一种下颌骨骨折固定用自锁式小型连接板,它包括齿状扣板、凹槽锁板,所述齿状扣板由设有牵引钉孔的端部和设有若干个齿的条形板构成;所述凹槽锁板由设有牵引钉孔的端部和中间设有若干个齿的凹槽构成,所述凹槽锁板的凹槽内的齿与齿状扣板的齿间隔排列,相互锁入后,两齿刚好吻合。本发明操作技术简单,固位稳定,有利于患者平安渡过创伤应急期,为后续手术治疗创造良好的基础条件。

技术领域
本发明涉及下颌骨骨折临时外固定的器械。
背景技术
下颌骨骨折在临床急诊救治中最常用的治疗方法是牙弓夹板固定,或者是颌间牵引钉不锈钢丝结扎固定。但是牙弓夹板固定操作费时,而且当下颌骨骨折合并多颗牙外伤脱落时牙弓夹板固定临床操作困难。颌间牵引钉不锈钢丝结扎固定临床急救操作简便,但是它的牵引固定在力学上呈线性一维,具有不稳定性,尤其是非线性骨折线时,骨折临时固定困难。
发明内容
本发明提供一种操作简单,固位稳定,适合下颌骨骨折急诊救治的自锁式小型连接板,对下颌骨骨折临床急救起到临时外固定止血作用。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种下颌骨骨折固定用自锁式小型连接板,其主要技术特征是它包括齿状扣板、凹槽锁板,所述齿状扣板由设有牵引钉孔的端部和设有若干个齿的条形板构成;所述凹槽锁板由设有牵引钉孔的端部和中间设有若干个齿的凹槽构成,所述凹槽锁板的凹槽内的齿与齿状扣板的齿间隔排列,相互锁入后,两齿刚好吻合;
所述齿状扣板的齿和凹槽锁板的齿分别与水平方向呈60度角。
本发明提供的自锁式小型连接板,包括齿状扣板、凹槽锁板,齿状扣板能够在垂直方向按照凹槽锁板的凹槽倾斜角度扣入。当本发明的齿状扣板,凹槽锁板,分别通过颌间牵引钉固定在骨折线的两侧时,牵拉齿状扣板向凹槽锁板扣入,在水平方向,垂直方向,前后方向上都不能脱位,骨折端临时外固定稳定。
本发明提供的自锁式小型连接板,根据自锁机制,在三维空间上呈稳定状态。在下颌骨骨折临床急诊救治中通过颌间牵引钉分别固定在骨折线两侧,牵拉齿状扣板向凹槽锁板扣入,即可完成下颌骨骨折临时外固定操作。本发明操作技术简单,固位稳定,有利于患者平安渡过创伤应急期,为后续手术治疗创造良好的基础条件。

具体实施方式:
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,通过以下实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
如图1-图6所示,它包括齿状扣板1、凹槽锁板2,齿状扣板由设有牵引钉孔1-1的端部和设有若干个齿1-2的条形板构成;凹槽锁板由设有牵引钉孔2-1的端部和中间设有若干个齿2-1的凹槽2-4构成,凹槽2-4由底面和两侧档片2-3围成,所述凹槽锁板的凹槽内的齿2-1与齿状扣板的齿1-1间隔排列,相互锁入后,两齿刚好吻合。齿状扣板的齿1-1和凹槽锁板的齿2-1分别与水平方向呈60度角。
下颌骨体部粉碎性骨折,在近心端的前庭沟膜龈联合处距离骨折线2个牙位植入颌间牵引钉固定凹槽锁板2,在远心端的的前庭沟膜龈联合处距离骨折线2个牙位植入颌间牵引钉固定齿状扣板1,牵引齿状扣板向凹槽锁板扣入,即完成骨折复位和临时外固定操作。

1.一种下颌骨骨折固定用自锁式小型连接板,其特征在于它包括齿状扣板、凹槽锁板,所述齿状扣板由设有牵引钉孔的端部和设有若干个齿的条形板构成;所述凹槽锁板由设有牵引钉孔的端部和中间设有若干个齿的凹槽构成,所述凹槽锁板的凹槽内的齿与齿状扣板的齿间隔排列,相互锁入后,两齿刚好吻合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种下颌骨骨折固定用自锁式小型连接板,其特征在于所述齿状扣板的齿和凹槽锁板的齿分别与水平方向呈60度角。
