Abstract

一种液化天然气脱重烃工艺,经净化合格天然气进入洗涤塔,脱除天然气中的苯、重烃组分,洗涤塔塔顶气相进入LNG液化冷箱,经过冷凝后,进入气液分相罐,分离后的气体再次返回LNG液化冷箱,在LNG液化冷箱中,一部分经冷却、液化,并以过冷至‑162℃的液体流出,进入LNG储罐,作为LNG产品;气液分相罐底部采出的液相重烃作为洗涤液,由泵打入洗涤塔的塔顶,重烃洗涤液洗涤完天然气中的重烃之后,由洗涤塔塔底采出,进入重烃储罐。本发明简化了传统的脱重烃工艺流程,简化了冷箱,节省了冷剂用量;净化后天然气先进入洗涤塔,脱除重烃,再进入LNG液化冷箱,可以有效防止液化冷箱堵塞,同时可回收洗涤塔重烃的热量。

一种液化天然气脱重烃工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及天然气精华技术领域,尤其涉及一种液化天然气脱重烃工艺。
背景技术
天然气作为一次能源在社会各个领域所占比例正逐渐提升,作为一种优质、清洁的能源,液化天然气广泛应用于城市公交和重型卡车,对改善城市空气质量、节能减排具有重大意义,目前国内生产运行的液化天然气(LNG)工厂中,大多数工厂采用的是双循环混合制冷工艺,采用低温精馏的方式来脱除苯、C5+等重组分,经净化合格的天然气进入LNG液化冷箱,在LNG液化冷箱中向下流,冷却至-43℃时,进入洗涤塔脱除天然气中的苯、重烃,塔顶气体返回液化冷箱,经再冷凝后洗涤塔回流罐进行气液分离,分离后的气体在LNG液化冷箱中被进一步冷却、液化,并以过冷至-162℃的液体流出,分离后的液相通过洗涤塔回流泵输送回塔顶。冷箱普遍采用紧凑、轻巧、高效的板翅式结构,随着天然气被冷却液化过程,苯以及苯衍生物为主的环状芳香烃凝固并堵塞冷箱狭窄的流道,轻则导致工厂停产,重则出现安全事故,而且目前工厂中,将净化合格的天然气都先进入液化冷箱进行冷却,在进入重烃洗涤塔,采用的是低温精馏,增加了冷箱换热面积,使工艺流程复杂,低温精馏使重烃洗涤塔塔底采出的重烃是温度很低的重烃,所以重烃的热量未回收,造成能耗的损失。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种冷却工艺流程相对简单,同时避免冷箱堵塞的液化天然气脱重烃工艺。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种液化天然气脱重烃工艺,经净化合格天然气进入洗涤塔,脱除天然气中的苯、重烃组分,洗涤塔塔顶气相进入LNG液化冷箱,经过冷凝后,进入气液分相罐,分离后的气体再次返回LNG液化冷箱,在LNG液化冷箱中,一部分经冷却、液化,并以过冷至-162℃的液体流出,进入LNG储罐,作为LNG产品;气液分相罐底部采出的液相重烃作为洗涤液,由泵打入洗涤塔的塔顶,重烃洗涤液洗涤完天然气中的重烃之后,由洗涤塔塔底采出,进入重烃储罐。
本发明的有益效果:本发明简化了传统的脱重烃工艺流程,简化了冷箱,节省了冷剂用量;净化后天然气先进入洗涤塔,脱除重烃,再进入LNG液化冷箱,可以有效防止液化冷箱堵塞,同时可回收洗涤塔重烃的热量。

具体实施方式
一种液化天然气脱重烃工艺,经净化合格的天然气从洗涤塔1塔底进入,在塔内自下向上流动,并与从塔顶进入的洗涤液逆流接触,脱除天然气中的苯、重烃组分,洗涤塔1塔顶气相进入LNG液化冷箱4,经过冷凝后,进入气液分相罐2,分离后的气体再次返回LNG液化冷箱4,在LNG液化冷箱4中,一部分经冷却、液化,并以过冷至-162℃的液体流出,进入LNG储罐6,作为LNG产品;气液分相罐2底部采出的液相重烃作为洗涤液,由泵3打入洗涤塔1的塔顶,重烃洗涤液洗涤完天然气中的重烃之后,由洗涤塔1塔底采出,进入重烃储罐5。

1.一种液化天然气脱重烃工艺,其特征在于,经净化合格天然气进入洗涤塔(1)脱除天然气中的苯、重烃组分,洗涤塔(1)塔顶气相进入LNG液化冷箱(4),经过冷凝后,进入气液分相罐(2),分离后的气体再次返回LNG液化冷箱(4),在LNG液化冷箱(4)中,一部分经冷却、液化,并以过冷至-162℃的液体流出,进入LNG储罐(6),作为LNG产品;气液分相罐(2)底部采出的液相重烃作为洗涤液,由泵(3)打入洗涤塔(1)的塔顶,重烃洗涤液洗涤完天然气中的重烃之后,由洗涤塔(1)塔底采出,进入重烃储罐(5)。
