Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂,该增效助剂主要由水溶性表面活性剂N‑甲基甘氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠组成。该助剂抗盐、耐温性好,对麦草畏及其盐类衍生物的增效和增稠作用显著,能够显著提高麦草畏及其盐类衍生物的活性。

技术领域
本发明属于农用表面活性剂领域,涉及一种农药助剂,尤其涉及一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂。
背景技术
麦草畏,中文别名:3,6-二氯-2-甲氧基苯甲酸;百草敌,麦草威。麦草畏是安息香酸系除草剂,可用作叶面或土壤除草剂,具有内吸传导作用,对一年生和多年生阔叶杂草有显著防效。麦草畏用于小麦、玉米、谷子、水稻等禾本科作物防除猪殃殃、荞麦蔓、牛繁缕、大巢菜、播娘莴、苍耳、薄朔草、田旋花、刺儿菜、问荆、鲤肠等。苗后喷雾,药剂通过杂草的茎、叶、根吸收,通过韧皮部及木质部上下传导,阻碍植物激素的正常活动,从而使其死亡。
目前,发现麦草畏杀草谱较窄,对某些抗性杂草效果不佳,对小麦安全性较小,因此常与2,4-D或2甲4氯混用,但是,麦草畏有较大的飘移污染作用。特别使用麦草畏及其盐类衍生物制剂时常对周围的花草树木和阔叶作物产生严重的药害,严重影响麦草畏制剂的安全性和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂。本发明增效助剂针对麦草畏及其盐类水剂的性质开发,是具有增稠、增效作用的表面活性剂组合,能够显著降低麦草畏的漂移性,增加药液沉降,提高药液的附着性,不但可以提高麦草畏及其盐类的安全性,而且可以显著提高其使用活性。
本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂,该增效助剂主要有效成分为N-甲基甘氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠。
N-甲基甘氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和脂肪酸甲酯的重量比例为:3-30:1-10:5-20:5-20。主要有效成分在助剂中的质量含量为14%-80%。
一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂,该增效助剂由以下组分制成:
该增效助剂可作为麦草畏的铵盐、异丙胺盐、二甲胺盐和二甘醇胺盐等多种麦草畏盐类水剂的助剂。
该助剂对各种麦草畏盐类水剂具有优异的增稠作用,助剂用量在5-30%之间,可显著提高麦草畏水剂的黏度,进而提高药剂在杂草叶面的附着性能。在使用时,还可以加入氨水、异丙胺、40%二甲胺溶液或者二甘醇胺等成盐剂,可提高麦草畏的水溶性。
本发明增效助剂的制备方法:将各个组分按照比例混合后按照常规的方法混合搅拌至搅拌均匀即可。
N-甲基甘氨酸钠又称肌氨酸钠,市售可得。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的助剂适用于麦草畏的铵盐、异丙胺盐、二甲胺盐和二甘醇胺盐等多种盐类水剂。
2、本发明的助剂能够显著提高麦草畏及其盐类衍生物的沉降性,具有优异的抗漂移性,可显著提高麦草畏及其盐类衍生物对周边作物的安全性。
3、本发明的助剂增稠性能显著,能够显著提高麦草畏及其盐类衍生物水剂的黏度,而且可以显著提高药液的附着性能,可提高药剂的有效利用率。
4、本发明的助剂对麦草畏及其盐类水剂具有优异的增效性,可显著提高麦草畏的使用活性。

48%麦草畏异丙胺盐水剂,有以下物质按质量百分比配制而成:
48%麦草畏异丙胺盐水剂的黏度为300mPa.s(25℃),冷热贮稳定性良好,冷贮(0℃,7d)和热贮(54℃,14d)无分层析出;稀释稳定性良好(利用342ppm标准硬水稀释20倍,30℃下静置18h,无分层和沉淀)。符合国家标准和FAO标准,水溶性好。
实施例7
48%麦草畏二甲胺盐水剂,有以下物质按质量百分比配制而成:
48%麦草畏异丙胺盐水剂的黏度为350mPa.s(25℃),冷热贮稳定性良好,冷贮(0℃,7d)和热贮(54℃,14d)无分层析出;稀释稳定性良好(利用342ppm标准硬水稀释20倍,30℃下静置18h,无分层和沉淀),符合国家标准和FAO标准,水溶性好。
实施例8
48%麦草畏二甘醇胺盐水剂,有以下物质按质量百分比配制而成:
48%麦草畏二甘醇胺盐水剂的黏度为500mPa.s(25℃),冷热贮稳定性良好,冷贮(0℃,7d)和热贮(54℃,14d)无分层析出;稀释稳定性良好(利用342ppm标准硬水稀释20倍,30℃下静置18h,无分层和沉淀),符合国家标准和FAO标准,水溶性好。
实施例9抗漂移试验
实验设备:(1)组合风机,模拟自然风场,通过变频调速器调节,可以得到0-4m/s的风速;(2)集雾试验台;(3)风速仪。
实验方法:在实验室相对理想条件下进行试验,喷头距集雾试验台0.4m高,分别在无风、1级风(0.8-1.3m/s)、2级风(1.8-3.0m/s)、1级风(3.5-4.0m/s)等四种风力条件下采用KPa压力喷雾,测定雾液的漂失率。结果如下表所示。

本发明可明显降低药液的漂失率,说明本发明可显著提高麦草畏水剂的抗漂移性。
实施例10
实施例5~8中的4种麦草畏水剂。
对照药剂:48%麦草畏水剂(市售)。
供试作物:玉米
防除对象:鸭跖草、藜、苋、红蓼等杂草。
试验方法:按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。
分别在药后15d、30d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。
本发明的实施例制剂除草试验效果见下表2(药后15d)和表3(药后30d)

从上表可以看出,本发明显著提高了麦草畏的除草活性,并延长了药剂的持效期。

1.一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂,其特征在于所述增效助剂主要有效成分为N-甲基甘氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,其中,N-甲基甘氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和脂肪酸甲酯的重量比例为:3-30:1-10:5-20:5-20,主要有效成分在助剂中的重量含量为14%-80%。
2.一种适用于麦草畏及其盐类水剂的增效助剂,其特征在于所述增效助剂由以下组分的原料制成:
N-甲基甘氨酸钠 3-30%
聚丙烯酰胺 1-10%
十二烷基磺基甜菜碱 5-20%
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠 5-20%
水 补足至100%。
