. 1; the first waterproof structure 13 comprises a joint cover 131, a gasket 132 and at least one first gasket 133.
The connector cover 131 is fixed to the base station antenna 11 and disposed around the connection between the first connector 111 and the second connector; a gasket 132 is provided between the joint cover plate 131 and the filter 12 for waterproofing a gap between the joint cover plate 131 and the filter 12; the first sealing ring 133 is disposed between the joint cover plate 131 and the base station antenna 11, and is used for waterproofing a gap between the joint cover plate 131 and the base station antenna 11, and in this embodiment, the first sealing ring 133 is an O-shaped sealing ring, which is more beneficial to waterproofing.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second waterproof structure 14 in the antenna embodiment shown in fig. 1. The second waterproof structure 14 includes a fixing block 141, at least one second sealing ring 142, and at least one third sealing ring 143.
The second fixing portion 122 and the fixing block 141 of the filter 12 are fixed to the first fixing portion 112 of the base station antenna 11 by bolts 144, and the fixing block 141 is between the first fixing portion 112 and the second fixing portion 122; the second sealing ring 142 is disposed between the fixing block 141 and the base station antenna 11, and is used for waterproofing a gap between the fixing block 141 and the base station antenna 11; a third packing 143 is provided between the bolt 144 and the second fixing portion 122 for waterproofing a gap at the bolt 144. The second seal ring 142 is also an O-ring seal.
When the filter 12 and the base station antenna 11 are installed, they are also provided with a positioning structure to ensure the installation accuracy. The base station antenna 11 is provided with a first positioning portion 113, the filter 12 is further provided with a second positioning portion 123 corresponding to the first positioning portion 113, and the filter 12 and the base station antenna 11 are fixed in relative position by the connection of the first positioning portion 113 and the second positioning portion 123.
In the present embodiment, the first positioning portion 113 is a first positioning hole 113, the second positioning portion 123 is a second positioning hole 123, and the first positioning hole 113 and the second positioning hole 123 are connected by a positioning post 15. It is understood that the first positioning portion 113 can be directly configured as a positioning column structure, and the second positioning portion 123 can be correspondingly configured as a positioning hole structure.
In this embodiment, the base station antenna 11 further includes an antenna housing 113, and the first joint 111 and the first fixing portion 112 are disposed in the antenna housing 114. And a terminal fixing cavity 115 is further provided in the antenna housing 114 to fix the first terminal 111.
Therefore, specifically, the joint cover 131 is fixed to the joint fixing chamber 115 by bolts, and this embodiment includes two first sealing rings 133, one for waterproofing the gap between the joint cover 131 and the antenna housing 114, and the other for waterproofing the gap between the joint cover 131 and the joint fixing chamber 115.
The second sealing ring 142 is disposed between the fixing block 141 and the antenna housing 114, and is used for waterproofing a gap between the fixing block 141 and the antenna housing 114.
The first positioning hole 113 is provided on the joint fixing chamber 115.
The antenna comprises a base station antenna, a filter, a first waterproof structure and a second waterproof structure; the base station antenna comprises a first joint and a first fixing part, and a second joint and a second fixing part of the filter; the first joint is inserted in the second joint, and the first fixing part is fixedly connected with the second fixing part; the first waterproof structure is fixed between the base station antenna and the filter, arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint and used for preventing the joint of the first joint and the second joint from being waterproof; the second waterproof structure is fixedly arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part and used for preventing water at the joint of the first fixing part and the second fixing part. The base station antenna and the filter are connected through the joint, so that the antenna is integrated, and the waterproof structure is used for ensuring the good waterproof and air tightness of the antenna.

1. An antenna, characterized in that the antenna comprises a base station antenna, a filter, a first waterproof structure and a second waterproof structure;
the base station antenna comprises a first joint and a first fixing part, and the filter comprises a second joint and a second fixing part; the first joint is inserted into the second joint, and the first fixing part is fixedly connected with the second fixing part;
the first waterproof structure is fixed between the base station antenna and the filter, is arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint and is used for preventing the joint of the first joint and the second joint from being waterproof;
the second waterproof structure is fixedly arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part and is used for preventing water at the joint of the first fixing part and the second fixing part;
the base station antenna comprises an antenna outer cover, and the first joint and the first fixing part are arranged in the antenna outer cover.
2. The antenna of claim 1, wherein the first waterproof structure comprises a joint cover plate, a gasket, and at least a first gasket;
the joint cover plate is fixed on the base station antenna and arranged around the joint of the first joint and the second joint;
the sealing gasket is arranged between the joint cover plate and the filter;
the first sealing ring is arranged between the joint cover plate and the base station antenna.
3. The antenna of claim 2, wherein the first seal is an O-ring seal.
4. The antenna of claim 1, wherein the second waterproof structure comprises a mounting block and at least a second sealing ring,
the second fixing part and the fixing block are fixed on the first fixing part through bolts, and the fixing block is arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part;
the second sealing ring is arranged between the fixed block and the base station antenna.
5. The antenna of claim 4, wherein the second waterproof structure further comprises at least a third sealing ring, and the third sealing ring is disposed between the bolt and the second fixing portion.
6. The antenna of claim 4, wherein the second seal is an O-ring seal.
7. The antenna according to claim 1, wherein the base station antenna is provided with a first positioning portion, the filter is provided with a second positioning portion corresponding to the first positioning portion, and the filter and the base station antenna are connected by the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure to fix relative positions.
8. The antenna of claim 7, wherein the first positioning portion is a first positioning hole, the second positioning portion is a second positioning hole, and the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole are connected by a positioning post.
9. The antenna of claim 1, wherein the first connector is a BMA male connector and the second connector is a BMA female connector.
