Abstract
The invention discloses a wellhead butt joint device and a butt joint method thereof. The butt joint method comprises the steps of butt joint of the two butt joint supports and a wellhead, and then fixing the two cross beams and the two butt joint supports into a whole through bolts, wherein the butt joint device assembly is prepared. And the blowout prevention workover equipment transport vehicle is used for transporting blowout prevention workover equipment to the edge of the wellhead butt joint frame assembly along the central line of the wellhead butt joint frame along the direction of the arc-shaped chute formed in the cross beam, and the blowout prevention workover equipment transport vehicle vertically puts the blowout prevention workover equipment with the support leg ball into the arc-shaped chute in the cross beam. The blowout prevention workover rig assembly is pushed, the four support leg rolling balls of the blowout prevention workover rig are pushed into the grooves in the butt joint frame assembly, and at the moment, the blowout prevention workover rig flange is automatically butted with the wellhead flange. The wellhead docking device and the docking method thereof disclosed by the invention can be used for rapidly docking blowout prevention workover equipment with an oilfield wellhead.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wellhead docking device, in particular to a docking device for blowout prevention workover equipment and a wellhead of an oil field. The invention belongs to the technical field of butt joint tools of blowout prevention workover equipment and a wellhead in oil exploitation construction.
Background
In the production process of oil production, the oil field needs to frequently carry out butt joint operation on blowout prevention well repair equipment and a well head. At present, the method commonly adopted by vast oilfield enterprises in the butt joint of oilfield wellheads is shown in fig. 7, wherein (1) is an anti-blowout well repairing equipment assembly, and (3) is a wellhead assembly. Firstly, the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is transported to the vicinity of a wellhead assembly (3) by a transport vehicle, then the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is hoisted by a crane, and finally, a flange of the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is butted with a flange of the wellhead assembly (3) under the action of manpower. Since blowout prevention workover equipment usually weighs about 10 tons, the difficulty of the operation of butting the wellhead purely by manpower is conceivable. The work butt joint mode is high in difficulty, low in efficiency and high in potential safety hazard.
In order to solve the problems, a butting device and a butting method for a wellhead of oil field blowout prevention workover equipment are urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned problems and disadvantages, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a wellhead docking device and a docking method thereof, which can solve the problem that the blowout prevention workover rig and the wellhead are difficult to dock by using their own structure.
On one hand, the invention provides a wellhead docking device which is structurally characterized by consisting of a blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1), a docking frame assembly (2) and a wellhead assembly (3); the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is connected with four grooves (203) of the butt joint frame assembly (2) in a nested mode through four supporting leg rolling balls (101), the butt joint frame assembly (2) and the wellhead assembly (3) are in butt joint with a wellhead through two butt joint supports (202) and then are connected in a fastening mode through bolts.
The blowout prevention well repairing equipment assembly (1) consists of a supporting leg rolling ball (101), a support (102), blowout prevention well repairing equipment (103) and a blowout prevention well repairing equipment flange (104); the support leg rolling ball (101) is connected with the support frame (102) in a welding mode, the support frame (102) is connected with the blowout prevention well repairing equipment (103) in a welding mode, and the blowout prevention well repairing equipment (103) is connected with the blowout prevention well repairing equipment flange (104) in a welding mode.
The butt joint frame assembly (2) consists of two cross beams (201), two butt joint supports (202), four grooves (203) and two arc-shaped slide ways (204); the support leg rolling ball (101) is connected with the support frame (102) in a welding mode, the support frame (102) is connected with the blowout prevention well repairing equipment (103) in a welding mode, and the blowout prevention well repairing equipment (103) is connected with the blowout prevention well repairing equipment flange (104) in a welding mode.
An arc-shaped slideway (204) is arranged on the cross beam (201), two grooves (203) are respectively arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped slideway, and the distance between the two grooves is equal to the distance between four support legs of the blowout-preventing workover rig.
Two bolt holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the butt joint support.
The wellhead assembly (3) consists of a wellhead flange (302) and a wellhead (301), and the connection mode is welding.
On the other hand, the invention provides a wellhead butt joint method, which is characterized in that:
preferably, the two butt joint brackets (202) are butted with the wellhead (301), and then the two cross beams (201) are fixed into a whole with the two butt joint brackets (202) through bolts, and the butt joint frame assembly (2) is finished.
Preferably, the blowout prevention workover equipment transport vehicle transports the blowout prevention workover equipment to the edge of the wellhead docking rack assembly (2) along the direction of the arc-shaped sliding groove formed in the cross beam (201) and along the center line of the wellhead docking rack.
Preferably, the blowout prevention workover equipment carrier vertically puts the blowout prevention workover equipment with the support leg rolling balls (101) into the arc-shaped sliding groove on the cross beam (201).
Preferably, the blowout prevention workover rig assembly (1) is pushed, the four support leg rolling balls (101) of the blowout prevention workover rig are pushed into the grooves (203) in the docking rack assembly (2), and at the moment, the blowout prevention workover rig flange (104) is automatically docked with the wellhead flange (302).
Although the docking device of the present invention is mainly applied to docking of oil field blowout prevention workover equipment with an oil wellhead, the docking operation of the wellhead in other occasions, such as offshore oil exploitation and shale gas exploitation, is not excluded.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the wellhead docking device comprises a blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1), a docking frame assembly (2) and a wellhead assembly (3). The implementation mode is that the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is vertically placed into an arc-shaped slideway in the butt joint frame assembly (2) by a transport vehicle, at the moment, the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is pushed to enable four supporting leg rolling balls (101) to fall into four grooves (203), and therefore the blowout prevention workover equipment flange (104) is automatically butted with a wellhead flange (302).
Referring to fig. 2, the blowout prevention workover rig assembly (1) consists of a support leg ball (101), a support frame (102), a blowout prevention workover rig (103) and a blowout prevention workover rig flange (104).
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the docking bracket assembly (2) is composed of two beams (201), two docking brackets (202), four grooves (203) and two arc-shaped slideways (204). An arc-shaped slideway (204) is arranged on the cross beam (201), two grooves (203) are respectively arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped slideway, and the distance between the two grooves is equal to the distance between four support legs of the blowout-preventing workover rig. The butt joint support (202) is an integrated welding piece, and two bolt holes are formed in two ends of the butt joint support respectively.
Referring to fig. 6, the wellhead assembly (3) is composed of a wellhead flange (302) and a wellhead (301).
Claims (1)
1. A butt joint method of a wellhead butt joint device is characterized in that: the structure is as follows:
the blowout prevention well repairing equipment consists of a blowout prevention well repairing equipment assembly (1), a butt joint frame assembly (2) and a wellhead assembly (3); the blowout prevention workover equipment assembly (1) is connected with four grooves (203) of the butt joint frame assembly (2) in a nested manner through four supporting leg rolling balls (101), the butt joint frame assembly (2) and the wellhead assembly (3) are in butt joint with a wellhead through two butt joint supports (202) and are fastened and connected through bolts; the blowout prevention well repairing equipment assembly (1) consists of a supporting leg rolling ball (101), a support (102), blowout prevention well repairing equipment (103) and a blowout prevention well repairing equipment flange (104); the support leg rolling ball (101) is in welded connection with the support frame (102), the support frame (102) is in welded connection with the blowout prevention workover rig (103), and the blowout prevention workover rig (103) is in welded connection with the blowout prevention workover rig flange (104); the butt joint frame assembly (2) consists of two cross beams (201), two butt joint supports (202), four grooves (203) and two arc-shaped slide ways (204);
the cross beam (201) is provided with an arc-shaped slideway (204), two ends of the arc-shaped slideway are respectively provided with two grooves (203), and the distance between the two grooves is equal to the distance between four support legs of the blowout-preventing workover rig; the butt joint support (202) is an integrated welding piece, and two bolt holes are formed in two ends of the butt joint support respectively; the wellhead assembly (3) consists of a wellhead flange (302) and a wellhead (301);
the whole butt joint process is as follows: butting the two butting supports (202) with the wellhead (301), and then fixing the two beams (201) and the two butting supports (202) into a whole through bolts, wherein the butting support assembly (2) is prepared;
the blowout prevention workover equipment transport vehicle transports blowout prevention workover equipment to the edge of a wellhead docking frame assembly (2) along the direction of an arc-shaped chute formed in a cross beam (201) and along the center line of the wellhead docking frame;
the blowout prevention workover equipment transport vehicle vertically puts blowout prevention workover equipment with the support leg rolling balls (101) into an arc-shaped chute on the cross beam (201);
the blowout prevention workover rig assembly (1) is pushed, the four support leg rolling balls (101) of the blowout prevention workover rig are pushed into the grooves (203) in the butt joint frame assembly (2), and at the moment, the blowout prevention workover rig flange (104) is automatically butted with the wellhead flange (302).
