Abstract
本发明提供了一种吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,属于机械技术领域。它解决了现有的吸鱼泵不能自由切换,工作效率低的问题。本吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,包括呈圆筒状的阀体,所述阀体上沿周向分布有真空吸鱼泵接口、射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口和船舱接口,所述转换阀结构还包括呈球状的阀芯,所述阀芯上开设有能够连通射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口与船舱接口的通道一和连通真空吸鱼泵接口与网箱接口的通道二。本转换阀结构能够方便在真空吸鱼泵和射流吸鱼泵之间进行切换,从而适应不同的工作需要,优化吸鱼工作,提高了效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,涉及一种吸鱼泵的转换阀结构。
背景技术
当前在水产养殖中,特别是在大型养殖池和大型深水网箱基地化养殖中,由于养殖规模越来越大,养殖鱼的产量也越来越高,目前单一个大型深水网箱就能养殖10到50吨成品活鱼,因此当鱼养大时,必须适的把活鱼捕捞出售,以保证养殖的经济效益,但这样大量的成品活鱼要收上来,并保持较高的成活率,由于没有合适的快速高效的机械化收鱼设备,收鱼是个很大的难题,当前只能采用人工收鱼,或采用吊车式设备用吊篮来收鱼,这样不但收鱼工作量大,收鱼速度慢,时间长,而且对鱼的机械性损伤也很大,造成活鱼死亡率高,会严重影响养殖的经济效益,所以如何快速高效的机械化收鱼,是当前大型化水产养殖业中急待解决的难题。
吸鱼泵用于从养殖网箱或盛鱼的容器中吸取鱼然后将其传送到其它地方,种类主要有射流吸鱼泵和真空吸鱼泵,射流吸鱼泵的原理是利用射流泵原理产生吸力将鱼吸取,真空吸鱼泵的工作原理是先对一罐体抽真空,当达到一定的真空度后打开进鱼端口的阀,鱼水混合物从进鱼管被吸入到罐体中,吸完后关闭进鱼端口的阀,然后再将罐体中的鱼通过泵等设备运送到船舱等处。
这两种泵各有优缺点,射流泵比较适合吸取小小鱼或不在意对鱼损害的情况,真空泵适合大鱼或减小对鱼损害小的情况,使用时需要根据不同的需求更换,操作较为不便,工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何实现使用时在真空吸鱼泵和射流吸鱼泵之间自由的转换,提高工作效率。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,包括阀体和阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀体具有真空吸鱼泵接口、射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口和船舱接口,所述阀芯上开设有能够连通射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口与船舱接口的通道一和连通真空吸鱼泵接口与网箱接口的通道二。
工作时,当需要吸取小鱼或不在意对鱼损害的情况时,将网箱接口通过管道与对应网箱连通,调节阀芯,使得通道一连通射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口与船舱接口,此时,通道二处于关闭状态,这样启动射流吸鱼泵就能将网箱中的鱼吸入船舱中。当需要吸取大鱼或需要减小对鱼损害小的情况时,将网箱接口通过管道与对应网箱连通,调节阀芯,使得通道二连通真空吸鱼泵接口与网箱接口,此时,通道一处于关闭状态,这样启动真空吸鱼泵就能将网箱中的鱼吸入真空吸鱼泵的罐体中。本转换阀结构能够方便在两个泵之间进行切换,从而适应不同的工作需要,优化吸鱼工作,提高了效率。
在上述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构中,所述阀体呈圆筒状,所述阀芯呈圆柱状,真空吸鱼泵接口、射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口和船舱接口沿着阀体的周向均匀分布。各个接口沿着阀体的周向均匀分布,调整更加方便。
在上述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构中,所述通道一包括弯折管道和直管道,所述直管道与弯折管道相连通,当直管道连通网箱接口时,所述弯折管道连通射流吸鱼泵接口和船舱接口,阀芯转动后,当直管道连通射流吸鱼泵接口时,弯折管道连通船舱接口和真空吸鱼泵接口。通道一随着阀芯的转动能够实现吸鱼泵的功能转换,通道一的结构设计,在转动阀芯后,通道一还能够连通真空吸鱼泵接口、射流吸鱼泵接口、网箱接口,这时射流吸鱼泵的动力打入的水进入真空吸鱼泵会推动真空吸鱼泵进鱼管内的鱼快速的进入真空泵的罐体中,进一步提高了工作效率。
在上述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构中,所述弯折管道包括垂直相交且连通的直导管一和直导管二,直导管一和直导管二的连接部与直管道相连通。直管道和弯折管道的直角状弯折部相连通,吸鱼效率更高。
在上述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构中,所述直导管二上具有锥形导向面。锥形导向面的设置,更便于鱼的吸取和释放。
在上述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构中,所述直管道和直导管二同轴设置,所述锥形导向面朝向直管道。上述设计,更便于鱼的吸取和释放。
在上述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构中,所述通道二呈圆弧状且圆心角为直角。通道二的结构设计,转动阀芯能够使得通道二连通真空吸鱼泵接口和船舱接口,通过真空吸鱼泵将射流吸鱼泵吸取的小鱼从船舱中移入放大鱼的船舱中。
与现有技术相比,本吸鱼泵的转换阀结构具有以下优点:能够方便在两个泵之间进行切换,从而适应不同的工作需要,优化吸鱼工作,提高了效率。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1-4所示,本吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,包括呈圆筒状的阀体1和呈球状的阀芯8,阀体1上沿阀体1的周向均匀分布有真空吸鱼泵接口2、射流吸鱼泵接口3、网箱接口4和船舱接口5。阀芯8上开设有能够连通射流吸鱼泵接口3、网箱接口4与船舱接口5的通道一6和连通真空吸鱼泵接口2与网箱接口4的通道二7。
当通道一6接通时,通道二7断开,当通道二7接通时,通道一6断开。
通道一6包括直管道61和弯折管道62,弯折管道62包括垂直相交且连通的直导管一621和直导管二622,直导管一621和直导管二622的连接部与直管道61相连通。
直导管二622具有锥形导向面623,锥形导向面623朝向直管道61。通道二7呈圆弧状且圆心角为直角。
使用时,当需要吸取小鱼或不在意对鱼损害的情况时,将网箱接口4通过管道与对应网箱连通,转动阀芯8,使得通道一6连通射流吸鱼泵接口3、网箱接口4与船舱接口5,此时,通道二7处于关闭状态,如图1所示,这样启动射流吸鱼泵就能将网箱中的鱼吸入船舱中。
当需要吸取大鱼或需要减小对鱼损害小的情况时,将网箱接口4通过管道与对应网箱连通,转动阀芯8,使得通道二7连通真空吸鱼泵接口2与网箱接口4,此时,通道一6处于关闭状态,如图2所示,这样启动真空吸鱼泵就能将网箱中的鱼吸入真空吸鱼泵的罐体中。
再转动阀芯8,通道一6还能够连通真空吸鱼泵接口2、射流吸鱼泵接口3、网箱接口4,如图3所示,这时射流吸鱼泵的动力打入的水进入真空吸鱼泵会推动真空吸鱼泵进鱼管内的鱼快速的进入真空泵的罐体中。
接着,继续转动阀芯8能够使得通道二7连通真空吸鱼泵接口2和船舱接口5,如图4所示,通过真空吸鱼泵将射流吸鱼泵吸取的小鱼从船舱中移入放大鱼的船舱中。

1.一种吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,包括阀体(1)和阀芯(8),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)具有真空吸鱼泵接口(2)、射流吸鱼泵接口(3)、网箱接口(4)和船舱接口(5),所述阀芯(8)上开设有能够连通射流吸鱼泵接口(3)、网箱接口(4)与船舱接口(5)的通道一(6)和连通真空吸鱼泵接口(2)与网箱接口(4)的通道二(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)呈圆筒状,所述阀芯(8)呈圆柱状,真空吸鱼泵接口(2)、射流吸鱼泵接口(3)、网箱接口(4)和船舱接口(5)沿着阀体(1)的周向均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,其特征在于,所述通道一(6)包括弯折管道(62)和直管道(61),所述直管道(61)与弯折管道(62)相连通,当直管道(61)连通网箱接口(4)时,所述弯折管道(62)连通射流吸鱼泵接口(3)和船舱接口(5),阀芯(8)转动后,当直管道(61)连通射流吸鱼泵接口(3)时,弯折管道(62)连通船舱接口(5)和真空吸鱼泵接口(2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,其特征在于,所述弯折管道(62)包括垂直相交且连通的直导管一(621)和直导管二(622),直导管一(621)和直导管二(622)的连接部与直管道(61)相连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,其特征在于,所述直导管二(622)上具有锥形导向面(623)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,其特征在于,所述直管道(61)和直导管二(622)同轴设置,所述锥形导向面(623)朝向直管道(61)。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的吸鱼泵的转换阀结构,其特征在于,所述通道二(7)呈圆弧状且圆心角为直角。
