本发明公开了一种挤塑板门，包括门芯和门套，所述门套由两个门面板构成，其中门芯形状与门面板的形状相同，所述门芯固定在两个门面板之间，其中门芯为一体成型的实心体，该门芯与门面板平行的相对两侧开设有若干竖直凹槽，所述门套短边侧设有通孔，门芯顶面中间设有横向凹槽，该横向凹槽的开设方向均为从该门芯长边的一侧到其长边的另一侧，其中每条竖直凹槽均与横向凹槽在门芯顶面设有相连接的通道槽，所述通孔设于横向凹槽之上；本发明的有益效果是：使用该挤塑板门，其具有很好的抗压性，防潮性，稳定性，防腐性等，且可以使该门避免产生因温湿度的变化而导致的起皮、鼓泡、开缝等问题。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种门，具体的说是一种挤塑板门。
背景技术：
随着社会的不断进步和发展，人们对家居生活要求越来越高。针对门，木门应该是大部分消费者都喜爱的门类型，木门拥有简单优雅的线条，取材自然环保，契合现代人的家居生活理念，所以在家居装修市场中，木门一直是备受欢迎的。
但是一年四季，温度差别很大，常会出现因温湿度的变化，木门内部集气导致木门变形、起皮、鼓泡、开缝等问题。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种挤塑板门，使用该挤塑板门，其具有很好的抗压性，防潮性，稳定性，防腐性等，且可以使该门避免产生因温湿度的变化而导致的起皮、鼓泡、开缝等问题。
为了解决上述所存在的技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种挤塑板门，包括门芯和门套，所述门套由两个门面板构成，其中门芯形状与门面板的形状相同，所述门芯固定在两个门面板之间，其中门芯为一体成型的实心体，该门芯与门面板平行的相对两侧开设有若干竖直凹槽，所述门套短边侧设有通孔，门芯顶面中间设有横向凹槽，该横向凹槽的开设方向均为从该门芯长边的一侧到其长边的另一侧，其中每条竖直凹槽均与横向凹槽在门芯顶面设有相连接的通道槽，所述通孔设于横向凹槽之上。
所述通孔由每个门面板短边侧的半通孔构成。
所述通孔沿横向凹槽设置1～3个。
每个竖直凹槽和横向凹槽的形状为条形。
各竖直凹槽之间相互平行且与该挤塑板门芯的短边垂直。
其工作原理：该挤塑板门，包括门芯和门套，所述门套由两个门面板构成，其中门芯形状与门面板的形状相同，所述门芯固定在两个门面板之间，其中门芯为一体成型的实心体，而且还采用挤塑板作为门芯，其结构强度大大加强；该门芯与门面板平行的相对两侧开设有若干竖直凹槽，各竖直凹槽之间相互平行且与该挤塑板门芯的短边垂直，挤塑板门芯与两个门面板结合固定时，采用的胶能借助挤塑板门芯上的条形凹槽起到良好的固定效果，粘合固定的强度远大于不设凹槽时候的情形；所述门套短边侧设有通孔，所述通孔由每个门面板短边侧的半通孔构成，门芯顶面中间设有横向凹槽，该横向凹槽的开设方向均为从该门芯长边的一侧到其长边的另一侧，其中每条竖直凹槽均与横向凹槽在门芯顶面设有相连接的通道槽，所述通孔设于横向凹槽之上，其可以供该挤塑板门内产生的气体通过竖直凹槽、通道槽、横向凹槽和通孔到达门外，从而可以使该门避免产生因温湿度的变化而导致的起皮、鼓泡、开缝等问题；所述通孔沿横向凹槽设置1～3个。
每个竖直凹槽和横向凹槽的形状为条形。
本发明的有益效果：使用该挤塑板门，其具有很好的抗压性，防潮性，稳定性，防腐性等，且可以使该门避免产生因温湿度的变化而导致的起皮、鼓泡、开缝等问题。

参见附图1、2和3，一种挤塑板门，包括门芯1和门套2，所述门套2由两个门面板3构成，其中门芯1形状与门面板3的形状相同，所述门芯1固定在两个门面板3之间，其中门芯1为一体成型的实心体，该门芯1与门面板3平行的相对两侧开设有若干竖直凹槽4，所述门套2短边侧设有通孔5，门芯1顶面中间设有横向凹槽6，该横向凹槽6的开设方向均为从该门芯1长边的一侧到其长边的另一侧，其中每条竖直凹槽4均与横向凹槽6在门芯1顶面设有相连接的通道槽7，所述通孔5设于横向凹槽6之上。
所述通孔5由每个门面板3短边侧的半通孔8构成。
所述通孔5沿横向凹槽6设置1个。
每个竖直凹槽4和横向凹槽6的形状为条形。
各竖直凹槽4之间相互平行且与该挤塑板门芯1的短边垂直。

1.一种挤塑板门，包括门芯(1)和门套(2)，所述门套(2)由两个门面板(3)构成，其中门芯(1)形状与门面板(3)的形状相同，所述门芯(1)固定在两个门面板(3)之间，其中门芯(1)为一体成型的实心体，该门芯(1)与门面板(3)平行的相对两侧开设有若干竖直凹槽(4)，其特征在于：所述门套(2)短边侧设有通孔(5)，门芯(1)顶面中间设有横向凹槽(6)，该横向凹槽(6)的开设方向均为从该门芯(1)长边的一侧到其长边的另一侧，其中每条竖直凹槽(4)均与横向凹槽(6)在门芯(1)顶面设有相连接的通道槽(7)，所述通孔(5)设于横向凹槽(6)之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤塑板门，其特征在于：所述通孔(5)由每个门面板(3)短边侧的半通孔(8)构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种挤塑板门，其特征在于：所述通孔(5)沿横向凹槽(6)设置1～3个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤塑板门，其特征在于：每个竖直凹槽(4)和横向凹槽(6)的形状为条形。
