Abstract
The invention discloses a wire clamping device for orderly binding cables, which comprises a wire clamping plate and a sealing plate, wherein the wire clamping plate is arranged on the sealing plate; one end of the sealing plate is rotatably connected with the clamping plate, and the other end of the sealing plate is detachably connected with the clamping plate; one end of the clamping plate is provided with a rotary connecting part, the middle part of the clamping plate is provided with two grooves, and the other end of the clamping plate is provided with a convex spherical clamping bead; the sealing plate comprises a connecting part matched with the rotating connecting part of the clamping plate, a plugging part for sealing and covering the groove on the clamping plate, and a clamping hole for clamping and connecting the spherical clamping bead; when the spherical clamping beads are clamped in the clamping holes, the plugging part and the groove are enclosed to form two clamping holes. The invention can bundle the cables neatly and is easy to use.

The existing wired equipment, such as a mouse, an earphone, a charger and the like, is provided with a long cable, so that the wired equipment is easy to wind into a messy shape during carrying and storage, and is troublesome to arrange.

The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a wire clamping device for orderly binding cables comprises a wire clamping plate, a sealing plate, an elastic ferrule and an elastic binding rope; one end of the sealing plate is rotatably connected with the clamping plate, and the other end of the sealing plate is detachably connected with the clamping plate; the method is characterized in that: one end of the clamping plate is provided with a rotary connecting part, the middle part of the clamping plate is provided with two grooves, and the other end of the clamping plate is provided with a convex spherical clamping bead; the sealing plate comprises a connecting part matched with the rotating connecting part of the clamping plate, a plugging part for sealing and covering the groove on the clamping plate and a clamping hole for clamping and connecting the spherical clamping bead; when the spherical clamping beads are clamped in the clamping holes, the blocking part and the groove are enclosed to form two clamping holes, and the elastic ferrule is clamped in one of the clamping holes; a flat rectangular clamping groove is also arranged between the two grooves on the clamping plate, and a rectangular wire pressing hole is formed when the rectangular clamping groove is matched with the sealing plate plugging part; the sealing plate comprises a square rod made of steel wires and a limiting part arranged in the middle of the square rod, and a notch is formed in a rod body on one side of the middle of the square rod; a sleeve hole is arranged at the center of the plate body at one side end of the limiting piece, the plate body at the other side end extends outwards firstly and then is rolled to form a U-shaped sliding chute, and an opening of the U-shaped sliding chute is positioned at the middle end of the limiting piece; the limiting part is sleeved on one rod body on the other side of the middle part of the square rod through a sleeve hole of the limiting part, the rod bodies on two sides of a notch in the square rod are positioned in the U-shaped sliding groove, the rod bodies are clamped in the U-shaped sliding groove under the action of self elasticity, and the rod bodies can slide out of the U-shaped sliding groove after being deformed under the action of external force; the parts of the square rod extending out of the two sides of the limiting piece are enclosed to form two ferrules for clamping cables or rubber bands; two ends of the elastic binding rope are clamped in the rectangular wire pressing hole to form another annular elastic ferrule; a single cable is clamped by a clamping hole, and the single cable is fixed on the cable; clamping an elastic ferrule by using the other clamping hole; the elastic ferrule and the other annular elastic ferrule formed by the elastic binding rope are sleeved on the bunched cable formed by repeated folding, so that the cable neatly bound is obtained.
When the spherical clamping beads are clamped in the clamping holes, the blocking parts and the grooves are enclosed to form two clamping holes; when the device is used, one clamping hole is used for clamping a certain cable of a mouse, an earphone and a charger, and the other clamping hole is used for clamping an elastic ferrule, such as a rubber band; at the moment, the elastic ferrule is sleeved on the bunched cable formed by repeated folding for multiple times, so that the cable which is orderly bundled is obtained; therefore, the invention can fix the elastic ferrule on a certain cable, and avoid the loss of the elastic ferrule, thereby ensuring that a user can use the elastic ferrule to bundle the whole cable orderly at any time.

Fig. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the invention, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a first structure of the invention in a closed state; fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the wire holder of fig. 1 in an open position; FIG. 3 is a front view of the cable holder of FIG. 1; fig. 4 is a perspective view of a closure plate of the wire holder of fig. 1; fig. 5 is a view of an application of the wire holder shown in fig. 1.
The embodiment is a wire clamping device, and as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the wire clamping device 4 comprises a wire clamping plate 1 and a closing plate 2; one end of the sealing plate is rotatably connected with the clamping plate, and the other end of the sealing plate is detachably connected with the clamping plate; one end of the clamping plate is provided with a rotary connecting part 11, the middle part of the clamping plate is provided with two semicircular grooves 12, and the other end of the clamping plate is provided with a convex spherical clamping bead 13; the sealing plate comprises a connecting part 21 matched with the rotary connecting part of the clamping plate, a plugging part 22 for sealing and covering the groove on the clamping plate, and a clamping hole 23 for clamping and connecting the spherical clamping bead; when the spherical clamping bead is clamped in the clamping hole, the plugging part and the groove are enclosed to form two clamping holes 100.
A flat rectangular clamping groove 200 is also arranged between the two grooves on the clamping plate, and a rectangular wire pressing hole is formed when the clamping groove 200 is matched with the sealing plate plugging part; the clamping groove can be used for clamping two ends of an external elastic binding rope to form an annular elastic ferrule. After the cable is repeatedly folded into a bundle shape, the annular elastic ferrule is sleeved on the bundle-shaped cable, so that the bundle-shaped cable is neat and is not easy to wind by itself or mix with other cables.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the sealing plate 2 includes a square rod 6 made of steel wire and a flat sleeve 7 sleeved on the middle of the square rod, one side end of the square rod extending out of the flat sleeve has a shaft portion 61 as a rotating shaft, the shaft portion serves as a connecting portion 21 of the sealing plate, and the other side end extending out of the flat sleeve forms the locking hole 23.
As shown in fig. 5, when the portable mouse is used, a clamping hole is used for clamping a certain cable 3 of a mouse, an earphone and a charger, so that the portable mouse is fixed on the cable 3 and cannot be lost, and the purpose of convenient use is achieved; clamping an elastic ferrule 5, such as a rubber band, by using another clamping hole, and sleeving the bundled cable formed by repeatedly folding for many times by using the elastic ferrule 5 so as to obtain a cable which is neatly bundled; therefore, the embodiment has the advantages that the elastic ferrule is fixed on a certain cable, so that the elastic ferrule is prevented from being lost, and a user can be ensured to use the elastic ferrule to bundle the whole cable orderly at any time.

This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the sealing plate 2 includes a square rod 6 made of steel wire and a stopper 8 disposed in the middle of the square rod, and a notch 62 is disposed on a rod body on one side of the middle of the square rod 6; a sleeve hole 81 is arranged at the center of a side end plate body of the limiting part 8, the other side end plate body extends outwards firstly and then is rolled to form a U-shaped sliding chute 82, and an opening of the U-shaped sliding chute 82 is positioned at the middle end of the limiting part; the locating part is established on a body of rod of opposite side at the mouth style of calligraphy pole middle part through its trepanning cover, and the body of rod 63 of breach 62 both sides then is located U-shaped spout 82 in the mouth style of calligraphy pole, just body of rod 63 chucking under self elastic action is in U-shaped spout 82, and under the exogenic action, roll-off in U-shaped spout 82 can be followed to the body of rod 63 after the deformation. The structure enables the square rod to extend out of the parts on the two sides of the limiting piece to form two ferrules in a surrounding mode, and a user can clamp a cable or a rubber band and the like by using the two ferrules, so that the square rod has the characteristic of function diversification.
