本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有层次感的多层网面织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种刚度和硬度好多层网面织物,所述织物包括若干个网面层,所述网面层依次旋转一个角度,再通过亮丝线上下连接。通过角度旋转的多个网面层叠加处层次丰富的纹理。所述网面层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,采用编织物制成,编织物可包括多个经线和与多个经线耦合的至少一个纬线。编织物还可包括多个接合纤维。接合纤维可被定位为与经线并行和/或与纬线平行。另外,接合纤维可由具有比用于形成编织物的经线和纬线的材料的熔点温度低的熔点温度的材料形成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
多层网面织物通过多个网面层的叠加、旋转,塑造出丰富的层次感,而连接多个网面层的亮丝线给多层网面织物增添了亮丽的色彩。
本发明可以增加编织物的刚度和硬度。
