技术领域
本发明涉及紫外线灯技术领域,具体涉及一种无极紫外线灯的激发方式。
背景技术
无极放电光源是新一代气体放电光源,它在发光机理上完全突破了传统光源的发光机理和设计理念,成为其他放电光源发展史上的一次革命。由于该类光源没有电极,不会产生像其他放电光源那样由于电极氧化、损耗和封接密封问题引起的发黑现象。
传统的紫外线灯有溅射现象,且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理、使用方便的无极紫外线灯的激发方式。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它的激发方式包含如下步骤:
一、在无极石英灯管的内壁内喷涂有固态汞;
二、向无极石英灯管内注射惰性气体;
三、将无极石英灯管放置在谐振腔内;
四、谐振腔内同时设有微波发生器和高频电场;
五、微波发生器和高频电场同时作用,将磁场和电场耦合到石英灯管中,固态汞蒸发,惰性气体被激发,产生紫外线。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的无极紫外线灯的激发方式,所得的紫外线波长短、辐射强、无溅射现象、使用寿命长,且具有结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低等优点。

下面对本发明作进一步的说明。
本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它的激发方式包含如下步骤:
一、在无极石英灯管的内壁内喷涂有固态汞;
二、向无极石英灯管内注射惰性气体;
三、将无极石英灯管放置在谐振腔内;
四、谐振腔内同时设有微波发生器和高频电场;
五、微波发生器和高频电场同时作用,将磁场和电场耦合到石英灯管中,固态汞蒸发,惰性气体被激发,产生紫外线。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的无极紫外线灯的激发方式,所得的紫外线波长短、辐射强、无溅射现象、使用寿命长,且具有结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低等优点。

五、微波发生器和高频电场同时作用,将磁场和电场耦合到石英灯管中,固态汞蒸发,惰性气体被激发,产生紫外线。
