本发明公开了一种无菌储水箱,它包括水箱壳体(1)、呼吸器、水封装置、溢流管(2)和设置于水箱壳体(1)底部的水箱底座(3),水箱底座(3)与水箱壳体(1)之间设置有支撑板(4),水箱壳体(1)由内层透明PE壳和外层有色PE壳组成,呼吸器由呼吸器安装座(6)、呼吸器壳体(7)、微孔过滤片A(8)和微孔过滤片B(9)组成,所述的水封装置由设置于水箱底座(3)内的外回水器壳体(14)、内回水器壳体(15)、溢流管安装座(16)以及设置于支撑板(4)上的螺母(17)组成,溢流管(2)的上端部的侧壁上设置有溢流口(21)。本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑、提高纯水水质、避免水质变质、外形美观。

Description

一种无菌储水箱
技术领域
本发明涉及纯水暂存的技术领域,特别是一种无菌储水箱。
背景技术
净水机利用RO膜和纯化柱制备出的纯水需要花费一定的时间才能制得,导致用户需要取水时,又要等待5~9min才能出水,客户才能使用,因此为了克服这一缺陷,通常使净化机在待机状态下将制备好的纯水暂存到水箱中,其中水箱的侧壁上且位于水箱的上端部开设有溢流口,其目的是为保证纯水过量而水箱无法再容纳纯水时,将多余的纯水从溢流口排出,然而溢流口是与空气是连通的,外界中的杂质和二氧化碳经溢流口进入水箱中,导致纯水变质。光线照射纯水时也会导致纯水变质,因此采用有色PE材料制作水箱壳体,然而有色PE材料中的污染颗粒会渗入纯水中导致纯水污染。因此现有水箱的无法满足存储水箱的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、提高纯水水质、避免水质变质、外形美观的无菌储水箱。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种无菌储水箱,它包括水箱壳体、呼吸器、水封装置、溢流管和设置于水箱壳体底部的水箱底座,水箱底座与水箱壳体之间设置有支撑板,水箱壳体由内层透明PE壳和外层有色PE壳组成,外层有色PE壳包裹于内层透明PE壳外部,水箱壳体的顶部设置有连接头,所述的呼吸器位于水箱壳体内,呼吸器由呼吸器安装座、呼吸器壳体、微孔过滤片A和微孔过滤片B组成,呼吸器安装座 由大直径管和小直径管组成,小直径管设置于大直径管的下方,大直径管的顶端部设置有翻边,大直径管经翻边悬挂于连接头的顶部,呼吸器壳体设置于大直径管内,呼吸器壳体的下部设置有连通呼吸器壳体的尾管,尾管插装于小直径管内,呼吸器壳体内设置有微孔过滤片A和微孔过滤片B,所述的水封装置由设置于水箱底座内的外回水器壳体、内回水器壳体、溢流管安装座以及设置于支撑板上的螺母组成,外回水器壳体的侧壁上设置有排水口,内回水器壳体设置于外回水器壳体内,内回水器壳体与外回水器壳体之间设置有环形密封板,溢流管安装座为管状,溢流管安装座的上端部设置有外螺纹,溢流管安装座经外螺纹与螺母的内螺纹连接固定于螺母上,溢流管安装座的下端部插装于内回水器壳体内且与内回水器壳体之间设置有密封圈A,所述的溢流管的上端部插装于小直径管内,溢流管的下端部插装于溢流管安装座内,溢流管的上端部的侧壁上设置有溢流口。
所述的连接头上螺纹连接有旋钮。
所述的螺母设置于支撑板的下表面。
所述的溢流管垂向设置水箱壳体的顶部还设置有液位传感器。
所述的溢流管的上设置有两个溢流口,两个溢流口对称设置。
所述的尾管与小直径管之间设置有密封圈B。
所述的支撑板为透明PE。
所述的水箱壳体的端面上设置有水位刻度线。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1~5所示,一种无菌储水箱,它包括水箱壳体1、呼吸器、水封装置、溢流管2和设置于水箱壳体1底部的水箱底座3,水箱底座3与水箱壳体1之间设置有支撑板4,所述的水箱壳体1的端面上设置有水位刻度线,支撑板4为透明PE,水箱壳体1由内层透明PE壳和外层有色PE壳组成,外层有色PE壳包裹于内层透明PE壳外部,水箱壳体1的顶部设置有连接头5,连接头5上螺纹连接有旋钮22。由于内层透明PE壳直接与纯水接触,而内层透明PE壳的材料内不含有任何颗粒杂质,因此不会污染纯水,而外层有色PE壳能够有效阻挡光纤照射在纯水上,避免了纯水变质,此外还能肉眼分辨水箱壳体1内纯水液位。
所述的呼吸器位于水箱壳体1内,呼吸器由呼吸器安装座6、呼吸器壳体7、微孔过滤片A8和微孔过滤片B9组成,呼吸器安装座6 由大直径管10和小直径管11组成,小直径管11设置于大直径管10的下方,大直径管10的顶端部设置有翻边12,大直径管10经翻边12悬挂于连接头5的顶部,呼吸器壳体7设置于大直径管10内,呼吸器壳体7的下部设置有连通呼吸器壳体7的尾管13,尾管13插装于小直径管11内,尾管13与小直径管11之间设置有密封圈B23,呼吸器壳体7内设置有微孔过滤片A8和微孔过滤片B9,微孔过滤片A8和微孔过滤片B9之间填充有固态LiOH,当外界空气经连接头5与旋钮22的空隙处进入大直径管10后,微孔过滤片A8初步拦截空气中夹带的细菌,随后空气中的二氧化碳和杂质被固态LiOH吸收,最后微孔过滤片B9进一步拦截空气中细菌,避免了二氧化碳和细菌污染纯水。
所述的水封装置由设置于水箱底座3内的外回水器壳体14、内回水器壳体15、溢流管安装座16以及设置于支撑板4上的螺母17组成,螺母17设置于支撑板4的下表面,外回水器壳体14的侧壁上设置有排水口18,内回水器壳体15设置于外回水器壳体14内,内回水器壳体15与外回水器壳体14之间设置有环形密封板19,溢流管安装座16为管状,溢流管安装座16的上端部设置有外螺纹,溢流管安装座16经外螺纹与螺母17的内螺纹连接固定于螺母17上,溢流管安装座16的下端部插装于内回水器壳体15内且与内回水器壳体15之间设置有密封圈A20,所述的溢流管2的上端部插装于小直径管11内,溢流管2的下端部插装于溢流管安装座16内,溢流管2的上端部的侧壁上设置有溢流口21。由于排水口18设置于水箱底座3底部,位置非常隐蔽,保证了整个水箱的美观。
所述的溢流管2垂向设置水箱壳体1的顶部还设置有液位传感器,液位传感器用于检测水箱壳体1内纯水的液位;所述的溢流管2的上设置有两个溢流口21,两个溢流口21对称设置。
本发明的工作过程如下:将净水机的纯水出口与该无菌水箱连通,净水机在待机状态下将纯水排入到水箱壳体内,随着液位的升高,当水箱壳体内纯水的液位与溢流口高度平齐时,纯水经溢流口进入溢流管内,纯水在重力作用下进入外回水器壳体14和内回水器壳体15所形成的区域内,随着该区域内液位的上升,当该区域内纯水液位与排水口平齐时,纯水从排水口排出,解决了纯水过量而水箱无法再容纳纯水的问题,而外界的细菌和二氧化则无法穿过外回水器壳体14和内回水器壳体15之间的纯水进入水箱壳体内,防止了二氧化碳和细菌污染其内纯水,实现了水密封的结构。
