Abstract
本发明公开了一种节能循环陈列系统,由陈列架、包装容器以及挂钩组成,陈列架上设置有陈列杆,挂钩与包装容器呈可拆卸安装,挂钩上方设置有挂钩位,挂钩下方开口并伸入包装容器内部,挂钩内部为中空结构并安装有电路板和发光体,发光体与电路板电路连接,电路板上设置有电线,电线末端设置有导电触点突出于挂钩位的内侧面,导电触点与陈列杆接触形成通路,电路板上还设置有电源或电线与外部电源相接。由于挂钩与包装容器呈可拆卸连接,安装简便,挂钩内置发光体,接通电源后通过导电触点与陈列杆相接形成通路,从而使发光体发光,在陈列展示时可使包装的产品整体呈现良好的发光效果,并且发光体发光与否可实时控制,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及展示陈列装置领域,特别涉及一种节能循环陈列系统。
背景技术
电视广告,户外广告,网络,杂志,报纸,自媒体铺天盖地的轰炸,为的就是抓住每一个提升品牌形象可能性,让消费者轻易记住。但是,在各种广告如此泛滥的今天,广告显然已经无法作为市场营销的主力。与此同时,网络销售模式也对实体店销售造成巨大的冲击。而网络销售的价格战又让各个品牌苦不堪言。所以,品牌都纷纷将目光投向包装,期望新颖的包装能让自己的品牌在实体店吸引眼球,获得成功。因为包装和陈列方式是产品终端销售的静态媒介,是从众多品牌中间脱颖而出的关键。
而如何在消费者踏入产品繁多且同质化严重,陈列单一,面积巨大的卖场的第一秒钟,吸引他们的眼球呢?目前对包装的创新都是局限于材质,结构,图稿,表面工艺,而产品类型、销售渠道的局限性让这些表面创新始终逃脱不了千篇一律的感觉。而如何将传统的包装与现代的展现方式结合,即如何将包装体与灯光进行配合,并且由内到外呈现出一种新颖的陈列效果,是目前包装设计的重要方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能循环陈列系统,该陈列系统在陈列展示时可使包装容器内的产品呈现良好的发光效果,同时可实时控制发光与否,挂钩可循环利用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为一种节能循环陈列系统,由陈列架、包装容器以及挂钩组成,陈列架上设置有陈列杆,挂钩与包装容器呈可拆卸安装,挂钩上方设置有挂钩位,挂钩下方开口并伸入包装容器内部,挂钩内部为中空结构并安装有电路板和发光体,发光体与电路板电路连接,电路板上设置有电线,电线末端设置有导电触点突出于挂钩位的内侧面,导电触点与陈列杆接触形成通路,电路板上设置有电源或与外部电源相接的端口。
优选地,挂钩包括对称的挂钩前壳和挂钩后壳、夹板,挂钩前壳的上表面设置靠近两端位置设置有半边柱形体,半边柱形体末端设置有半边限位块,挂钩前壳和挂钩后壳拼合后形成中空的倒T形结构的挂钩壳体,挂钩壳体的上表面形成柱形体,柱形体的末端形成限位块,而夹板上设置有与限位块对应的限位孔,电路板安装于挂钩前壳和挂钩后壳拼合后的内部,发光体设置于电路板下方并与电路板电路连接。
优选地,发光体底部设置有半透明的导光壳,导光壳与挂钩壳体底部相接。
优选地,限位块呈圆形饼状或锥体状,限位块底部向外水平突出。
优选地,限位孔与限位块的截面形状相匹配且面积略小于限位块的截面面积。
优选地,包装容器为包装盒或包装袋。
优选地,电路板与发光体通过开关电路连接,开关设置挂钩的外侧面。
采用上述技术方案,由于挂钩与包装容器呈可拆卸连接,安装简便,挂钩内置发光体,该发光体可依赖内部电源,也可通过外部电源进行供电,接通电源后通过导电触点与陈列杆相接形成通路,从而使发光体发光,在陈列展示时可使包装的产品整体呈现良好的发光效果,并且发光体发光与否可通过外部电源实时控制,也可通过将挂钩与陈列杆分离进行控制,节能环保,挂钩可拆卸循环利用或用于日常照明,避免材料的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
一种节能循环陈列系统,由陈列架1、包装容器3以及挂钩2组成,陈列架1上设置有陈列杆11,挂钩与包装容器3呈可拆卸安装,其中,挂钩2包括对称设置的挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21、夹板24、电路板23以及发光体,挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21均呈倒T形结构,拼合后可以形成内部中空、底部开口的半封闭结构的挂钩壳体,挂钩壳体的上部设置有挂钩位,该挂钩位允许陈列杆11穿过,从而使挂钩悬挂于陈列杆11上。挂钩壳体的下部伸入包装容器3内部,而电路板23和发光体安装于包装容器3内部的挂钩壳体的内部空间中。发光体与电路板23电路连接。另外,电路板23上设置有电线,电线沿着挂钩壳体的内部向上延伸并在突出挂钩位内侧面的位置处设置有导电触点(附图无标示),导电触点有两个,分别位于挂钩位内侧面的两边,当陈列杆11穿过挂钩位时,两个导电触点与陈列杆11的表面贴合,从而使得与电路板23连接的电路形成通路。而要使发光体发光,可在电路板23上内置电源,也可以电路板23上设置与外部电源相接的端口,通电后挂钩的两个导电触点与陈列杆11接触时即形成通路,外部电源可给发光体供电。由于挂钩壳体由对称设置的挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21拼合而成,挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21的上表面靠近末端位置设置有半边柱形体221,半边柱形体221上设置有半边限位块222,挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21对应位置的半边柱形体221刚好拼接成一个完整的柱形体,而两个半边限位块222也刚好拼接成一个完整的限位块,该限位块可为圆形饼状也可为圆锥体状,甚至还可以为其他的形状,限位块与柱形体相接的位置水平向外突出,而夹板24上设置有与柱形体相对应的限位孔241,同时该夹板24的中间位置设置有可供挂钩壳体上部穿过的条形孔242。安装时,挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21拼接后的挂钩壳体的上部穿过条形孔242,而拼接后的柱形体则穿过限位孔241,由于限位块上与柱形体相接的平面的面积略大于柱形体的截面积,即用力按压挂钩壳体时,限位块可以通过限位孔241,而在力消失时,限位块无法通过,限位块对夹板24起到上下限位的作用,而当限位孔241套于柱形体上时,限位孔241对夹板24起到左右限位的作用,从而保证了挂钩前壳22和挂钩后壳21持续的拼接而不脱落。
另外,由于挂壳体体下方开口,光线容易发散,可在其开口的位置,发光体的底部设置半透明的导光壳25,该导光壳25伸入挂钩壳体,其侧面与挂钩壳体的内侧面相接,而其上表面则与挂钩壳体的内表面粘接,从而实现导光壳25体的固定,而导光壳25体也可以对电路板23和发光体起保护和支撑的作用。
而为了实现本发明中包装容器3在陈列架1上的实时开关,可以在挂钩壳体的表面设置电路开关,该开关连接电路板23连接,并可以控制发光体的发光与否,从而避免在陈列架1上的挂钩需一直保持发光体发光而浪费电源。
本发明的包装容器3并不局限于是包装盒还是包装袋,也可以是其他形式的包装载体,只要其能与挂钩实现可拆卸连接,并且发光体可设置于包装容器3内部即可。
本发明对发光体的规格没有严格的限制,只要能将其置于挂钩壳体内部并伸入包装容器3内部即可,同时也没有对发光体的类型作出限制,该发光体可为LED灯,也可为其他类型的节能灯,同时该发光体还可以为不同亮度、不同颜色,可在实现展示的过程中按需要进行取舍。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种节能循环陈列系统,由陈列架、包装容器以及挂钩组成,陈列架上设置有陈列杆,其特征在于:所述挂钩与包装容器呈可拆卸安装,挂钩上方设置有挂钩位,所述挂钩下方开口并伸入包装容器内部,所述挂钩内部为中空结构并安装有电路板和发光体,所述发光体与电路板电路连接,所述电路板上设置有电线,电线末端设置有导电触点突出于所述挂钩位的内侧面,所述导电触点与陈列杆接触形成通路,所述的电路板上设置有电源或与外部电源相接的端口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能循环陈列系统,其特征在于:所述的挂钩包括对称的挂钩前壳和挂钩后壳、夹板,所述挂钩前壳的上表面设置靠近两端位置设置有半边柱形体,所述半边柱形体末端设置有半边限位块,所述挂钩前壳和挂钩后壳拼合后形成中空的倒T形结构的挂钩壳体,所述挂钩壳体的上表面形成柱形体,所述柱形体的末端形成限位块,所述夹板上设置有与限位块对应的限位孔,所述电路板安装于挂钩前壳和挂钩后壳拼合后的内部,所述发光体设置于电路板下方并与电路板电路连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能循环陈列系统,其特征在于:所述发光体底部设置有半透明的导光壳,所述导光壳与挂钩壳体底部相接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能循环陈列系统,其特征在于:所述限位块呈圆形饼状或锥体状,限位块底部向外水平突出。
5.根据权利要求2所述的节能循环陈列系统,其特征在于:所述限位孔与限位块的截面形状相匹配且面积略小于限位块的截面面积。
6.根据权利要求1所述的节能循环陈列系统,其特征在于:所述包装容器为包装盒或包装袋。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节能循环陈列系统,其特征在于:电路板与发光体通过开关电路连接,开关设置挂钩的外侧面。
