本发明属于畜牧养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种改善驴肉品质的饲料。
背景技术
驴肉中氨基酸构成十分全面,8种人体必需氨酸和10种非必需氨基酸的含量都十分丰富。色氨酸是作为识别肉中蛋白质是否全面的重要物质,也是评定肉品质量的重要指标。驴肉中色氨基酸的含量为300-314mg/100g,远大于猪肉(270mg/100g)和牛肉(219mg/100g),因而说驴肉的品质要优于猪肉和牛肉。驴肉具有补血、益气补虚等保健功能。因此,开发饲养驴大有潜力。

本发明提供一种改善驴肉品质的饲料,所述饲料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:玉米秸秆50-55份、油菜秸秆2-3份、地瓜秧5-8份、花生壳1-2份、豌豆0.3-0.5份、胡萝卜0.4-0.6份、油麦菜0.2-0.4份、苹果干0.1-0.3份、香蕉干0.1-0.3份、陈皮0.3-0.5份、虾壳粉0.2-0.4份、食盐0.3-0.5份、冬瓜皮0.3-0.4份。
作为优选,所述饲料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:玉米秸秆52份、油菜秸秆2.5份、地瓜秧6份、花生壳1.5份、豌豆0.4份、胡萝卜0.5份、油麦菜0.3份、苹果干0.2份、香蕉干0.2份、陈皮0.4份、虾壳粉0.3份、食盐0.4份、冬瓜皮0.3份。
本发明的饲料能够很好的为驴提供营养,食用后,驴生长速度快,肉质更加鲜美。
