Abstract
本发明提供一种发泡热熔粘胶,原料包括:热塑性弹性体和增粘剂,原料中组分的重量份数分别为:发泡剂0.1‑10;热塑性弹性体50‑100;增粘剂1‑20。一种隐形文胸,包括两个罩杯,罩杯内设有粘胶层,其特征在于:粘胶层由本发明所述的发泡热熔粘胶制得。使用本发明的发泡热熔粘胶添加有发泡剂,用于文胸或胸垫等内衣的粘胶可以有效提高内衣的保健功能,并且粘度不会降低。

技术领域
本发明属于服饰材料技术领域,特别涉及一种发泡热熔粘胶及一种隐形文胸。
背景技术
对于女性朋友而言,文胸是每个女性的必需品,文胸具有多种功能,塑性、美胸、保暖等等。女性文胸对现代女性而言已不仅仅是一种原始意义上的遮蔽物,而是一种修饰美化兼调整物,更起到一种保护的作用。目前市面上所出售的女性文胸主要由罩杯,扣件、肩带和背带构成,而当爱美的女士穿着吊带或露肩、露背装式,女性文胸的肩带和背带会显露出来,十分不美观。再如在一些场合上,无痕的文胸起着很重要的作用,结婚的婚纱需要无痕隐形文胸作为塑型和保护,穿着一些低胸或者露肩的衣服的时候无痕文胸需要具备非常好的稳定性,不易脱落和变形,由于长时间穿着所以还需要有很好的舒适度,现有工艺的无痕隐形文胸由于其工艺限制,一片式的文胸其整个文胸都使用同一材料,无法在基础上加上其他提高文胸舒适度或者其他辅助的部分,而且为了保持其文胸的形状不变性,其材料硬度较高,所以导致现在的文胸透气较差。
现有的隐形文胸罩杯内设有粘胶,粘胶密度较大使隐形文胸重量增加,粘胶处透气性较差,容易滋生细菌等。
为此,开发一种材料配方简单并在不降低粘结性能的前提下降低热熔粘胶的密度,降低生产成本,制作的罩杯具有保健作用并且透气性能优良,这样的隐形文胸将会受到生产厂家和市场的极大欢迎。
发明内容
针对现有技术的难题,本发明的目的提供一种不粘胶。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种发泡热熔粘胶,原料包括:热塑性弹性体和增粘剂,原料中组分的重量份数分别为:发泡剂0.1-10;热塑性弹性体50-100;增粘剂1-20。
所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、聚氨酯类、双烯类和聚酰胺类的任一种。
所述增粘剂为松香增粘树脂、萜烯增粘树脂、石油增粘树脂的一种及以上。
原料还包括10-60重量份的聚丙醇或聚乙二醇的任一种或两种混合物。
所述原料的优选重量份数分别为:发泡剂0.1-5;聚丙醇或聚乙二醇10-50;热塑性弹性体60-80;增粘剂1-20。
所述发泡剂为二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷、液态二氧化碳、戊烷、氢化含氯氟烃的任一种及以上。
一种隐形文胸,包括两个罩杯,罩杯内设有粘胶层,其特征在于:粘胶层由本发明所述的发泡热熔粘胶制得。
所述粘胶层上设有透气冲孔。
所述罩杯之间的连接方式为拉绳连接、扣接和魔术贴连接的任一种。
有益效果:
使用本发明的发泡热熔粘胶添加有发泡剂,用于文胸、胸垫等内衣的粘胶都可以减少粘胶的用量减轻内衣的重量,既节省了材料又提高了佩戴时的舒适性。
粘胶层设有透气孔,保证粘附性能的同时增加了隐形文胸的透气性,提高了佩戴者的舒适性。
配方中含有亲水物质聚丙醇或聚乙二醇,不会因为佩戴者局部出汗而影响粘结效果,亲水物质聚丙醇或聚乙二醇可以有效吸附人体的汗液。

一种隐形文胸,包括2个罩杯;两个罩杯内表面贴有与身体皮肤粘合的发泡热熔粘胶,发泡热熔粘胶上设有透气孔两个罩杯内侧通过拉绳连接,两个罩杯的外侧活动连接两个活动侧翼。发泡热熔粘胶的原料包括:发泡剂0.1kg;聚丙醇2kg;热塑性弹性体7kg;增粘剂0.5kg,将以上原料加入反应釜中加热1-5h,反应釜的温度为120-300℃,然后温度降至室温,胶体成型,然后用热熔机进行涂布,涂覆在罩杯内侧。
实施例2:
一种隐形文胸,包括2个罩杯;两个罩杯内表面贴有与身体皮肤粘合的发泡热熔粘胶,发泡热熔粘胶上设有透气孔两个罩杯内侧通过拉绳连接,两个罩杯的外侧活动连接两个活动侧翼。发泡热熔粘胶的原料包括:发泡剂0.2kg;聚丙醇4kg;热塑性弹性体10kg;增粘剂0.8kg,将以上原料加入反应釜中加热1-5h,反应釜的温度为120-300℃,然后温度降至室温,胶体成型,然后用热熔机进行涂布,涂布时罩杯位于上胶模内,上胶模上设有模柱,上胶后脱模,粘胶层上留有透气孔。
实施例3:
一种隐形文胸,包括2个罩杯;两个罩杯内表面贴有与身体皮肤粘合的发泡热熔粘胶,发泡热熔粘胶上设有透气孔两个罩杯内侧通过魔术贴连接,两个罩杯的外侧用魔术贴连接两个活动侧翼。发泡热熔粘胶的原料包括:发泡剂0.1kg,聚乙二醇2.5kg;热塑性弹性体7.5kg;增粘剂1kg;将以上原料加入反应釜中加热1-5h,反应釜的温度为120-300℃,然后温度降至室温,胶体成型,然后用热熔机进行涂布,涂布时罩杯位于上胶模内,上胶模上设有模柱,上胶后脱模,粘胶层上留有透气孔。
实施例4:
一种隐形文胸,包括2个罩杯;两个罩杯内表面贴有与身体皮肤粘合的发泡热熔粘胶,发泡热熔粘胶上设有透气孔两个罩杯内侧通过卡扣连接,两个罩杯的外侧活动连接两个活动侧翼。发泡热熔粘胶的原料包括:发泡剂0.2kg,聚丙醇3kg;热塑性弹性体7kg;增粘剂1kg;将以上原料加入反应釜中加热1-5h,反应釜的温度为120-300℃,然后温度降至室温,胶体成型,然后用热熔机进行涂布,涂布时罩杯位于上胶模内,上胶模上设有模柱,上胶后脱模,粘胶层上留有透气孔。

Claims (9)
1.一种发泡热熔粘胶,其特征在于:原料包括:热塑性弹性体和增粘剂,原料中组分的重量份数分别为:发泡剂0.1-10;热塑性弹性体70-100;增粘剂1-20;。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡热熔粘胶,其特征在于:所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、聚氨酯类、双烯类和聚酰胺类的任一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发泡热熔粘胶,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为松香增粘树脂、萜烯增粘树脂、石油增粘树脂的一种及以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发泡热熔粘胶,其特征在于:原料还包括10-60重量份的聚丙醇或聚乙二醇的任一种或两种混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发泡热熔粘胶,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数分别为:发泡剂5-30;聚丙醇或聚乙二醇10-50;热塑性弹性体60-80;增粘剂1-20。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发泡热熔粘胶,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷、液态二氧化碳、戊烷、氢化含氯氟烃的任一种及以上。
7.一种隐形文胸,包括两个罩杯,罩杯内设有粘胶层,其特征在于:粘胶层由权利要求1-6任一项所述的发泡热熔粘胶制得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的隐形文胸,其特征在于:所述粘胶层上设有透气冲孔。
9.根据权利要求7所述的隐形文胸,其特征在于:所述罩杯之间的连接方式为拉绳连接、扣接和魔术贴连接的任一种。
