本发明公开了一种车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，包括调节液压缸、升降滑块、滑槽、夹紧液压缸、套管、导杆、紧固螺钉以及安装架，三根所述导杆分层固定连接在安装架上，三块套管分别滑动连接在三根导杆上，紧固螺钉螺纹连接在套管上，且一端穿过套管并抵接在导杆上，滑槽固定连接在两套管上，升降滑块滑动连接在滑槽上，调节液压缸固定连接在底端的套管上且输出轴与升降滑块固定连接，夹紧液压缸固定连接在升降滑块上。本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于操作，稳定性好。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件。
背景技术：
将车架顶蒙皮贴合于车顶盖上时，需要一夹具将车架顶蒙皮张拉，从而便于车架顶蒙皮与车顶盖的贴合。张拉夹具在张拉车架顶蒙皮时，由于每个车型的顶盖拱高不同，现有的用于支撑张拉夹具的支撑架不能调节张拉夹具的位置，因此每加工一个车顶盖需更换不同的支撑架。
现有的夹具在夹持车架顶蒙皮后，普遍是通过人工拉拽的方式来张拉车架顶蒙皮，稳定性差。
因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，包括调节液压缸、升降滑块、滑槽、夹紧液压缸、套管、导杆、紧固螺钉以及安装架，三根所述导杆分层固定连接在安装架上，三块套管分别滑动连接在三根导杆上，紧固螺钉螺纹连接在套管上，且一端穿过套管并抵接在导杆上，滑槽固定连接在两套管上，升降滑块滑动连接在滑槽上，调节液压缸固定连接在底端的套管上且输出轴与升降滑块固定连接，夹紧液压缸固定连接在升降滑块上。
进一步地，所述升降滑块上且位于夹紧液压缸的一侧设有限位杆。
进一步地，所述导杆的横截面为矩形状。
进一步地，所述调节液压缸输出轴的运动方向垂直于夹紧液压缸输出轴的运动方向。
本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于操作，稳定性好。

如图1所示，本发明一种车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，包括调节液压缸1、升降滑块2、滑槽3、夹紧液压缸4、套管61、导杆62、紧固螺钉63以及安装架9，三根导杆62相互平行地分层固定连接在安装架9上，三块套管61分别滑动连接在三根导杆62上，每个套管61上均螺纹连接一个紧固螺钉63，且紧固螺钉63的一端穿过套管并抵接在导杆62上。滑槽3固定连接在上端两个套管61上，升降滑块2滑动连接在滑槽3上，调节液压缸1固定连接在底端的套管61上，且调节液压缸1的输出轴与升降滑块2固定连接，夹紧液压缸4固定连接在升降滑块2上，且夹紧液压缸4输出轴的运动方向垂直于调节液压缸1输出轴的运动方向。用于夹持车架顶蒙皮的夹具5固定连接在夹紧液压缸4输出轴上。
本发明中的导杆62的横截面为矩形状。
将焊接好的顶盖放置在工作平台上，根据车型拱高调整调节液压缸1输出轴的输出长度，根据车架顶蒙皮位置左右调节套管61，然后拧紧紧固螺钉63，将套管61锁紧于所调节的位置。夹具5夹持车架顶蒙皮的预留涨拉端，夹紧液压缸4输出轴缩回，完成车架顶蒙皮的张拉。
在升降滑块2上且位于夹紧液压缸4的一侧设有限位杆8。在车架顶蒙皮张拉后，若夹紧液压缸4的输出轴继续回缩，则车架顶蒙皮抵靠在限位杆8上，从而有效的防止车架顶蒙皮被拉坏。

1.一种车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，其特征在于：包括调节液压缸(1)、升降滑块(2)、滑槽(3)、夹紧液压缸(4)、套管(61)、导杆(62)、紧固螺钉(63)以及安装架(9)，三根所述导杆(62)分层固定连接在安装架(9)上，三块套管(61)分别滑动连接在三根导杆(62)上，紧固螺钉(63)螺纹连接在套管(61)上，且一端穿过套管并抵接在导杆(62)上，滑槽(3)固定连接在两套管(61)上，升降滑块(2)滑动连接在滑槽(3)上，调节液压缸(1)固定连接在底端的套管(61)上且输出轴与升降滑块(2)固定连接，夹紧液压缸(4)固定连接在升降滑块(2)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，其特征在于：所述升降滑块(2)上且位于夹紧液压缸(4)的一侧设有限位杆(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，其特征在于：所述导杆(62)的横截面为矩形状。
4.如权利要求3所述的车架顶蒙皮张拉夹具的支撑组件，其特征在于：所述调节液压缸(1)输出轴的运动方向垂直于夹紧液压缸(4)输出轴的运动方向。
