Abstract
The kitchen air conditioner of the invention is only composed of an indoor unit, and comprises: a compressor; the air suction opening is positioned on one side surface of the kitchen air conditioner; a fan disposed in the suction port to suck external air; an evaporation side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with a part of air sucked by the fan to generate cool air; an air supply outlet for blowing out the cold air; a condensation-side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with another portion of the air drawn in by the fan to generate hot air; and the air outlet is used for discharging the hot air. According to the kitchen air conditioner, the kitchen air conditioner is miniaturized due to the adoption of the structure of the single fan.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a kitchen air conditioner, and more particularly, to a kitchen air conditioner including only an indoor unit.
Background
The existing kitchen air conditioner generally adopts a structure that an indoor unit and an outdoor unit are connected through a refrigerant connecting pipe. In such a configuration, there is one fan on each of the evaporation side (indoor unit) and the condensation side (outdoor unit): the fan at the evaporation side is used for blowing the cooled cold air into the room; the fan on the condensation side is used to discharge the heat generated by the system to the outside. However, such an arrangement results in a complicated structure and installation of the kitchen air conditioner, and also in high costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a kitchen air conditioner that is compact and easy to install.
The kitchen air conditioner of the present invention is characterized by being constituted only by an indoor unit, and comprising: a compressor; the air suction opening is positioned on one side surface of the kitchen air conditioner; the fan is arranged on the inner side of the air suction opening and sucks external air; an evaporation side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with a part of air sucked by the fan to generate cool air; an air supply outlet for blowing out the cold air; a condensation-side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with another portion of the air drawn in by the fan to generate hot air; and the air outlet is used for discharging the hot air.
According to the kitchen air conditioner provided by the invention, only one fan is arranged, so that the number of parts can be reduced, and the kitchen air conditioner is miniaturized.
In addition, in the kitchen air conditioner according to the present invention, it is preferable that the kitchen air conditioner further includes a condensation side air guide plate that guides another part of the air sucked by the fan. According to such a configuration, the air is guided to the condensation-side heat exchanger by the air guide plate, and thus the generated hot air can be discharged to the outlet.
In addition, preferably, in the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention, the kitchen air conditioner is mounted on a range hood, and the air supply outlet is connected to an air exhaust duct of the range hood. According to the structure, the hot air generated by the kitchen air conditioner is discharged out of the room by using the exhaust duct of the existing range hood, and the hot air can be effectively discharged out of the room without additionally arranging the exhaust duct.
In addition, in the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention, it is preferable that the air outlet, the air supply outlet, and the air suction outlet are respectively located on different sides of the kitchen air conditioner. With this configuration, two air paths can be formed by one fan, and the internal space of the kitchen air conditioner can be effectively used.
In addition, in the kitchen air conditioner according to the present invention, it is preferable that the kitchen air conditioner further includes a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure in an exhaust duct of the range hood, and the range hood and the kitchen air conditioner are turned on together when the pressure in the exhaust duct of the range hood is detected to be greater than a predetermined value. According to the structure, the pressure of the exhaust pipeline of the range hood can be detected in advance, and the hot air generated by the heat exchange of the air conditioner is ensured to be discharged to the outside.
In addition, preferably, in the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention, the kitchen air conditioner is turned on in conjunction with the range hood. According to the structure, the kitchen air conditioner is automatically started while the range hood is started, so that the use comfort of a client can be ensured, and the hot air generated by the heat exchange of the air conditioner is timely discharged to the outside. In addition, preferably, the kitchen air conditioner is turned off with a delay after the range hood is turned off. This can further improve the user comfort.
In addition, preferably, in the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention, the kitchen air conditioner is opened in conjunction with the cooker. According to such structure, when the cooking utensils are opened, the kitchen air conditioner is automatically opened, and the use comfort of customers can be guaranteed. Further, preferably, the galley air conditioner is turned off with a delay after the cooktop is turned off. This can further improve the user comfort.

According to the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention, since the kitchen air conditioner is constituted only by the indoor unit and only one fan is provided, the number of constituent parts is reduced, and the kitchen air conditioner can be downsized. In addition, the kitchen air conditioner of the invention adopts the exhaust duct of the existing range hood to exhaust air, can further reduce the components of the kitchen air conditioner, and further miniaturize the kitchen air conditioner.

Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the kitchen air conditioner according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a kitchen air conditioner of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention mounted on a range hood.
As shown in fig. 1, the kitchen air conditioner 100 according to the present invention is an integrated air conditioner and includes only an indoor unit. The kitchen air conditioner 100 is provided with an air suction opening 10 positioned on one side surface, and the air suction opening 10 can be in an opening-shaped structure, a net-shaped structure or other structures; alternatively, an oil mist filter device may be provided at the suction opening 10, in which case, the oil smoke is prevented from entering the kitchen air conditioner 100, thereby extending the life of the kitchen air conditioner 100. An air outlet 20 is provided on the side opposite to the air suction opening. The exhaust outlet 20 is used to exhaust heat generated by the system. The other side surface of the kitchen air conditioner 100 is provided with an air outlet 30, and the air outlet 30 blows cool air into the room. Typically, the supply air outlet 30 is provided on the side facing the user using the hob.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the kitchen air conditioner 100 may be mounted on the hood 200, and the exhaust outlet 20 of the kitchen air conditioner 100 is connected to the exhaust duct 201 of the hood. Accordingly, since the heat generated by the heat exchanger on the condensation side of the kitchen air conditioner 100 can be discharged to the outside through the existing exhaust duct 201, it is not necessary to provide a new exhaust duct, and thus the number of components constituting the kitchen air conditioner can be further reduced, and the kitchen air conditioner 100 can be miniaturized.
Fig. 3 is a front sectional view of the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a left side sectional view of the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a right side sectional view of the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention. Fig. 6 is a rear sectional view of the kitchen air conditioner of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the kitchen air conditioner 100 is constituted only by an indoor unit, and includes: a compressor 40; an air suction opening 10 located at one side of the kitchen air conditioner 100; a fan 50 disposed inside the air inlet 10 to suck external air; an evaporation side heat exchanger 60 that exchanges heat with a part of the air taken in by the fan 50 to generate cool air; an air supply outlet 30 for blowing out the cold air; a condensation-side heat exchanger 80 that exchanges heat with another portion of the air taken in by the fan 50 to generate hot air; and an air outlet 20 for discharging the hot air. The kitchen air conditioner 100 may further include a condensation-side air guide plate 70 that guides another portion of the air drawn by the fan 50.
That is, the kitchen air conditioner 100 has two air paths therein. One is a cool air supply passage that is fed from the air inlet 10 to the air outlet 30 via the evaporation side heat exchanger 60. The second is a hot air exhaust path in which hot air is guided from the air inlet 10 through the condensation-side air guide plate 70, passes through the condensation-side heat exchanger 80, and is exhausted from the air outlet 20. The air sucked from the room by the fan 50 passes through the oil mist filter device provided in the suction port 10 to filter out impurities such as oil smoke, and then enters the interior of the kitchen air conditioner 100.
Fig. 7 is a diagram showing a specific configuration of the condensation-side wind guide plate 70. The condensation-side air guide plate 70 has a tilted surface 71 that guides air taken in by the fan 50 to the condensation-side heat exchanger 80.
The kitchen air conditioner 100 may further include an air guide ring 11, a sound-proof plate 21, a control box 31, a water collection tray 41, and a fan fixing plate 51. Specifically, the air guiding ring 11 is located in front of the fan 50 in a trumpet shape. Through setting up wind-guiding circle 11, can inhale the air by furthest, increase the intake. The control box 31 is attached to the front surface of the kitchen air conditioner 100, and enables a user to easily perform operations such as temperature and air volume adjustment. In this example, the compressor 40 is attached to the back surface of the control box 31, and thus the space can be effectively used. Further, it is preferable that the sound-proof plate 21 is provided around the compressor 40. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a specific configuration of the fan fixing plate 51. The fan 50 is fixed to the fan fixing plate 51 by screws or the like, and the fan fixing plate 51 is engaged with other structures of the kitchen air conditioner, so that the fan 51 can be easily positioned.
The position of the compressor 40 is determined according to the position of the air blowing port 30. In this example, the compressor is arranged below. However, if it is desired that the supply air outlet 30 be below, the compressor 40 will be adjusted to be above.
Further, it is preferable that the kitchen air conditioner 100 further includes a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure of the hood exhaust duct. Therefore, the control part of the kitchen air conditioner 100 can control the working state of the kitchen air conditioner 100 according to the pressure of the exhaust duct of the range hood.
A control method of the kitchen air conditioner 100 of the present invention is explained below.

Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating the 1 st control method of the kitchen air conditioner 100 of the present invention, which is a mode in which the kitchen air conditioner 100 is separately turned on. That is, the user can turn on the kitchen air conditioner 100 alone by pressing a switch on the kitchen air conditioner 100. At this time, the kitchen air conditioner 100 detects the pressure of the exhaust duct of the range hood at regular intervals, and automatically turns on the range hood when the pressure is too high. Through the arrangement, the hot air generated by heat exchange can be discharged to the outside. The user can adjust the wind speed and the wind amount during the starting process of the kitchen air conditioner 100. Finally, the kitchen air conditioner 100 is turned off by the user pressing a switch on the kitchen air conditioner 100.

The user can adjust the wind speed and the wind amount during the starting process of the kitchen air conditioner 100. The user can adjust the wind speed and the wind amount during the starting process of the kitchen air conditioner 100. When the user turns off the cooktop 300, the kitchen air conditioner 100 is turned off again with a delay of a prescribed time. Thereby further maintaining the comfort of the user when in the kitchen. Of course, the user may also choose to manually turn off the kitchen air conditioner 100 according to actual circumstances.

is composed of only an indoor unit, a heat exchanger,
the kitchen air conditioner includes:
a compressor;
the air suction opening is positioned on one side surface of the kitchen air conditioner;
the fan is arranged on the inner side of the air suction opening and sucks external air;
an evaporation side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with a part of air sucked by the fan to generate cool air;
an air supply outlet for blowing out the cold air;
a condensation-side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with another portion of the air drawn in by the fan to generate hot air;
an air outlet arranged on the side surface opposite to the air suction opening and discharging the hot air,
the kitchen air conditioner also comprises a condensation side air guide plate which guides the other part of the air sucked by the fan, the positions of the air suction opening and the air outlet in the height direction are different,
the evaporation side heat exchanger and the condensation side heat exchanger are arranged offset in the height direction,
the evaporation side heat exchanger and the fan overlap in a height direction, and the condensation side heat exchanger and the fan do not overlap in the height direction, as viewed in the horizontal direction.
