Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电热管,主要涉及电热水器、中央热水器、空气源热泵热水器、太阳能热水器、电锅炉、饮水机、开水器、小厨宝等水加热装置,浸泡在水中的直形或下沉式非金属管状加热器的组合式电热管。
背景技术
2015年12月22日广东顺德光晟电器股份有限公司申请号201511007372.8和201511007627.8及201511008655.4等18项专利申请,提供了组合式电热管的结构形式,本专利申请是补充新的结构形式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对上述专利申请提出新的技术方案。
本发明的技术措施是组合式电热管,由非金属管状加热器5和连接件7二部分构成,通过密封件2进行连接;所述管状加热器5的外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,内装有电热丝3;或管状加热器5由碳纤维管、卤素管或金属干烧电热管制成;均为单端引出,引出棒1在同一端;所述连接件7,采用非金属材料注塑工艺制作或金属材料制作,其上制有安装管状加热器的5孔,该孔偏离连接件安装中心线一定距离或者是基本同心,管状加热器5与连接件7之间有密封件2,密封件2上有法兰边还有孔,孔内有多个齿或无齿,盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管安装在孔中,靠孔内实现径向密封,压紧盖6通过螺钉将密封件2的法兰边与连接件7的安装面压紧,确保端面密封。
本发明的有益效果是组合式电热管浸泡在水中能确保密封,不漏水,也不漏电;而且不结水垢,发热温度高,相同功率约高100℃。

具体实施方式
附图中,引出棒1、有法兰边有孔的密封件2、电热丝3、氧化镁粉末或空气4、管状加热器5、压紧盖6、连接件7、夹紧件8、组合式电热管9、螺钉10。
图1至图3和图7至图9是组合式电热管的结构图,图4至图6和图10、图11是结构图的相应分解图,图9无分解图,是在图8的基础上装2根管状加热器;图1和图7、图12管状加热器5的外壳是直形盲孔管,其内不但可装电热丝也可安装单端引出的电热管,包括碳纤维管、卤素管或金属干烧电热管。
所述连接件7采用非金属材料注塑工艺制作或金属材料制作,是指图1至图19,用非金属注塑成本低适于大批量生产,若用金属材料则必需用压铸或精密铸造,还需机械加工,成本较高,图20、图21、图22管状加热器5制成弯曲形或直形,连接件7用薄板冲压制造,用压紧盖6将密封件2压在连接件7上,成本低。
图1至图3与图7至图9的不同点在于连接件7的外形不同;图12至图14是组合式电热管的不同结构形式,密封件2比较小,且两头有锥度,压紧后密封性能更好,此种结构连接件7的外径较小适用范围更加广;满足立式或卧式安装的需要,而且可以安装在封密的金属或非金属管内。
上述附图中,有法兰边有孔的密封件2,应采用耐高温,易密封的非金属材料制作,以保证在长途运输过程中能吸收震动;附图中,密封件2的形状有所不同,可以与不同的管状加热器相互配合。

1.一种组合式电热管,其特征在于:组合式电热管由非金属管状加热器(5)和连接件(7)二部分构成,通过密封件(2)进行连接;管状加热器(5)的外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,内装电热丝(3);连接件(7)采用非金属或金属材料制作;密封件(2)有法兰边还有孔,孔内有多个齿或无齿,盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管安装在孔中,压紧件(6)通过螺钉将密封件(2)的法兰边与连接件(7)的安装面压紧。
