An air conditioner case 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
As shown in fig. 1, an air conditioner case 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a face frame 1 and a front panel 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2 in combination with fig. 3, the rear side wall of the panel frame 1 can be close to a wall surface, so as to mount the indoor unit of the air conditioner on the indoor wall, and the front panel 2 can be mounted in front of the panel frame 1, where "front" refers to a side close to a user and "rear" refers to a side far away from the user, so that a cavity can be formed between the panel frame 1 and the front panel 2, and an electric control element, an evaporator (not shown in the figure) and the like can be mounted in the cavity.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a first air inlet 101 may be formed at a top portion between the front panel 2 and the panel frame 1, and indoor air may be drawn into the air conditioner case 100 through the first air inlet 101 for a subsequent heat exchange process. In an alternative example shown in fig. 1 to 3, the top protection cover 11 may be disposed on the first air inlet 101, wherein the top protection cover 11 may be formed by a plurality of horizontal bars spaced apart from each other in parallel and a plurality of vertical bars spaced apart from each other in parallel, that is, the top protection cover 11 may be formed in a net shape, so as to protect components inside the air conditioner housing 100 to a certain extent, and prevent impurities with large volume from entering the inside of the housing through the air inlet and affecting the normal operation of the air conditioner. The front panel 2 has a plurality of air inlet holes 21, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the plurality of air inlet holes 21 may collectively define a second air inlet 102, and the total area of the plurality of air inlet holes 21 may account for 10% to 50% of the total area of the front panel 2, and the second air inlet 102 may assist the first air inlet 101 to suck air into the air conditioner casing 100, thereby increasing the air inlet amount to some extent.
According to the air conditioner casing 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first air inlet 101 is arranged at the top between the front panel 2 and the panel frame 1, the plurality of air inlet holes 21 are arranged on the front panel 2, the second air inlet 102 is limited by the plurality of air inlet holes 21 to assist air inlet, and the total area of the plurality of air inlet holes 21 is set to be 10% -50% of the total area of the front panel 2, so that the air inlet can be increased to a certain extent, the air inlet amount is increased, and the attractiveness of the air conditioner can be improved to a certain extent.
The front panel 2 of the air conditioner case 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5, and 8, the front panel 2 may be formed in a cross-section in a forwardly convex arc shape. Since the evaporator and the filter screen (not shown in the figures) are disposed at the upper portion inside the air conditioner casing 100, and the front panel 2 has a plurality of air inlet holes 21, as shown in fig. 1-9, the plurality of air inlet holes 21 together define the second air inlet 102, and the total area of the plurality of air inlets can occupy 10% -50% of the total area of the front panel 2, so that the first air inlet is assisted by the second air inlet to suck air, the air inlet amount is increased, the air exchanged by the evaporator is increased, and the air outlet efficiency is improved. In addition, the aesthetic appearance of the air conditioner case 100 is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the total area of the plurality of air inlet holes 21 may occupy 30% to 50% of the total area of the front panel 2, so that the aesthetic property of the air conditioner casing 100 may be further improved, and at the same time, the front panel 2 of the air conditioner may have sufficient strength to provide a certain protection for the components inside the air conditioner casing 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5 in combination with fig. 7, the total area of the air inlet holes 21 above the middle horizontal reference line on the front panel 2 may be larger than the total area of the air inlet holes 21 below the horizontal reference line, in other words, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, assuming that a horizontal reference line (as the dotted line X in the figure) divides the front panel 2 into upper and lower portions, the total area of the air inlet holes 21 on the front panel 2 at a position close to the first air inlet 101 is larger than the total area of the air inlet holes 21 at a position far from the first air inlet 101, so that by providing the air inlet holes 21 with a larger total area at a position close to the air inlet, the first air inlet 101 can be better assisted to suck air, and the situation that air enters the air conditioner casing 100 from the lower air inlet holes 21 to accumulate turbulence below the heat exchanger can be avoided, thereby increasing the air inlet amount to a certain extent, while improving the aesthetic appearance of the air conditioner case 100.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the air inlet holes 21 may include a plurality of rows spaced horizontally, and each row of air inlet holes 21 may include a plurality of rows spaced vertically. This can further improve the appearance of the front panel 2 while ensuring sufficient strength.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5 in combination with fig. 7, the area of the upper air inlet holes 21 in each row of air inlet holes 21 may be larger than the area of the lower air inlet holes 21, so that the first air inlet 101 can be better assisted in sucking air in by setting the area of the air inlet holes 21 adjacent to the first air inlet 101 in each row of air inlet holes 21 larger than the area of the air inlet holes 21 away from the first air inlet 101.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5 in combination with fig. 7, the gap between two adjacent air inlet holes 21 in each row of air inlet holes 21 can gradually increase from top to bottom, that is, the gap between the air inlet holes 21 adjacent to the first air inlet 101 is smaller than the gap between the air inlet holes 21 far away from the first air inlet 101, so that the upper air inlet holes 21 are arranged more densely and the lower air inlet holes 21 are arranged more sparsely, which not only can ensure that the front panel 2 has sufficient strength, but also can make the auxiliary air suction function of the second air inlet 102 better.
Specifically, the area of the first or second air inlet hole 21 from top to bottom of each row of air inlet holes 21 can be set to the maximum, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the area of the first air inlet hole 21 of each row of air inlet holes 21 can be set to the maximum, so that the amount of air inlet can be increased to some extent.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air inlet holes 21 may be square through holes extending in the up-down direction, for example, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the part of the air inlet holes 21 having a larger area may be rectangular through holes, and the part of the air inlet holes 21 having a smaller area may be square through holes, so as to improve the aesthetic property of the front panel 2 to some extent. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the air inlet holes 21 may also be formed as oval through holes extending in the up-down direction, so that the air conditioner case 100 has better aesthetic appearance.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5 in combination with fig. 7, top edges of the rows of air inlet holes 21 may not be on the same horizontal line, and bottom edges of the rows of air inlet holes 21 may not be on the same horizontal line, that is, the rows of air inlet holes 21 may be staggered in the vertical direction, so that the rows of air inlet holes 21 may be arranged to form a shape similar to a frequency spectrum, thereby further improving the aesthetic property of the front panel 2 and further improving the user experience.
In one specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the top wall of the uppermost air inlet hole 21 in each row may be formed as an arc-shaped surface inclined from outside to inside from top to bottom, so that not only the strength of the front panel 2 may be improved, but also the front panel 2 may be more aesthetically pleasing.
In another specific example of the present invention, the top wall of the uppermost air inlet hole 21 in each row may also be formed as a plane inclined from the outside to the inside from the top to the bottom as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, thereby improving the strength of the front panel 2 while enhancing the aesthetic appearance thereof.
In summary, according to the air conditioner casing 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the first air inlet 101 is disposed at the top between the front panel 2 and the panel frame 1, the plurality of air inlet holes 21 are disposed on the front panel 2, the second air inlet 102 is defined by the plurality of air inlet holes 21 to assist air inlet, the total area of the plurality of air inlet holes 21 is set to be 10% -50% of the total area of the front panel 2, meanwhile, the air inlet holes 21 are disposed in a plurality of rows spaced horizontally, each row of air inlet holes 21 is disposed in a plurality spaced vertically, and the plurality of rows of air inlet holes 21 are arranged to form a shape similar to a frequency spectrum, which not only can increase the air inlet and the air inlet volume to a certain extent, but also can improve the aesthetic property of the air conditioner to a certain extent.
