技术领域
本发明涉及一种防辐射导湿快干运动服装面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着,此时身体的出汗量比较大,要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能,即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层,并快速地散失掉,从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。此外,作为户外运动装,其抗紫外性能也不容忽视,尤其是近年来碳氟系列溶剂和氟利昂的大量使用,地球大气层中臭氧层遭到严重破坏,使到达地球表面的紫外线不断增加,越来越多的关于皮肤癌的报道使人们日益警惕紫外线的伤害。因此,新型的运动服装面料应具有导湿快干性能和防辐射的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种防辐射导湿快干运动服装面料,能起到导湿快干性能和防辐射的功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种硬丝和超细纤维配合使用防辐射导湿快干运动服装面料,它包括里层、中间层和外层,所述里层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合,形成一个个的小柱子,表面为光滑的凸面,里面形成弓起的凹面,凸面部分与身体接触,凹面部分与中间层交织在一起,所述中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔,所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置,所述外层由防辐射面料制成,在所述外层的表面两侧对称设置有两排防辐射磁条,所述防辐射磁条厚度为0.1 ~ 0.5 毫米,宽为1 ~ 2 厘米,并且通过纤维布包覆在外层表面。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层包括织物本体,织物本体包括若干个由硬丝面纱与底纱穿插交织成的第一方格和若干个由超细纤维丝面纱与底纱穿插交织成的第二方格,第一方格与第二方格在织物本体的横向和纵向上均相间设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明制成的服装与身体接触的部分只是一个个的小柱子,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了点接触,使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间,有利于身体热量的散失。同时一个个的小柱子形成灯芯状点芯细效应,有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发,这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装,穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适,而表层为防辐射面料制成,加上设置的放辐射磁条能有效抵御各种辐射。
本发明采用硬丝和超细纤维配合使用,利用超细纤维的吸水性高、去污能力强,结合硬丝,不仅对顽固的脏渍也能清理干净,对地面的摩擦力也减少,应用于机器人上时,机器人能灵活工作。采用方格的样式,立体感强,对允许清洁到各种细小的缝隙。同时该织物本体为经编机织制品,织物耐用,使用寿命长。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施例中的一种硬丝和超细纤维配合使用防辐射导湿快干运动服装面料,包括里层1、中间层2和外层3,所述里层1采用化学纤维,利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合,形成的织物像一个个的小柱子4,表面为光滑的凸面,里面形成弓起的凹面,凸面部分与身体接触,凹面部分与中间层交织在一起,所述中间层2采用天然纤维交织而成,在中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔5,所述小孔5与小柱子4相对交错布置,所述外层3由防辐射面料制成,在所述外层3的表面两侧对称设置有两排防辐射磁条6,所述防辐射磁条6厚度为0.1 ~ 0.5 毫米,宽为1 ~ 2 厘米,并且通过纤维布7包覆在外层表面。

1.一种硬丝和超细纤维配合使用防辐射导湿快干运动服装面料,它包括里层(1)、中间层(2)和外层(3),所述里层(1)利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合,形成一个个的小柱子(4),表面为光滑的凸面,里面形成弓起的凹面,凸面部分与身体接触,凹面部分与中间层交织在一起,所述中间层(2)通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔(5),所述小孔(5)与小柱子(4)相对交错布置,所述外层(3)由防辐射面料制成,在所述外层(3)的表面两侧对称设置有两排防辐射磁条(6),并且通过纤维布(7)包覆在外层表面;所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层包括织物本体,织物本体包括若干个由硬丝面纱与底纱穿插交织成的第一方格和若干个由超细纤维丝面纱与底纱穿插交织成的第二方格,第一方格与第二方格在织物本体的横向和纵向上均相间设置。
