本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度防松螺丝柱。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高强度防松螺丝柱,包括螺柱主体和紧固端,所述螺柱主体上设有M5的外螺纹,所述紧固端上设有十字槽口,所述紧固端的下方为贴合面,所述螺柱主体的底部设有第一防松结构,所述第一防松结构的底部为圆锥形结构,所述M5的外螺纹和所述贴合面之间设有有第二防松结构,所述第二防松结构和所述贴合面之间的夹角为93度。本发明的优点是:本发明不仅有较好的紧固强度,还可避免大型设备在长期实用过程中使其松动,紧固效果更好,另外还可以选用不同的紧固工具进行操作,方便使用。

本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度防松螺丝柱。
背景技术
在机械结构中固定两个零部件时,通常采用螺丝、螺栓等方式连接。在大型设备上经常需要用到大螺纹的螺丝柱,而且大型设备例如大货车等对螺丝柱的强度也有很高的要求,否则将会对设备的运行带来一定的安全隐患,严重时还会发生安全事故。另一方面在设备的运行过程中,由于大型设备长时间运行可以会使用于紧固的螺丝产生松动的情况,也会对设备的安全带来一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度防松螺丝柱,采用M5的大螺距螺纹,可以保证紧固设备的连接强度。另外还设有两个防松结构,使紧固更牢固。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高强度防松螺丝柱,包括螺柱主体和紧固端,所述螺柱主体上设有M5的外螺纹,所述紧固端上设有十字槽口,所述紧固端的下方为贴合面,所述螺柱主体的底部设有第一防松结构,所述第一防松结构的底部为圆锥形结构,所述M5的外螺纹和所述贴合面之间设有第二防松结构,所述第二防松结构和所述贴合面之间的夹角为93度。
进一步的,所述外螺纹上共有16圈M5的螺纹。
进一步的,所述十字槽口的有效深度为5mm。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明不仅有较好的紧固强度,还可避免大型设备在长期实用过程中使其松动,紧固效果更好,另外还可以选用不同的紧固工具进行操作,方便使用。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种高强度防松螺丝柱,不仅可以提供更高的固定强度还可以有效防止螺丝松动,是一种在大型设备上使用的螺丝柱。包括螺柱主体1和紧固端3,通过紧固端3来对螺丝柱进行固定操作。所述螺柱主体1上设有M5的外螺纹2,M5的螺纹可以固定在大型设备上,具有很高的紧固强度。所述紧固端3上设有十字槽口7,可以用工具通过十字槽口7进行操作,使固定方式更灵活,避免了传统式的只能通过扳手对紧固端3的外部进行固定操作。所述紧固端3的下方为贴合面6,贴合面6与需要固定的结构件连接在一起。所述螺柱主体1的底部设有第一防松结构4,所述第一防松结构4的底部为圆锥形结构,通过第一防松结构4可以使螺丝柱的底部配合更紧密,可有效防止螺丝柱的松动。所述M5的外螺纹2和所述贴合面6之间设有第二防松结构5,所述第二防松结构5和所述贴合面6之间的夹角为93度,在紧固时,螺丝柱在紧固的过程中,将第二防松结构5一点点的带入到机构件的固定孔中,第二防松结构5可以和机构件中的固定孔越来越紧的连接在一起,从而使大型设备在长期使用过程中都不会有松动的情况发生,使设备运行更稳定,更安全。
作为优选,在固定结构的固定孔中,螺纹的圈数多少对固定强调有一定的影响,所述外螺纹2上共有16圈M5的螺纹。在这个时候螺丝的强度最高。
作为优选,所述十字槽口7的有效深度为5mm,由于固定时需要一定的力,因此将十字槽口7的深度设为5mm可使操作更容易,抓紧力更强。

1.一种高强度防松螺丝柱,包括螺柱主体(1)和紧固端(3),所述螺柱主体(1)上设有M5的外螺纹(2),其特征在于:所述紧固端(3)上设有十字槽口(7),所述紧固端(3)的下方为贴合面(6),所述螺柱主体(1)的底部设有第一防松结构(4),所述第一防松结构(4)的底部为圆锥形结构,所述M5的外螺纹(2)和所述贴合面(6)之间设有第二防松结构(5),所述第二防松结构(5)和所述贴合面(6)之间的夹角为93度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防松螺丝柱,其特征在于:所述外螺纹(2)上共有16圈M5的螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高强度防松螺丝柱,其特征在于:所述十字槽口(7)的有效深度为5mm。
