Abstract

本发明提供了一种软性义眼,以医用聚甲基丙稀酸β-羟乙脂/HEMA(水凝胶)为材料,着色后于置瞳孔、虹膜、巩膜,分层聚合,辐照成形,然后按要求落料,经打光、抛光、纯化处理后制成,也可在落料后按义眼内外曲率、大小、厚度要求用车床切削加工,再注复水、纯化处理而成。本发明具有质轻、柔软、亲水、透气、透湿、组织相溶性好的优点,且配戴方便,舒适、外观饱满、美观,以假乱真,效果甚佳。对留有角膜的眼球萎缩病人,无需摘除眼球、植入眼座,可直接以附在萎缩的眼球上。

Description

一种软性义眼
本发明涉及一种软性义眼,涉及眼睛美容领域,适用于植入各种义眼座和羟基磷灰石义眼座的病人,尤其适用于那些因外伤病变而导致眼球萎缩的病人。
传统的义眼采用甲基丙酸甲脂/PMMA材料制成,均是硬性义眼,此种义眼不仅质重,配戴时有异物感,久戴易导致下眼脸变形;而且对留有角膜的眼球萎缩病人,配戴硬性义眼还必须先摘除病人眼球,在眼眶内植入眼座,以防止眼眶凹陷,影响美观,这无疑会给病人身心带来很大痛苦。
本发明的目的是提供一种质轻、柔软、亲水、透气、透湿、组织相溶性好,且配戴方便的软性义眼及其制作方法。即使对留有角膜、眼球萎缩的病人也可直接将软性义眼放在萎缩的眼球上而与之吸附吻合,随其运动而同步运动。配戴软性义眼由于保留眼球,使病人免受摘除眼球的痛苦。配戴软性义眼不仅舒适,外观饱满、美观,以假乱真,效果甚佳,而且制作方法简单。
本发明是以如下方法来完成的:采用医用聚甲基丙稀酸β-羟乙脂/HEMA(水凝胶)材料,按照瞳孔、虹膜、巩膜的颜色要求分别将着色成瞳孔材料、虹膜材料、巩膜材料,用模具法予置瞳孔、带有瞳孔的虹膜、带有虹膜的巩膜,分层聚合,辐照成型,然后按要求形状、大小落料,经打光、抛光、纯化处理,形成软性义眼。
由于选用的材料具有质轻、柔软、亲水、透湿、透气,组织相溶性好等优点,因而用此材料制成的义眼就具有上述的优点,软性义眼可直接配戴在萎缩的眼球上,眼球饱满、舒适、增强美感,是义眼的更新换代产品。
以下将结合附图作进一步的说明。

参照图1、本发明软性义眼1由瞳孔2、虹膜3、巩模4组成。
参照图2,本发明所用模具5是由玻璃制成的,其上部呈半球形,半径为
R1,R1=10~12mm。
参照图1、2,软性义眼1的瞳孔2采用医用聚甲基丙稀酸β-羟乙脂/HEMA(水凝胶)加适量黑色调和而成。将调和成的液体注入模具5上部的半球形内,并在调和液体上复盖涤纶薄膜6,涤纶薄膜6的半径为R2,R1-R2即为义眼的厚度,薄型软性义眼的厚度约为1mm。多余的调和液体从两边渗出,然后用紫外光照,使调和液体呈固态,取下模具5上的瞳孔材料,用直径为3~3.5mm的圆形落料冲头在制成的瞳孔材料上冲出一个个瞳孔2,并对瞳孔2边缘打光,待用。软性义眼1的虹膜3采用医用聚甲基丙稀酸β-羟乙脂/HEMA(水凝胶)加适量褐色调和而成,将调和成的液体注入中央放有带有瞳孔2的模具5的上部半球形内,同样,用涤纶薄膜6复盖在调和液体上,涤纶薄膜6的半径为R2,R1~R2为1mm,即为虹膜3的厚度。再用紫外光照,使调和液体呈固态,取下模具5上带有瞳孔的虹膜材料,用直径为11~12mm的圆形落料冲头在制成的虹膜材料上冲出一个个带有瞳孔2的虹膜3,并将其边缘打光。软性义眼1的巩膜4采用医用聚甲基丙稀酸β-羟乙脂/HEMA(水凝胶)加色调和而成,将调和成的液体注入中央放有带有瞳孔2的虹膜3的模具5的上部半球形内,用涤纶薄膜6复盖在调和液体上,涤纶薄膜6的半径为R2,R1~R2为1mm,即为义眼的厚度。用紫外光照使调和液体呈固态,并用沸水煮4小时,使固态复水成软性,此时,从模具5上取下带有瞳孔2,虹膜3的巩膜材料,根据病人需要(左眼或右眼、大、中、小尺寸)用落料冲模冲出带有瞳孔2、虹膜3、巩模4的软性义眼1,并对其边缘进行打光处理,表面进行抛光处理,再用酒精使没有聚合有高分子材料分离,使整个义眼得到纯化处理。也可在玻璃模具上分层聚合后,用紫外光照使液态呈固态,落模后,按义眼内外曲率、大小和厚度要求,用小车床切削加工成义眼。将此义眼用沸水煮4小时,使固态义眼复水成软性义眼,最后用酒精使没聚合的高分子材料分离,软性义眼得到纯化处理。

Claims (1)

1、一种义眼,其特征是用下述方法制作的一种软性义眼:
a、将适量黑色加入水凝胶调和成瞳孔调和液体并注入上部呈半球形,R1为10~12mm的模具(5)上,上面复盖半径为R2的涤纶薄膜(6),R2-R1为义眼厚度,经紫外光照,使调和液体呈固态,再落模,用直径为3~3.5mm圆形冲头冲出瞳孔(2),并将其边缘打光;
b、将瞳孔(2)置于模具(5)上部半球形的中央,四周注入加适量褐色的水凝胶调和液体,上面复盖半径为R2的涤纶薄膜(6),经紫外光照,使调和液体呈固态,再落模,用直径11~15mm圆形冲头冲出带有瞳孔(2)的虹膜(3),并将其边缘打光;
c、将带有瞳孔(2)的虹膜(3)置于模具(5)上部半球形的中央,四周注入加色的水凝胶调和液体,上面复盖半径为R2的涤纶薄膜(6),经紫外光照,使调和液体呈固态,然后可用沸水煮4小时,用落料冲模冲出带有瞳孔(2)、虹膜(3)、巩膜(4)的软性义眼(1),并将其边缘打光,表面抛光,再用酒精作纯化处理;也可用小车床按义眼内外曲率,大小和厚度要求切削加工成义眼,再用沸水煮4小时,最后用酒精作纯化处理。
