本发明公开了一种铝合金门窗用钢塑复合角码,包括外层塑料主体和内部金属骨架,内部金属骨架包覆于外层塑料主体内,内部金属骨架上设置有多个加固定位孔,内部金属骨架的外侧设置有骨架凹槽,内部金属骨架的内侧设置有骨架凸块,骨架凹槽位于外层塑料主体的外侧凹槽处,骨架凸块位于外层塑料主体的内侧凸块处。与现有技术相比,本发明主要采用改进内部金属骨架,使内部金属骨架的骨架凹槽能够直接接触铝合金,同时,骨架凸块能够对内侧的铝合金框架吃力,两侧的凹槽与凸块的配合,进一步的加固了铝合金门窗,使铝合金门窗更加牢固,防止开裂和脱落,提高使用寿命,降低维修几率,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝合金门窗配件,尤其涉及一种铝合金门窗用钢塑复合角码。
背景技术
在建筑学中角码是连接90度直角相交构件的五金件。根据被连接构件受力大小来决定角码的型号和形式以及材料种类。角码常常用于装饰工程及家具装配中。如幕墙安装就是由角码来连接的。在铝合金门窗的框架装配中,是利用角码置入框架的端部,利用液压机挤压,将铝合金的内部压紧以贴合角码,从而达到成型的效果,但现有技术中的角码大多是塑料内部的骨架是直条,而门窗的铝合金型材不能够完全吃力,从而导致使用时间稍微长点就会导致接缝开裂,甚至脱落,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种铝合金门窗用钢塑复合角码。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括外层塑料主体和内部金属骨架,所述外层塑料主体的外侧设置有外侧凹槽,所述外层塑料主体的内侧设置有内侧凸块,所述外层塑料主体的上下两面均设置有多个主体凹槽,所述内部金属骨架包覆于所述外层塑料主体内,所述内部金属骨架上设置有多个加固定位孔,所述内部金属骨架的外侧设置有骨架凹槽,所述内部金属骨架的内侧设置有骨架凸块,所述骨架凹槽位于所述外层塑料主体的外侧凹槽处,所述骨架凸块位于所述外层塑料主体的内侧凸块处。
进一步,所述内侧凸块和所述骨架凸块均为六个,所述外侧凹槽和所述骨架凹槽均为两个。
作为优选,所述外侧凹槽与所述骨架凹槽的一条边相重合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种铝合金门窗用钢塑复合角码,与现有技术相比,本发明主要采用改进内部金属骨架,使内部金属骨架的骨架凹槽能够直接接触铝合金,同时,骨架凸块能够对内侧的铝合金框架吃力,两侧的凹槽与凸块的配合,进一步的加固了铝合金门窗,使铝合金门窗更加牢固,防止开裂和脱落,提高使用寿命,降低维修几率,具有推广应用的价值。

如图1所示:本发明包括外层塑料主体1和内部金属骨架5,外层塑料主体1的外侧设置有外侧凹槽2,外层塑料主体1的内侧设置有内侧凸块3,外层塑料主体1的上下两面均设置有多个主体凹槽4,内部金属骨架5包覆于外层塑料主体1内,内部金属骨架5上设置有多个加固定位孔6,内部金属骨架5的外侧设置有骨架凹槽7,内部金属骨架5的内侧设置有骨架凸块8,骨架凹槽7位于外层塑料主体1的外侧凹槽处,骨架凸块8位于外层塑料主体1的内侧凸块3处。
进一步,内侧凸块3和骨架凸块8均为六个,外侧凹槽2和骨架凹槽7均为两个。
作为优选,外侧凹槽2与骨架凹槽7的一条边相重合。
