本发明公开了一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其由聚丙烯、石英砂、石膏石粉、有机消光剂、发泡剂、天然纤维和加工助剂组成,其配方组成按质量份分别为:聚丙烯30‑35份,石英砂10‑15份,石膏石粉18‑22份,有机消光剂1‑4份,发泡剂1‑3份,天然纤维5‑8份,加工助剂0.5‑1.5份。本发明的有益效果是:采用聚丙烯与有机消光剂相结合的方式,同时添加其他原料,制成的填充材料性能稳定,能有效的解决接缝问题,相容性能好,粘结性好,牢固,大大延长了使用寿命,满足建筑行业的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种填充材料,尤其涉及一种消光聚丙烯填充材料。
背景技术
聚丙烯是一种广泛应用于日常生活中的通用级热塑性塑料,俗称“百折胶”。一直以来,国内装潢装修业人士多采用多种施工方案,不断地制造各种材料,如:采用绷带粘合剂裱上,铜带钉上或用柔性平底灰粘结,种种办法和手段,都不能彻底解决各种材料的接缝问题,不能满足建筑行业的需求。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种消光聚丙烯填充材料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其由聚丙烯、石英砂、石膏石粉、有机消光剂、发泡剂、天然纤维和加工助剂组成,其配方组成按质量份分别为:聚丙烯30-35份,石英砂10-15份,石膏石粉18-22份,有机消光剂1-4份,发泡剂1-3份,天然纤维5-8份,加工助剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,所述有机消光剂为高抗冲聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯‐丁二烯‐苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝。
优选地,所述加工助剂为保水剂。
优选地,所述发泡剂为含氮的多碳化合物。
本发明的有益效果是:采用聚丙烯与有机消光剂相结合的方式,同时添加其他原料,制成的填充材料性能稳定,能有效的解决接缝问题,相容性能好,粘结性好,牢固,大大延长了使用寿命,满足建筑行业的需求。

一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其由聚丙烯、石英砂、石膏石粉、高抗冲聚苯乙烯、发泡剂、天然纤维和保水剂组成,其配方组成按质量份分别为:聚丙烯30-35份,石英砂10-15份,石膏石粉18-22份,高抗冲聚苯乙烯1-4份,发泡剂1-3份,天然纤维5-8份,保水剂0.5-1.5份,发泡剂为含氮的多碳化合物。
实施例2
一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其由聚丙烯、石英砂、石膏石粉、苯乙烯‐丁二烯‐苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、发泡剂、天然纤维和保水剂组成,其配方组成按质量份分别为:聚丙烯30-35份,石英砂10-15份,石膏石粉18-22份,苯乙烯‐丁二烯‐苯乙烯嵌段共聚物1-4份,发泡剂1-3份,天然纤维5-8份,保水剂0.5-1.5份,发泡剂为含氮的多碳化合物。
实施例3
一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其由聚丙烯、石英砂、石膏石粉、聚乙烯、发泡剂、天然纤维和保水剂组成,其配方组成按质量份分别为:聚丙烯30-35份,石英砂10-15份,石膏石粉18-22份,聚乙烯1-4份,发泡剂1-3份,天然纤维5-8份,保水剂0.5-1.5份,发泡剂为含氮的多碳化合物。
有机消光剂还可以为马来酸酐接枝。

1.一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其特征在于:其由聚丙烯、石英砂、石膏石粉、有机消光剂、发泡剂、天然纤维和加工助剂组成,其配方组成按质量份分别为:聚丙烯30-35份,石英砂10-15份,石膏石粉18-22份,有机消光剂1-4份,发泡剂1-3份,天然纤维5-8份,加工助剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其特征在于:所述有机消光剂为高抗冲聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯‐丁二烯‐苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其特征在于:所述加工助剂为保水剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消光聚丙烯填充材料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为含氮的多碳化合物。
