The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
An indoor unit 100 for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. The air conditioning indoor unit 100 may be used for an air conditioner (not shown). The air conditioner may have only a cooling function, and of course, may have both cooling and heating functions.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an indoor unit 100 for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes a housing 1 and at least one wind wheel 2.
The top of the casing 1 has a spaced-apart air return opening 12 and at least one air flow outlet 14, and the bottom front side of the casing 1 has an obliquely arranged air outlet 13. The wind wheel 2 is arranged at the rear side of the bottom of the shell 1, the wind wheel 2 is located behind the air outlet 13, and the wind wheel 2 is used for conveying at least part of air discharged from the air outlet 13 to the airflow outlet 14. For example, as shown in fig. 1-3, the top of the casing 1 may be provided with two air return openings 12 and two airflow outlets 14, the air return openings 12 and the airflow outlets 14 are spaced apart from each other, the two air return openings 12 and the two airflow outlets 14 are also spaced apart from each other, the front side of the bottom of the casing 1 is provided with an inclined air outlet 13, and the air outlet 13 may be provided with an air deflector 11.
When the on-hook air conditioner 100 does not operate, the air deflector 11 is in a closed state and closes the air outlet 13 to prevent external dust and the like from entering the on-hook air conditioner 100 through the air outlet 13. When the hanging machine 100 in the air conditioning room works, the air deflector 11 opens the air outlet 13, the air outlet 13 sends air flow, the wind wheel 2 can be started at the same time, the wind wheel 2 rotates, as shown in fig. 4, air right below the wind wheel 2 can be pumped away and sent upwards to the air flow outlet 14, in the process, a low-pressure area is formed right below the wind wheel 2 under the action of the wind wheel 2, and due to the fact that the air flow discharged from the air outlet 13 has relatively high pressure, at least part of the air flow flows to the low-pressure area, and the low-pressure area is filled rapidly, so that an air flow blind area right below the hanging machine 100 in the air conditioning room is eliminated. Therefore, cold air or hot air discharged from the air outlet 13 flows to the airflow blind area, the temperature of the airflow blind area is approximately kept consistent with the ambient temperature in the room, the temperature in the room can be more uniform and can reach consistency more quickly, and therefore the refrigerating or heating efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
In the working process of the air-conditioning indoor hanging machine 100, the air deflector 11 may be configured to rotate within a certain angle range around one end of the air deflector 11 connected to the air-conditioning indoor hanging machine 100, or the air deflector 11 may also stay at a certain inclination angle and not rotate to direct air outlet, no matter what state the air deflector 11 is in working, the air deflector 11 is in an inclined state relative to the vertical direction, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, and therefore, the air flow sent out by the air outlet 13 is obliquely sent out under the guiding effect of the air deflector 11. By adopting the indoor hanging machine 100 of the air conditioner, the temperature in the room can be more uniform and can be more quickly consistent, so that the refrigerating or heating efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
According to the air-conditioning indoor hanging machine 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the wind wheel 2 is arranged on the rear side of the bottom of the shell 1, and the at least one airflow outlet 14 is arranged on the top of the shell 1, so that at least part of airflow of the air outlet 13 of the air-conditioning indoor hanging machine 100 can be guided to the position right below the air-conditioning indoor hanging machine 100, the temperature in a room is more uniform, and the uniformity is achieved more quickly, and the refrigerating or heating efficiency of an air conditioner is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the bottom of the housing 1 includes a first bottom plate 15 and a second bottom plate 16 connected in sequence from front to back, the second bottom plate 16 is horizontally disposed, the first bottom plate 15 is disposed obliquely with respect to the second bottom plate 16, the first bottom plate 15 extends obliquely downward from front to back to the front end of the second bottom plate 16, the air outlet 13 is formed on the first bottom plate 15, the second bottom plate 16 is formed with a through opening, and the wind wheel 2 is disposed at the above opening. Thereby, the air below the wind wheel can flow to the wind wheel better.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the wind wheel 2 is provided in the housing 1 and is vertically opposed to the opening (not shown). Therefore, the wind wheel 2 is arranged in the shell 1, and the safety of a user can be further ensured.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the second floor 16 may also be disposed obliquely with respect to the horizontal direction, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the second floor 16 may extend downward from the rear to the front. From this, when wind wheel 2 rotated, still can form the low pressure region under wind wheel 2, guarantee that the some air current of air outlet 13 of hanging machine 100 in the air conditioning room will flow to above-mentioned low pressure region fast, and fill up under wind wheel 2, flow to wind wheel 2 then, eliminate the air current blind area under hanging machine 100 in the air conditioning room, avoid the cold wind or the hot-blast direct flow direction wind wheel 2 that blows off from air outlet 13, rather than flow to the region under wind wheel 2 earlier, so as to fail to eliminate the air current blind area under hanging machine 100 in the air conditioning room.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the diameter of the wind wheel 2 is d, and the width of the second base plate 16 is l, wherein d, l satisfy: 2/3 is less than or equal to d/l is less than or equal to 4/5. Therefore, when the wind wheel 2 can be arranged on the second bottom plate 16, the suction force of the wind wheel 2 can be ensured to guide at least part of the airflow of the air outlet 13 to the position right below the wind wheel 2, so that the airflow blind area is eliminated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the wind wheel 2 is plural, and the plural wind wheels 2 are provided at intervals in the length direction of the housing 1. Alternatively, the plurality of wind wheels 2 are uniformly arranged in the length direction of the housing 1. For example, as shown in fig. 2, there are 3 wind wheels 2, and 3 wind wheels 2 are uniformly spaced in the length direction of the housing 1. Therefore, the dead zone of the airflow can be eliminated more uniformly, and the temperature in the room is further uniform.
Optionally, the number of wind wheels 2 is 3-6 (including 3 and 6). For example, as shown in fig. 2, the wind wheel 2 may be provided in 3 according to the length of the case 1 of the indoor unit 100 for air-conditioning. Therefore, the production efficiency of the indoor hanging unit 100 of the air conditioner can be improved and the cost is reduced on the premise of ensuring that the airflow blind area is eliminated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, there are two airflow outlets 14, and the two airflow outlets 14 are respectively located at two sides of the length direction of the air return opening 12. As shown in fig. 1, two airflow outlets 14 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the air return opening 12. Thereby, the airflow flowing in from the wind rotor 2 can be smoothly discharged from the airflow outlet 14.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a heat exchange air duct (not shown) and an air flow passage (not shown) are disposed at intervals in the housing 1, an evaporator (not shown) is disposed in the heat exchange air duct, air entering the heat exchange air duct from the air return opening 12 exchanges heat with the evaporator and then is discharged from the air outlet 13 to implement cooling or heating, and the wind wheel 2 is disposed in the air flow passage, and at least a portion of air discharged from the air outlet 13 flows to the air flow outlet 14 through the air flow passage. Therefore, the heat exchange air duct and the airflow air duct are arranged at intervals, so that the air conditioner indoor hanging machine 100 can normally supply air from the air return opening 12 and discharge air from the air outlet 13, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the wind wheel 2 rotates, a low pressure area is provided right below the wind wheel 2, and a part of air discharged from the air outlet 13 flows to the low pressure area, enters the airflow channel through the wind wheel 2, and then flows out through the airflow outlet 14 above. Part of the air flowing out of the airflow outlet 14 enters the heat exchange air duct from the air return opening 12 along with the air in the room, exchanges heat with the evaporator and then is discharged from the air outlet 13. In the air entering the heat exchange air duct from the air return port 12, the temperature difference between the partial air flowing out from the airflow outlet 14 and the air in the room is not large, so that the partial air can enter the evaporator for heat exchange, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured.
An air conditioner according to a second aspect embodiment of the present invention includes the indoor unit 100 according to the first aspect embodiment of the present invention.
According to the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, by adopting the air conditioner indoor hanging machine 100, the air flow blind zone right below the air conditioner indoor hanging machine 100 is eliminated, so that the temperature in a room is more uniform and reaches uniformity more quickly, and the air conditioner is favorable for quickly refrigerating or heating, thereby improving the refrigerating or heating efficiency of the air conditioner.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
