Technical Field
The present invention relates to printing apparatus, and in particular to a roller transporter.
Background
In the printing operation, there is a printing method of printing paints of various colors to be printed on a member to be printed by using a cylinder.
When the printing operation is finished, the roller is inconvenient to store after being used due to the special shape of the roller, and the roller rolls due to the shaking of the vehicle body during transportation, so that the rollers collide with each other and are damaged.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a roller which has simple structure and convenient use and can improve the stability of the roller in the transportation process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roller transport vehicle which is simple in structure and convenient to use, and greatly improves the stability in the roller transport process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a roller transport vehicle, wherein a roller comprises a rolling shaft and a sleeve sleeved outside the rolling shaft, and the roller comprises a chassis, a push-pull vehicle arm and a fixed frame;
four corners of the bottom end of the chassis are provided with trolley wheels, the bottom ends of the trolley arms are fixedly connected to the chassis, and the top ends extend upwards to form an obtuse included angle between the trolley arms and the chassis, wherein the obtuse included angle is 105 degrees and 120 degrees;
the fixing frame is arranged at the top end of the chassis and comprises a fixing cover, a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate, wherein the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are vertically and fixedly connected to the chassis; the height of the first vertical plate is greater than that of the second vertical plate, one end of the fixed cover is hinged to the top end of the second vertical plate so that the fixed cover can rotate along the hinged position and is matched with the top end of the first vertical plate to form a cavity for placing a roller; wherein,
the inside wall of first riser inwards caves in and forms first blind hole, is formed with the second blind hole on the fixed lid inside wall, and first blind hole and second blind hole are coaxial and all are greater than the diameter of roller bearing when fixed lid is fashionable.
Preferably, first blind hole and second blind hole are a plurality of, and a plurality of first blind holes and second blind hole are horizontal interval arrangement respectively on first riser and second riser to, first blind hole and second blind hole one-to-one.
Preferably, a rubber sleeve is arranged in the first blind hole and/or the second blind hole, the outer wall of the rubber sleeve is attached to the inner wall of the first blind hole and/or the second blind hole, and the inner diameter of the rubber sleeve is larger than the diameter of the roller.
Preferably, the pushwheel is a self-locking wheel.
