Abstract

本发明所公开的是一种复合石材,或称玻璃钢复合石材,以其与石材粘结的玻璃钢层的增强芯材玻纤织物层,是玻纤布‑玻纤三维立体机织物‑玻纤布三层复合粘结的复合玻纤织物层为主要特征。具有质量轻、强度大、不易破碎、成本低、有效使用期限长等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合石材,属于建筑装饰复合材料技术领域。
背景技术
本发明所述复合石材,也可以称之为玻璃钢复合石材,它是指以天然石材为面料,以玻璃钢制件为基料,经树脂粘结的石材-玻璃钢复合装饰材料,而所述复合石材,有透光复合石材和不透光复合石材之分。
已有技术透光复合石材,是以半透明石材(例如大理石)为面料,使用半透明树脂将其与透明钢化玻璃复合,并将其加工成2-6mm厚的超薄板材,然后将其安装在背面装有艺术灯光或可以利用较强自然光照的建筑物部位。当艺术灯光或自然光从石材内部透出,或优雅、朦胧,或明快、清新,更加充分地显现出天然石材的自然纹理、颜色和质感,最大限度地提升了天然石材的视觉效果和装饰效果,从而进一步拓宽了天然石材的使用范围。
目前,所述的已有天然石材钢化玻璃复合石材,已广泛使用在建筑物面墙、地面、吧台、室内间隔、天花板及浴室间,卫生间等部位。
然而,这种已有的石材玻璃复合石材,终究由于其制备成本较高,质量较重,施工操作较烦难,易破碎分裂、和不便改动等不足,而严重制约了所述已有复合石材的广泛推广应用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种质量轻、不易破碎、安装方便、便于改动和制备成本相对较低的复合石材,以克服已有技术的不足,为进一步改善人居环境和提升居住文化底蕴提供技术支持。
本发明实现其目的之技术构想,一是采用玻璃钢背层替代钢化玻璃,以有效减轻其质量,提高其强度而不易破碎;二是以玻纤三维立体机织物,作为玻璃钢背层的芯材,以进一步提高其挠度、强度等机械物理性能,同时方便安装和布置内设工艺灯线路系统;三是在玻纤三维立体机织物的正反两面,分别布设至少1层玻纤布,以进一步增强玻纤三维立体机织物的结构稳定性,并由此进一步提升玻璃钢背层的物理性能及其与石材层的粘结强度。从而实现本发明的目的。
基于上述技术构想,本发明实现其目的的技术方案是:
一种复合石材,包括石材层,和与石材层一侧经由树脂粘结的玻璃钢层,且所述玻璃钢层是由增强芯材玻纤织物层经由树脂粘结构成,而其:
a,所述玻纤织物层,是以玻纤三维立体机织物为其中间层,而在所述中间层玻纤三维立体机织物层的两侧,分别是玻纤布层,从而构成玻纤布层-玻纤三维立体机织物层-玻纤布层三层复合粘结的复合玻纤织物层;
b,所述石材层是经与玻纤织物层一侧的玻纤布层,且由树脂与玻纤织物层粘结成一体的,从而构成复合石材。
由以上所给出的主旨技术方案,结合本发明技术构想可以明了,本发明实现了其所要实现的目的。
为了进一步提高本发明的性能,本发明还提出以下几点主张:
所述玻纤布层,是由布置在外侧的粘结玻纤布层和布置在内侧的增强玻纤布层复合粘结构成,且增强玻纤布层与玻纤三维立体机织物层相粘结。
所述粘结玻纤布层的玻纤布的克重在100~225g/m2范围内,增强玻纤布层的玻纤布的克重在100~450 g/m2范围内。这是本发明所优选的,但不局限于此。而所述玻纤布的克重,应当根据石材层的厚薄而定。
这一方案的目的显然在于,采用克重较小(经纬密度较稀,纱支较细)的粘结玻纤布层的玻纤布,作为玻璃钢增强芯材玻纤三维立体机织物,与石材粘结的粘接过渡层,以有效提高两者的粘结牢度;而通过采用克重较大(经纬密度较密、纱支较粗)的增强玻纤布与玻纤三维立体机织物粘结,以有效提高玻璃钢层的稳定性及其机械物理性能。
而所述玻纤三维立体机织物层,是玻纤立体网格芯材机织物层,或者是玻纤立体芯材机织物层,或者是预浸热塑性塑料玻纤立体芯材机织物层。所述三种玻纤立体芯材机织物,均建议采用本发明申请人在前申请中国专利且已大批量面市的产品。
所述石材层的石材,是半透明石材,或者是不透明石材。而所述半透明石材,一般是大理石,其国产石材品种有米黄系列;如松香黄、广西白、黄水晶、黄玛瑙、白水晶等等;进口石材品种如西班牙雪花石、雅士白、爵士白和大花白等等,以及其他具有装饰效果的人们喜爱的石材。
而在所述玻纤三维立体机织物,是玻纤立体网格芯材机织物且所述石材是半透明石材的条件下,在玻纤立体网格芯材机织物的网格中还布设有LED工艺灯及其线路系统,且所述LED工艺灯的灯色和灯位布置,均按照装饰工艺设计图案要求安排。而所述装饰工艺设计图案最普通而令人温馨的是“欢迎光临”和“宾至如归”等文字视屏,也可以是结合石材纹理、自然图案等的发光工艺视屏。
而所述石材层的厚度在1~10mm范围内。这是优选的,但不局限于此。
而所述玻纤织物层的总厚度在10~35mm范围内。这是本发明优选的,但不局限于此。殊不知,本发明之玻纤织物层所包括的玻纤三维立体机织物的厚度,由于机织设备和工艺因素等影响,目前市场所能批量供给的厚度一般都在40mm以下,再说,就性价比而言,所述玻纤织物层厚度>35mm,似乎并无此必要。
而所述玻纤织物层所包括的玻纤三维立体机织物的厚度在5~25mm范围内。
而本发明复合石材,用于建筑物墙面、地表和室内功能性设施的表面装饰,所述功能性设施,是指吧台,隔断、乐池和背景墙等等。
上述技术方案得以全面实施后,与已有技术相比,本发明所具有的结构合理,质量较轻,制作方便,不易破碎,便于改动和制备成本较低等特点,是显而易见的。

具体实施方式
以下对照附图,通过具体实施方式的描述,对本发明作进一步说明,但不局限于此。
具体实施方式之一,如如图1、2所示。
一种复合石材,包括石材层1,和与石材层1一侧经由树脂粘结的玻璃钢层2,且所述玻璃钢层2是由增强芯材玻纤织物层3经由树脂粘结构成,而其:
a,所述玻纤织物层3,是以玻纤三维立体机织物3-1为其中间层,而在所述中间层玻纤三维立体机织物层3-1)的两侧,分别是玻纤布层3-2,从而构成玻纤布层3-2-玻纤三维立体机织物层3-1-玻纤布层3-2三层复合粘结的复合玻纤织物层3;
b,所述石材层1是经与玻纤织物层3一侧的玻纤布层3-2,且由树脂与玻纤织物层3粘结成一体的,从而构成复合石材。
所述玻纤三维立体机织物层3-1,是玻纤立体网格芯材机织物层,或者是玻纤立体芯材机织物层,或者是预浸热塑性塑料玻纤立体芯材机织物层。
而所述石材层1的石材,是半透明石材,或者是不透明石材。
在所述玻纤三维立体机织物3-1,是玻纤立体网格芯材机织物且所述石材是半透明石材的条件下,在玻纤立体网格芯材机织物的网格中还布设有LED工艺灯及其线路系统4,且所述LED工艺灯的灯色和灯位布置,均按照装饰工艺设计图案要求安排。
所述石材层1的厚度在1~10mm范围内。
所述玻纤织物层3的总厚度在10~35mm范围内。
所述玻纤织物层3所包括的玻纤三维立体机织物3-1的厚度在5~25mm范围内。
具体实施方式之二,如附图1~4所示。
一种复合石材,其所述玻纤布层3-2,是由布置在外侧的粘结玻纤布层3-2-1和布置在内侧的增强玻纤布层3-2-2复合粘结构成,且增强玻纤布层3-2-2与玻纤三维立体机织物层3-1相粘结。
所述粘结玻纤布层3-2-1的玻纤布的克重在100~225g/m2范围内,增强玻纤布层3-2-2的玻纤布的克重在100~450 g/m2范围内,除此之处,其它均如同具体实施方式之一。
具体实施方式之三,如上述2个具体实施方式的复合石材,用于建筑物墙面、地表和室内功能性设施的表面装饰。
本发明所包括的石材1的外表面,应当通过打磨而获得平整光滑的表面,且根据石材的自然纹理、色泽及其所蕴含的自然纹理、图案等进行工艺设计,制作成可以通过拼装而获得全景、全貌的复合石材。
若要在玻纤立体网格芯材机织物3-1的网格中,布置LED工艺灯4及其线路系统的,应当根据工艺设计在实施玻璃钢制作之前进行布置,并尽可能预留维修通道,以方便灯光线路系统的维护保养。
本发明所述玻璃钢层2的制作方式,如同通常的玻璃钢制作方式。
而制作透光复合石材的,应当采用透明树脂作为玻璃钢粘结材料。常用的树脂是环氧树脂。
如具体实施方式之二所制作的本发明,其制备成本仅为现有钢化玻璃复合石材制备成本的2/3,而其单位面积的重量要减轻2/3,尤其是本发明经受严寒酷暑考验的能力很强,不但不易破损、耐腐蚀性能好,而且也不会由于石材与玻璃两者膨胀系数的差距大而发生两者分离脱开的问题,其正常工作年限,明显比已有技术的钢化玻璃复合石材有较大的提升。从而实现了本发明所预期的目的。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合石材,包括石材层(1),和与石材层(1)一侧经由树脂粘结的玻璃钢层(2),且所述玻璃钢层(2)是由增强芯材玻纤织物层(3)经由树脂粘结构成,其特征在于:
a,所述玻纤织物层(3),是以玻纤三维立体机织物(3-1)为其中间层,而在所述中间层玻纤三维立体机织物层(3-1)的两侧,分别是玻纤布层(3-2),从而构成玻纤布层(3-2)-玻纤三维立体机织物层(3-1)-玻纤布层(3-2)三层复合粘结的复合玻纤织物层(3);
b,所述石材层(1)是经与玻纤织物层(3)一侧的玻纤布层(3-2),且由树脂与玻纤织物层(3)粘结成一体的,从而构成复合石材。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述玻纤布层(3-2),是由布置在外侧的粘结玻纤布层(3-2-1)和布置在内侧的增强玻纤布层(3-2-2)复合粘结构成,且增强玻纤布层(3-2-2)与玻纤三维立体机织物层(3-1)相粘结。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述粘结玻纤布层(3-2-1)的玻纤布的克重在100~225g/m2范围内,增强玻纤布层(3-2-2)的玻纤布的克重在100~450 g/m2范围内。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述玻纤三维立体机织物层(3-1),是玻纤立体网格芯材机织物层,或者是玻纤立体芯材机织物层,或者是预浸热塑性塑料玻纤立体芯材机织物层。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述石材层(1)的石材,是半透明石材,或者是不透明石材。
6.如权利要求4所述的复合石材,其特征在于,在所述玻纤三维立体机织物(3-1),是玻纤立体网格芯材机织物且所述石材是半透明石材的条件下,在玻纤立体网格芯材机织物的网格中还布设有LED工艺灯及其线路系统(4),且所述LED工艺灯的灯色和灯位布置,均按照装饰工艺设计图案要求安排。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述石材层(1)的厚度在1~10mm范围内。
8.如权利要求1所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述玻纤织物层(3)的总厚度在10~35mm范围内。
9.如权利要求7所述的复合石材,其特征在于,所述玻纤织物层(3)所包括的玻纤三维立体机织物(3-1)的厚度在5~25mm范围内。
10.权利要求1至9之一所述的复合石材,用于建筑物墙面、地表和室内功能性设施的表面装饰。
