一种可调节刀模夹紧装置,其主要由气缸、夹紧钩爪、滑块、导轨、滑块紧固螺钉所组成,利用抽屉的结构原理,将刀模推入或抽出夹紧装置,利用气缸驱动钩爪完成刀模的紧固和松开的动作,免除繁琐的手动松紧螺钉步骤,安装不同厚度的刀模时,只需替换对应的钩爪即可。

本发明涉及一种智能裁断机械夹紧装置,特别涉及一种四柱式精密裁断机的一种可调节刀模夹紧装置。
背景技术
目前,众所周知,现有的安装刀模的方法多是直接螺钉固定。少数用夹子(还是用螺钉锁紧)固定的。共同缺点都是据已知刀模尺寸确定螺钉固定位置或夹具位置。只能用于该刀模且装拆繁琐,手动松紧螺钉无法保证位置精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可调节刀模夹紧装置,克服老式四柱裁断机不安全工作隐患,该装置实现刀模夹具的兼容和安装便利,有安全保护设施,自动化程度高,安全性能好,操作方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:其主要由气缸、夹紧钩爪、滑块、导轨、滑块紧固螺钉所组成,气缸安装在顶端,下部装有夹紧钩爪,外侧装有滑块,导轨固定在机体上,滑块由滑块紧固螺钉固定,利用抽屉的结构原理,将刀模推入或抽出夹紧装置,利用气缸驱动钩爪完成刀模的紧固和松开的动作,免除繁琐的手动松紧螺钉步骤,安装不同厚度的刀模时,只需替换对应的钩爪即可。
本发明结构合理紧凑、利用导轨实现夹紧装置的横向移动,实现刀模尺寸可调节,更换不同刀模时更加方便。当刀模安装好后,拧紧滑块紧固螺钉,锁死夹具。
