Abstract
本发明公开了一种压铸筒灯,包括压铸散热件和壳体,压铸散热件与壳体嵌接在一起,所述壳体里面设置有发光灯盘,所述压铸散热件设置有用于增加与空气接触面积的凹槽,所述凹槽呈曲线形状。本发明增加了压铸散热件以及在压铸散热件上设置曲线形状的凹槽来增加散热器与空气的接触面积,这样可以大幅提高筒灯的散热性能,为筒灯的长时间稳定工作提供了保障。

本发明涉及一种筒灯,特别是一种压铸筒灯。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平日渐提高,照明灯具的需求也越来越旺盛,筒灯作为一种极其常见的照明灯具,其应用十分广泛,但是传统的筒灯的散热性普遍不好,无法进行长时间稳定地工作。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种散热性良好的压铸筒灯。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:一种压铸筒灯,包括压铸散热件和壳体,压铸散热件与壳体嵌接在一起,所述壳体里面设置有发光灯盘,所述压铸散热件设置有用于增加与空气接触面积的凹槽,所述凹槽呈曲线形状。
进一步,所述壳体上设置有便于筒灯拆装的固定件。本发明设置的固定件便于筒灯的安装和拆卸,大大加强了筒灯的实用性。
进一步,所述壳体内部设置有用于驱动发光灯盘的驱动电源,所述驱动电源与发光灯盘连接。本发明的驱动电源内置,有效节约了安装空间。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是一种压铸筒灯,本发明增加了压铸散热件以及在压铸散热件上设置曲线形状的凹槽来增加散热器与空气的接触面积,这样可以大幅提高筒灯的散热性能,为筒灯的长时间稳定工作提供了保障。

图1是本发明的结构图,如图1所示,一种压铸筒灯,包括压铸散热件1和壳体2,压铸散热件1与壳体2嵌接在一起,所述壳体2里面设置有发光灯盘,所述压铸散热件1设置有用于增加与空气接触面积的凹槽3,所述凹槽3呈曲线形状。本发明的壳体2上设置有便于筒灯拆装的固定件4。本发明设置的固定件4便于筒灯的安装和拆卸,大大加强了筒灯的实用性。本发明的壳体2内部设置有用于驱动发光灯盘的驱动电源,所述驱动电源与发光灯盘连接。本发明的驱动电源内置,有效节约了安装空间。

1.一种压铸筒灯,其特征在于:包括压铸散热件(1)和壳体(2),压铸散热件(1)与壳体(2)嵌接在一起,所述壳体(2)里面设置有发光灯盘,所述压铸散热件(1)设置有用于增加与空气接触面积的凹槽(3),所述凹槽(3)呈曲线形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压铸筒灯,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)上设置有便于筒灯拆装的固定件(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种压铸筒灯,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)内部设置有用于驱动发光灯盘的驱动电源,所述驱动电源与发光灯盘连接。
