Abstract
一种隐钢框木质多功能门,沿门扇周边设置的一圈钢板带形成围框,围框内填充由玻璃纤维、木质纤维和木屑混合而成并利用粘接剂拌合的填料;填料与围框填平,填料固化后在其外侧粘贴固定有实木装饰木片。门扇内可以设置防弹瓷片,门扇上还可以开通风口。该多功能门外观高档,配置实用,环保安全,并且成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木质门,特别是涉及一种隐钢框木质多功能门。
背景技术
在现有技术中,门多种多样,对门的需求也是层出不穷。实木门材质珍贵,成型后维护条件要求较高,因此给生产和使用带来很大难度;钢质门,质感冰冷,装饰效果不好,用于户门、防盗门还可以,但是用于室内门就显得不够温暖;板式门,定型效果好,但是档次有些低,同时会释放一些有害气体,不利于室内的空气保持清新健康。同时,对于高档家装,还对室内门提出安全,通风等多种不同层次的需求,如何满足这些需求是本领域急需解决的问题。
另外,在现有技术中,无论实木门还是板式木门都或多或少的用到粘接剂,现有技术中木门使用的粘接剂会释放甲醛等有害气体,急需发明一种可用于木门的环保型粘接剂。而且由于本申请的技术方案中具有较多的钢制框架,需要与木材进行粘合,粘接剂应当适于金属与木材的粘接。
发明内容
本发明提供一种隐钢框木质多功能门,力求一揽子解决上述问题。
一种隐钢框木质多功能门,包括沿门扇周边设置的一圈钢板带形成围框,门扇上三分之二部分横向间隔设置N型型钢;门扇下三分之一部分中间由钢板带围成小方形框,小方形框通过钢板带与门扇周边设置的钢板带连接固定;围框内填充由玻璃纤维、木质纤维和木屑混合而成并利用粘接剂拌合的填料;填料与围框填平,填料固化后在在其外侧粘贴固定有实木装饰木片。
优选地,装入填料之前,在N型型钢内插入防弹瓷片,防弹瓷片底部插入N型型钢的右侧朝上的槽内,上部搭靠在N型型钢左侧朝下的槽内。防弹瓷片的材质为立方氮化硼,厚度为4-6mm。
优选地,玻璃纤维、木质纤维、木屑按照重量比为1:1:8-15的配比进行混合。
优选地,小方形框内设置通风窗,外侧实木装饰木片在该位置预留孔洞。
优选地,粘接剂的组分包括异氰酸酯、脲醛树脂、单宁、环氧树脂、丁苯橡胶和/或丙烯酸酯橡胶。按照重量份数各组分的组成是:异氰酸酯40-60份,脲醛树脂10-20份,单宁10-20份,环氧树脂5-10份,丁苯橡胶和/或丙烯酸酯橡胶5-10份。
异氰酸酯胶粘结能力较强,但是其凝固后形成的材质脆性强,弹性差,用其粘结木材以及粘结金属与木材,时间长久后容易导致开裂。为了克服这一问题,在胶粘剂中加入了一定量的橡胶以调整其凝固后的弹性,同时为了使得异氰酸酯胶与橡胶更好的相容还加入了一定量的环氧树脂成分。此门如此设置后,可以具备防弹能力,还能够通风,同时还具有较好的环保特性。

具体实施方式
结合附图描述几个实施方式。
一种隐钢框木质多功能门,包括沿门扇周边设置的一圈钢板带形成围框,门扇上三分之二部分横向间隔设置N型型钢;门扇下三分之一部分中间由钢板带围成小方形框,小方形框通过钢板带与门扇周边设置的钢板带连接固定;围框内填充由玻璃纤维、木质纤维和木屑混合而成并利用粘接剂拌合的填料,三者重量比为1:1:8;混合填料用的粘接剂的组分包括异氰酸酯、脲醛树脂、单宁、环氧树脂、丁苯橡胶,其中按照重量份数各组分的组成是:异氰酸酯40份,脲醛树脂15份,单宁15份,环氧树脂5份,丁苯橡胶5份;填料与粘接剂拌合后与围框填平,填料固化后在在其外侧粘贴固定有实木装饰木片。

Claims (6)
1.一种隐钢框木质多功能门,其特征在于,沿门扇周边设置的一圈钢板带形成围框,门扇上三分之二部分横向间隔设置N型型钢;门扇下三分之一部分中间由钢板带围成小方形框,小方形框通过钢板带与门扇周边设置的钢板带连接固定;围框内填充由玻璃纤维、木质纤维和木屑混合而成并利用粘接剂拌合的填料;填料与围框填平,填料固化后在在其外侧粘贴固定有实木装饰木片。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的多功能门,其特征在于,装入填料之前,在N型型钢内插入防弹瓷片,防弹瓷片底部插入N型型钢的右侧朝上的槽内,上部搭靠在N型型钢左侧朝下的槽内。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的多功能门,其特征在于,防弹瓷片的材质为立方氮化硼,厚度为4-6mm。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的多功能门,其特征在于,玻璃纤维、木质纤维、木屑按照重量比为1:1:8-15的配比进行混合。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的多功能门,其特征在于,小方形框内设置通风窗,外侧实木装饰木片在该位置预留孔洞。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的多功能门,其特征在于,粘接剂的组分包括异氰酸酯、脲醛树脂、单宁、环氧树脂、丁苯橡胶和/或丙烯酸酯橡胶;按照重量份数各组分的组成是:异氰酸酯40-60份,脲醛树脂10-20份,单宁10-20份,环氧树脂5-10份,丁苯橡胶和/或丙烯酸酯橡胶5-10份。
