Abstract

本发明公开了一种嵌入式工控机壳体,包括采用ABS工程塑料制成的壳体,所述壳体的内表面设有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为喷涂导电涂料干燥形成的漆膜,所述导电涂料,按重量份,包括以下原料:环氧树脂32~36、铜粉6~8、银粉2~4、镍粉0.05~0.1、石墨烯0.2~0.4、炭黑3~5、有机溶剂40~45、消泡剂0.2~0.4、分散剂1~1.5、表面活性剂0.5~0.8。本发明主体采用ABS工程塑料,其一方面可便于壳体及附着连接件的加工成型,另一方面能够降低工控机的重量和工控机的生产成本,而设置的电磁屏蔽层的表面电阻率能够达到0.15以下,完全能够满足屏蔽电磁波的功能需求,且本发明电磁屏蔽层对工程塑料的附着力优良,并具有非常好的耐冲击性和耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及工控机设备领域,具体地说涉及一种嵌入式工控机壳体。
背景技术
嵌入式工控机是一种行业专用计算机,也可以称为特种计算机,主要嵌入在工业现场自动化设备和生活信息化设备中。工控机具有重要的计算机属性和特征,会因高频电磁波干扰产生杂讯,另外,若人体长期暴露于强力电磁场下,则可能易患癌症病变。因此,对工控机进行防电磁干扰已是必备而且势在必行的制程。
现有的工控机壳体多为铝镁合金材质,虽然铝镁合金具有强度高、抗电磁干扰等众多优点,但由于其材料成本高,加工工艺要求高等局限性也制约了工控机生产企业的发展。
导电涂料就是能用于喷涂的,干燥形成漆膜后起到导电作用,从而具有屏蔽电磁波干扰功能的一种油漆。喷涂导电涂料解决了因做金属屏蔽罩受空间、操作、成本压力的限制的问题,因其操作极其简单,而受到越来越多的关注及推广,逐渐取代了以往贴锡箔、铜纸做金属屏蔽罩的工艺。
现有的导电涂料都是直接在掺杂银粉、铜粉等金属粉末,虽然具有一定地屏蔽电磁波的功能,但是涂料的附着力、耐腐蚀等性能受到影响,实用性较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于成型加工,成本低,带有具有优良的附着力、耐冲击性和耐腐蚀性的电磁屏蔽层的嵌入式工控机壳体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种嵌入式工控机壳体,包括采用ABS工程塑料制成的壳体,所述壳体的内表面设有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为喷涂导电涂料干燥形成的漆膜,所述导电涂料,按重量份,包括以下原料:环氧树脂32~36、铜粉6~8、银粉2~4、镍粉0.05~0.1、石墨烯0.2~0.4、炭黑3~5、有机溶剂40~45、消泡剂0.2~0.4、分散剂1~1.5、表面活性剂0.5~0.8。
进一步地,所述有机溶剂选用醇类溶剂。
进一步地,所述分散剂选用羟丙基纤维素。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明嵌入式工控机壳体的主体采用ABS工程塑料,在不降低壳体耐高低温、抗震动性的前提下,其一方面可便于壳体及附着连接件的加工成型,另一方面能够降低工控机的重量和工控机的生产成本,而设置的电磁屏蔽层的表面电阻率能够达到0.15以下,完全能够满足屏蔽电磁波的功能需求,且本发明电磁屏蔽层对工程塑料的附着力优良,并具有非常好的耐冲击性和耐腐蚀性,适用于工程设备、机械家电等产品领域,具有非常好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
以下实施例所使用的各种原料,如未作特别说明,均为本领域公知的市售产品。其中消泡剂是油性涂料消泡剂,如硅油类、聚醚类消泡剂,其具体类型不会对本发明的性能造成影响;所使用的环氧树脂的环氧当量为300~800。
实施例1
一种嵌入式工控机壳体,包括采用ABS工程塑料制成的壳体,所述壳体的内表面设有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为喷涂导电涂料干燥形成的漆膜,所述导电涂料,按重量份,包括以下原料:环氧树脂34、铜粉7、银粉3、镍粉0.07、石墨烯0.3、炭黑4、乙醇42、消泡剂0.3、羟丙基纤维素1.3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7;
所述导电涂料按以下方法制备而成:将环氧树脂加入到乙醇中,充分分散后,再加入铜粉、银粉、镍粉和炭黑,搅拌均匀,然后加入石墨烯、消泡剂、羟丙基纤维素和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,高速分散一个小时,即得所述导电涂料。
对本实施例的嵌入式工控机壳体进行性能测试,测试结果为:电磁屏蔽层外观平整光滑,表面电阻率(Ω.cm-1)为0.13,附着力(GB/T1720-89)1级,耐冲击性(GB/T1732-1993)65cm,95%的乙醇擦洗50次无异常,50%的盐水擦洗50次无异常。
实施例2
一种嵌入式工控机壳体,包括采用ABS工程塑料制成的壳体,所述壳体的内表面设有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为喷涂导电涂料干燥形成的漆膜,所述导电涂料,按重量份,包括以下原料:环氧树脂32、铜粉6、银粉2、镍粉0.05、石墨烯0.2、炭黑3、异丙醇40、消泡剂0.2、羟丙基纤维素1、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5;
所述导电涂料按以下方法制备而成:将环氧树脂加入到异丙醇中,充分分散后,再加入铜粉、银粉、镍粉和炭黑,搅拌均匀,然后加入石墨烯、消泡剂、羟丙基纤维素和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,高速分散一个小时,即得所述导电涂料。
对本实施例的嵌入式工控机壳体进行性能测试,测试结果为:电磁屏蔽层外观平整光滑,表面电阻率(Ω.cm-1)为0.15,附着力(GB/T1720-89)1级,耐冲击性(GB/T1732-1993)67cm,95%的乙醇擦洗50次无异常,50%的盐水擦洗50次无异常。
实施例3
一种嵌入式工控机壳体,包括采用ABS工程塑料制成的壳体,所述壳体的内表面设有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为喷涂导电涂料干燥形成的漆膜,所述导电涂料,按重量份,包括以下原料:环氧树脂36、铜粉8、银粉4、镍粉0.1、石墨烯0.4、炭黑5、乙醇45、消泡剂0.4、羟丙基纤维素1.5、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8;
所述导电涂料按以下方法制备而成:将环氧树脂加入到乙醇中,充分分散后,再加入铜粉、银粉、镍粉和炭黑,搅拌均匀,然后加入石墨烯、消泡剂、羟丙基纤维素和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,高速分散一个小时,即得所述导电涂料。
对本实施例的嵌入式工控机壳体进行性能测试,测试结果为:电磁屏蔽层外观平整光滑,表面电阻率(Ω.cm-1)为0.14,附着力(GB/T1720-89)1级,耐冲击性(GB/T1732-1993)63cm,95%的乙醇擦洗50次无异常,50%的盐水擦洗50次无异常。

1.一种嵌入式工控机壳体,其特征在于,包括采用ABS工程塑料制成的壳体,所述壳体的内表面设有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为喷涂导电涂料干燥形成的漆膜,所述导电涂料,按重量份,包括以下原料:环氧树脂32~36、铜粉6~8、银粉2~4、镍粉0.05~0.1、石墨烯0.2~0.4、炭黑3~5、有机溶剂40~45、消泡剂0.2~0.4、分散剂1~1.5、表面活性剂0.5~0.8。
2.如权利要求1述的嵌入式工控机壳体,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂选用醇类溶剂。
3.如权利要求1或2述的嵌入式工控机壳体,其特征在于,所述分散剂选用羟丙基纤维素。
4.如权利要求1或2述的嵌入式工控机壳体,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
