猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,涉及粪便污水处理技术领域,包括以下步骤,1)将粪便污水收集到污水池内,将秸秆粉碎添加到污水中,并进行厌氧发酵工艺;2)将污水池发酵后上部液体进行排出,并透过网筛进行过滤,过滤较大的固定颗粒或者杂草,将污水池内下部的粪便以及秸秆挖出;3)将挖出的粪便以及秸秆通过晾晒调节水分后边撒准备好的发酵剂边建堆,堆高1.2~1.5米,宽2米,长度不能少于2米;4)拌匀通气:肥料发酵剂是有氧发酵,经5~6天,然后每各半天翻堆一次,使得温度稳定在60~70℃。本发明污水处理以及粪便的发酵可以同池进行,肥力好,透气性好,便于堆肥发酵,污水处理效果好,能够重复使用,减少浪费。

猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及粪便污水处理技术领域,特别是涉及猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法。
背景技术:
猪场污水主要包括猪尿、猪粪和猪舍冲洗水。这类污水中有机物浓度高、悬浮物多、氨氮含量高,臭味大。目前,养猪场的污水处理工艺主要是利用厌氧生物处理技术,粪便主要用于发酵堆肥。然而现有的污水处理以及粪便的发酵都是分别分开进行,占用的资源大,处理不方便,全部使用粪便直接进行堆肥,透气性差,肥料中肥力肥效差,而且污水处理后的废水也是直接排放,处理后的废水中仍然含有较多的臭味物质,以及大量的细菌,不能再次利用,导致水资源的浪费,也会对排放的河流或者田地等造成一定的污染。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种污水处理以及粪便的发酵可以同池进行,肥力好,透气性好,便于堆肥发酵的猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
1)将粪便污水收集到污水池内,将秸秆粉碎添加到污水中,并进行厌氧发酵工艺;
2)将污水池发酵后上部液体进行排出,并透过网筛进行过滤,过滤较大的固定颗粒或者杂草,将污水池内下部的粪便以及秸秆挖出;
3)将挖出的粪便以及秸秆通过晾晒调节水分后边撒准备好的发酵剂边建堆,堆高1.2~1.5米,宽2米,长度不能少于2米;
4)拌匀通气:肥料发酵剂是有氧发酵,做到拌匀、勤翻、通气,在常温下,经5~6天,然后每各半天翻堆一次,使得温度稳定在60~70℃,并在料堆上打孔通气来补充发酵所需要的氧气,保持10~15天即可。
所述的步骤2)排出的污水进行以下步骤
污水调节,向排出的污水内添加以下重量份物质的混合物,焦磷酸钾10~20份、膨润土30~50份、熟石灰5~10份、淀粉100~200份、脂肪胺3~5份和起泡剂5~8份;
消毒除臭,用帆布将生石灰、干杂草和烧碱混合装包,将装好的帆布包扔入到污水池内,每3平方米的污水面扔0.5~1公斤的帆布包;消毒除臭的功效保持时间长,具有更好的消毒除臭的效果,另外在帆布包里添加干杂草是有效防止生石灰和烧碱在其作用的同时堵塞帆布包,从而避免后续的消毒作用较差。
沉淀,并进行好氧池硝化处理;
通过渗透膜过滤后用于猪圈冲洗。
所述的起泡剂按重量份包括以下组分,二号油3~5重量份、异丁基钠黄药1~3重量份、起霜1~3重量份。
所述的网筛,孔径为250μm。
所述的肥料发酵剂中添加延胡索酸、蛇麻脂醇和棕榈酸乙酯混合使用,延胡索酸、蛇麻脂醇和棕榈酸乙酯的比例为2﹕1﹕3,每单位千克的肥料发酵剂添加延胡索酸、蛇麻脂醇和棕榈酸乙酯的混合物0.05kg。可以大大增加肥料发酵剂的活性,有利于快速发酵。
本发明中先使污水以及粪便并添加了秸秆的混合物直接通入到污水池进行发酵处理,可以制造清洁能源,而且也便于污水中粪便的沉淀,降低后续污水处理的难度,且发酵的效果更好。本发明使用粪便以及秸秆进行堆肥发酵,透气性好,发酵的效果好。而且秸秆本身可以增加肥力,使得肥料中的营养物质更均衡,便于植物的吸收。
本发明通过厌氧池发酵以及好氧池硝化的作用,可以去除大部分的有机物质,起到处理污水的效果,而且本发明经过多次沉淀,多次过滤,大大增加了污水处理的干净程度,在处理的过程中对水质进行了调节,去除污水中大量的气体、重金属以及浮游的颗粒等,这些气体大部分都具有臭味,便于污水处理后的再次利用,保证其不会对猪舍造成损害。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明污水处理以及粪便的发酵可以同池进行,肥力好,透气性好,便于堆肥发酵,污水处理效果好,除臭除菌、能够重复使用,有利于节约水资源,减少浪费。

下面通过实施例来进一步说明本发明。
猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
1)将粪便污水收集到污水池内,将秸秆粉碎添加到污水中,并进行厌氧发酵工艺;
2)将污水池发酵后上部液体进行排出,并透过网筛进行过滤,过滤较大的固定颗粒或者杂草,将污水池内下部的粪便以及秸秆挖出;
3)将挖出的粪便以及秸秆通过晾晒调节水分后边撒准备好的发酵剂边建堆,堆高1.2~1.5米,宽2米,长度不能少于2米;

1.猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
1)将粪便污水收集到污水池内,将秸秆粉碎添加到污水中,并进行厌氧发酵工艺;
2)将污水池发酵后上部液体进行排出,并透过网筛进行过滤,过滤较大的固定颗粒或者杂草,将污水池内下部的粪便以及秸秆挖出;
3)将挖出的粪便以及秸秆通过晾晒调节水分后边撒准备好的发酵剂边建堆,堆高1.2~1.5米,宽2米,长度不能少于2米;
4)拌匀通气:肥料发酵剂是有氧发酵,做到拌匀、勤翻、通气,在常温下,经5~6天,然后每各半天翻堆一次,使得温度稳定在60~70℃,并在料堆上打孔通气来补充发酵所需要的氧气,保持10~15天即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤2)排出的污水进行以下步骤
污水调节,向排出的污水内添加以下重量份物质的混合物,焦磷酸钾10~20份、膨润土30~50份、熟石灰5~10份、淀粉100~200份、脂肪胺3~5份和起泡剂5~8份;
消毒除臭,用帆布将生石灰、干杂草和烧碱混合装包,将装好的帆布包扔入到污水池内,每3平方米的污水面扔0.5~1公斤的帆布包;
沉淀,并进行好氧池硝化处理;
通过渗透膜过滤后用于猪圈冲洗。
3.根据权利要求2所述的猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:所述的起泡剂按重量份包括以下组分,二号油3~5重量份、异丁基钠黄药1~3重量份、起霜1~3重量份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:所述的网筛,孔径为250μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的猪场粪便与秸秆发酵堆肥方法,其特征在于:所述的肥料发酵剂中添加延胡索酸、蛇麻脂醇和棕榈酸乙酯混合使用,延胡索酸、蛇麻脂醇和棕榈酸乙酯的比例为2﹕1﹕3,每单位千克的肥料发酵剂添加延胡索酸、蛇麻脂醇和棕榈酸乙酯的混合物0.05kg。
