Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a body frame assembled by a plurality of insertion plates assembled by body components according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a body assembly for an air purifier for a user's manual operation to enjoy DIY. Specifically, the body assembly may include a plurality of spicing boards. The plurality of split insertion plates are configured to be detachably split into a body frame, and an inner side of the body frame may define a receiving space for receiving the cleaning assembly 60 and the blower 70 of the air cleaner. Two insertion notches arranged at intervals are formed in the edge of the inner side of each framework plate 30, and each framework plate 30 is configured as follows: the clamping device is arranged perpendicular to the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate and is inserted into one insertion notch of the first clamping plate and one insertion notch of the second clamping plate through two insertion notches on the inner edge of the clamping device. Preferably, the outer contours of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate may be circular, and the number of the skeleton plates 30 may be 12. In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the number of the clamping plates 20 may also be 3, configured to be arranged in parallel with each other, for clampingly fixing the purification assembly 60 and the fan 70 between two adjacent clamping plates 20. Preferably, each frame plate 30 has an abdicating notch 31 on the inner edge, and the two inserting notches of the frame plate 30 for installing the two clamping plates 20 are respectively located at two ends of the groove bottom of the abdicating notch 31 of the frame plate 30. In some embodiments of the present invention, a first clamping plate is configured to be mounted to the front end of each frame plate 30 and to allow the purified air to flow out of the air purifier through ventilation holes therein. The second clamping plate is configured to be mounted behind the first clamping plate and allow air to flow into the cleaning assembly 60 and/or the fan 70 through the ventilation holes therein. Alternatively, the purifying assembly 60 is disposed on the air inlet path of the fan 70, and the air flow outside the air purifier may flow out of the air purifier after passing through the gaps between the plurality of skeleton plates 30, the ventilation holes on the clamping plate 20 for air inlet, the purifying assembly 60 and the fan 70, and the ventilation holes on the clamping plate 20 for air outlet in sequence.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of patch panels further comprise a secondary support panel 40. A plurality of insertion notches are formed at intervals on the circumferential edge of the auxiliary support plate 40, and are configured to be installed inside the rear end of each frame plate 30 in parallel with each clamping plate 20. Each of the frame plates 30 is further formed at an inner edge thereof with another insertion cut configured to be inserted into one of the insertion cuts of the subsidiary support plate 40. Alternatively, the outer contour of each clamping plate 20 and auxiliary support plate 40 is circular; and the diameter of the outer contour of the subsidiary support plate 40 is smaller than that of each clamping plate 20 to make the air cleaner more beautiful.
In some embodiments of the invention, the plurality of patch panels further include a footing plate 50 for support. The footing plates 50 can be configured to form mounting feet of the body assembly, are mounted parallel to each clamping plate 20 on the outer side of the front end of at least one frame plate 30, and have at least one insertion cut on its edge facing the receiving cavity. The outer edge of each frame plate 30 of the at least one frame plate 30 is provided with an insertion cut configured to be inserted into one insertion cut of the footing plate 50.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of an air purifier according to an embodiment of the present invention.
