一种地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置,包括密封壳体、壳体顶部为屋檐式,壳体内设置有配电柜、供氧风机,另增设有污水消毒装置和二级过滤装置,污水消毒装置包括箱体、开设于箱体两侧的进水口和出水口、设置于箱体近底端的陶瓷蓄热板以及设置于陶瓷蓄热板下方的电加热管,箱体近顶端设置有紫外线消毒灯,陶瓷蓄热板上方设置有臭氧发生器,出水口通过管道连接二级过滤装置,二级过滤装置包括相互串联的活性碳过滤器和纤维束过滤器。布局合理,结构紧凑。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域。
背景技术
现有地埋式生活污水处理装置地面设备装置分为几部分,分别为供氧风机、配电柜等部分组成。功能只是简单为地埋式生活污水处理装置提供氧气和控制污水处理设备运行。这些部分为各自独立单元,以前都是分开生产制造,分开组装,到现场后要各自建设备基础,现场施工量大,占用场地面积大,建设按装周期长。在偏远地区很不方便,成本很高。另外由于现有污水排放标准的提高,原有的污水处理设备处理的污水已不符合现有污水排放标准。有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种布局合理,结构紧凑并且可对地埋式污水处理后的污水再处理的,大大提高出水品质的地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置,其特征在于包括密封壳体、壳体顶部为屋檐式,壳体内设置有配电柜、供氧风机,另增设有污水消毒装置和二级过滤装置,污水消毒装置包括箱体、开设于箱体两侧的进水口和出水口、设置于箱体近底端的陶瓷蓄热板以及设置于陶瓷蓄热板下方的电加热管,箱体近顶端设置有紫外线消毒灯,陶瓷蓄热板上方设置有臭氧发生器,出水口通过管道连接二级过滤装置,二级过滤装置包括相互串联的活性碳过滤器和纤维束过滤器。
作为优选,密封壳体为不锈钢材质。
作为优选,供氧风机上方设置有支架,污水消毒装置安装于支架上。
本发明有益效果:增设了消毒装置和过滤装置对污水处理设备的出水进行再处理,使原有的污水处理设备处理的污水不符合污水排放标准的出水进行再处理。大幅提高了出水品质,使之能达到新的排放标准。设计成一个封闭外型为长方体的屋形结构,所有设备都合理地按装在内部空间中,形成一个整体,并充分利用箱体的立体空间,设备在箱体内立体分层布置,立体分层按装,结构新型合理。总体占地面积大幅压缩减少,减少了现场的施工量,提高了工作效率,降低了工程造价。是一套污水处理装置地面设备集成组合体,在出厂前已调试和试车并达到了工况使用要求,这样在现场能节省大量的按装调试时间,并更能保证产品质量性能。为封闭结构,保护内部设备不受风雨等天气影响,使用安全性、使用寿命大幅提高。为封闭结构,使用过程中风机等运行燥音得到实质性降低。为一个封闭的整体设备,改变了原有的分散布置的零乱布局,提高了外形美观度。为一个封闭的整体设备,有外壳保护内部设备,可以安装在屋外等条件苛刻的环境,大幅提高了设备对环境的整体适应性。

实施例1:一种地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置,包括密封壳体1、壳体1顶部为屋檐式,壳体1内设置有配电柜2、供氧风机3,另增设有污水消毒装置4和二级过滤装置5,污水消毒装置4包括箱体4.1、开设于箱体4.1两侧的进水口4.2和出水口4.3、设置于箱体4.1近底端的陶瓷蓄热板4.4以及设置于陶瓷蓄热板4.4下方的电加热管4.5,箱体4.4近顶端设置有紫外线消毒灯4.6,陶瓷蓄热板4.4上方设置有臭氧发生器4.7,出水口4.3通过管道连接二级过滤装置5,臭氧发生器4.7与紫外线消毒灯4.6之间设置有2条波浪型磁化条4.8,二级过滤装置5包括相互串联的活性碳过滤器5.1和纤维束过滤器5.2。密封壳体1为不锈钢材质。供氧风机3上方设置有支架6,污水消毒装置4安装于支架6上。

1.一种地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置,其特征在于包括密封壳体、壳体顶部为屋檐式,壳体内设置有配电柜、供氧风机,另增设有污水消毒装置和二级过滤装置,污水消毒装置包括箱体、开设于箱体两侧的进水口和出水口、设置于箱体近底端的陶瓷蓄热板以及设置于陶瓷蓄热板下方的电加热管,箱体近顶端设置有紫外线消毒灯,陶瓷蓄热板上方设置有臭氧发生器,出水口通过管道连接二级过滤装置,臭氧发生器与紫外线消毒灯之间设置有2条波浪型磁化条,二级过滤装置包括相互串联的活性碳过滤器和纤维束过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置,其特征在于密封壳体为不锈钢材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种地埋式污水处理地面一体化装置,其特征在于供氧风机上方设置有支架,污水消毒装置安装于支架上。
