Abstract

本发明涉及一种后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器,安装在假肢上,包括支撑板、弹力带及脚掌固定带,支撑板套装入假肢的小腿段后面,该支撑板在假肢的小腿段前面采用弹力带进行连接,脚掌固定带同轴套装入假肢的脚掌段,其特征在于:所述支撑板的下部延伸制有一脚掌连接板,该脚掌连接板铰接在脚掌固定带上。本矫正器在支撑板延伸设计了脚掌连接板,该脚掌连接板与支撑板一体并铰装在脚掌固定套上,由此实现了在病患者抬腿时,脚掌则自动抬起,因此行走轻松;而穿着时,脚掌固定套可以翻转,轻松套装入假肢的脚掌段,穿着方便,舒适,矫正效果好,人性化程度高。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,涉及对足下垂病患者的所使用器械,尤其是一种后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器。
背景技术
下肢残疾患者在行走时,都有脚尖下垂的症状;即时借助器具行走,在需要抬腿动作时,因脚尖无法抬起而无法运动。
通过检索,发现与本发明申请相关的公开专利文献较多,接近的有如下四篇:
1、一种脚蹬式足下垂矫正器(CN102988125A),其特征在于设有脚跟座、下肢定位板、脚蹬垫和滑动杆,脚跟座呈与人体脚跟相吻合的弧形,脚跟座上端与下肢定位板固定连接,使足关节保持90°,下端与脚蹬垫相铰接,以利于足与下肢屈伸,下肢定位板两侧分别设有滑槽和固定带,脚蹬垫两侧分别设有滑动杆和固定带,滑动杆一端与脚蹬垫相铰接,另一端与滑槽滑动连接。
2、足下垂矫正器(CN2902230),包括定位架,与定位架连接的足底托,活动装在定位架上的滑轮,一端固定在足底托上另一端固定缠绕在滑轮上的拉托带,一端固定缠绕在滑轮上另一端可挂在定位架上的牵绳。该足下垂矫正器使患足与足踝关节两者之间始终保持90度状态,同时,还不影响患足与足踝关节的血液循环。而且能够根据需要调整患足与足踝关节之间的角度。
3、一种新型足下垂矫正器(CN202376266U),包括有支撑板、支撑板弹力带、脚掌固定带等,其特征是:在支撑板上部连接有支撑弹力带,下部前侧位呈半圆弧状、其上连接有脚掌固定带,调节用高强力拉筋的一端与脚掌固定带固定连接,其另一端与支撑板连接。
4、一种足下垂矫正器(CN201930116U),主要由支撑板后连接支撑板弹力带,支撑板下前部连接可调节高强力拉筋,可调节高强力拉筋连接脚掌固定带,组装一体而构成。
上述四篇公开专利文献的前两篇,申请人认为其支撑板有些问题,使用时必须紧贴胫骨部位固定,如此方能将下垂的脚尖抬起,患者不舒服。而后两篇是本申请人自行设计的矫正器。存在的问题是拉筋与支撑板固定,但仅仅是随动关系,至于脚尖太高多少,拉筋无法进行调节,造成病患者在使用上述矫正器时不能随心所欲。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器,该矫正器的支撑板与脚尖随动,因此病患者行走抬足尖轻松随意。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器,安装在假肢上,包括支撑板、弹力带及脚掌固定带,支撑板套装入假肢的小腿段后面,该支撑板在假肢的小腿段前面采用弹力带进行连接,脚掌固定带同轴套装入假肢的脚掌段,其特征在于:所述支撑板的下部延伸制有一脚掌连接板,该脚掌连接板铰接在脚掌固定带上。
而且,所述脚掌连接板与脚掌固定带的铰接方式是:在脚掌固定带的上面两侧边镜像对称分别固装有一立板,该立板与脚掌连接板采用铆钉进行铰接。
本发明的有点和积极效果是:
1、本矫正器在支撑板延伸设计了脚掌连接板,该脚掌连接板与支撑板一体并铰装在脚掌固定套上,由此实现了在病患者抬腿时,脚掌则自动抬起,因此行走轻松;而穿着时,脚掌固定套可以翻转,轻松套装入假肢的脚掌段,穿着方便,舒适,矫正效果好,人性化程度高。
2、本矫正器设计科学,构思巧妙,充分利用了大腿抬起脚掌随动的本能,病患者可以轻松提足行走,克服了现有足下垂矫正器存在的技术难题,市场前景十分广阔。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器,安装在假肢1上,包括支撑板2、弹力带3及脚掌固定带7,支撑板套装入假肢的小腿段后面,即后置安装支撑板,该支撑板在假肢的小腿段前面采用弹力带进行连接,脚掌固定带同轴套装入假肢的脚掌段。
本发明的创新点在于:
所述支撑板的下部延伸制有一脚掌连接板4,该脚掌连接板铰接在脚掌固定带上。
所述脚掌连接板与脚掌固定带的铰接方式是:
在脚掌固定带的上面两侧边镜像对称分别固装有一立板5,该立板与脚掌连接板采用铆钉6或者螺钉等进行铰接。

1.一种后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器,安装在假肢上,包括支撑板、弹力带及脚掌固定带,支撑板套装入假肢的小腿段后面,该支撑板在假肢的小腿段前面采用弹力带进行连接,脚掌固定带同轴套装入假肢的脚掌段,其特征在于:所述支撑板的下部延伸制有一脚掌连接板,该脚掌连接板铰接在脚掌固定带上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后置支撑板的足下垂矫正器,其特征在于:所述脚掌连接板与脚掌固定带的铰接方式是:在脚掌固定带的上面两侧边镜像对称分别固装有一立板,该立板与脚掌连接板采用铆钉进行铰接。
