本发明涉及一种布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高，传统的布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料只具备单一的功能，且缺乏立体感，因此寻求一种具有多种功能的布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有立体感，具有多种功能的布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料，它包括面料本体，面料本体的上表面设置有防辐射层，防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条，所述防辐射层的上表面设置有防静电层，防静电层的上表面设置有上防水层，所述面料本体的下表面设置有抗菌层，抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层的下表面设置有阻燃层，阻燃层的下表面设置有下防水层；所述下防水层下表面设置有衬里层，所述衬里层，它包括基布层，所述基布层具有第一表面和第二表面，所述基布层的第一表面和第二表面至少有一个表面设有防水涂层，所述的基布层的组织结构为重纬结构，由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为150D涤粘纱，所述纬纱为R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝。
所述防静电层从上至下依次包括TPU涂层、导电纤维层、和锦纶纺织层，所述TPU涂层上设置有上下贯通的通孔，所述通孔的下端和导电纤维层连通，所述锦纶纺织层的经线和纬线表面涂覆有抗紫外线涂层；
所述上防水层包括上防水面料层本体，所述上防水面料层本体的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条，梯形凸条上设置有上下贯通的透水孔，所述透水孔的上端连通空气，所述透水孔的下端连通上防水面料层本体，上防水面料层本体内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔，相邻两个梯形凸条之间的上防水面料层本体的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空，所述条形镂空内设置有聚氨酯防皱条；
所述梯形凸条由经纱和纬纱织造而成，所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹，所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线和外包覆层，所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维，所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，在外包覆层表面设有绒毛；
所述下防水层包括下防水面料层本体，所述下防水面料层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜，所述下防水面料层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条，所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的下防水面料层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔。
所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层，弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组，所述防辐射金属丝组包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料具有立体感，还同时具备耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃、防辐射、防水、防静电等功能。
本发明通过在基布层的第一表面和第二表面的至少一个表面设置防水涂层，提高了衬里层的防水性能；采用了150D涤粘纱的经纱R3.5N涤粘纱+300D的有光涤粘网络丝作为纬纱交织而成重纬设置，使得该防水衬里层具有弹性好，色泽度高，布质轻薄的优点。

具体实施方式
参见图1~2，本发明涉及的一种布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料，它包括面料本体1，面料本体1的上表面设置有防辐射层2，防辐射层2内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条3，所述防辐射层2的上表面设置有防静电层4，防静电层4的上表面设置有上防水层8，所述面料本体1的下表面设置有抗菌层5，抗菌层5由镀银纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层5的下表面设置有阻燃层6，阻燃层6的下表面设置有下防水层7。
所述防静电层4从上至下依次包括TPU涂层4.1、导电纤维层4.2、和锦纶纺织层4.3，所述TPU涂层4.1上设置有上下贯通的通孔4.4，所述通孔4.4为上大下小的锥形孔，所述通孔4.4的下端和导电纤维层4.2连通，所述锦纶纺织层4.3的经线和纬线表面涂覆有抗紫外线涂层。
所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3，弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2，所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍，由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设，使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好，因此面料整体柔软度较好，另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的，避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结，确保柔软度。
所述上防水层8包括上防水面料层本体8.1，所述上防水面料层本体8.1的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条8.2，梯形凸条8.2上设置有上下贯通的透水孔8.3，所述透水孔8.3的上端连通空气，所述透水孔8.3的下端连通上防水面料层本体8.1，上防水面料层本体8.1内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔8.4，相邻两个梯形凸条8.2之间的上防水面料层本体8.1的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空8.5，所述条形镂空8.5内设置有聚氨酯防皱条8.6，聚氨酯防皱条8.6具有记忆功能，可以防止面料变形。
所述梯形凸条8.2由经纱和纬纱织造而成，所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹，所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线和外包覆层，所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维，所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，在外包覆层表面设有绒毛。外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，它为常见的丙纶纤维，市面上通常是使用颜料紫23 或颜料红149 对丙纶纤维进行着色而制成原液着色丙纶纤维，在降低生产成本的同时又提高了面料的色牢度。经纱表面设有凸出的环纹，增强了纬纱和经纱结构稳定性，也防止了纬纱和经纱结构不稳定相互移动时造成的原液着色丙纶纤维脱离，增强了梯形凸条8.2的色牢度。外包覆层表面设有绒毛，提高了面料的柔软度。
所述下防水层7包括下防水面料层本体7.1，所述下防水面料层本体7.1的中间设置有一层防水膜7.2，所述下防水面料层本体7.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条7.3，所述防水膜7.2与导流凸条7.3之间的下防水面料层本体7.1内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔7.4。
所述下防水层下表面设置有衬里层，所述衬里层，它包括基布层，所述基布层具有第一表面和第二表面，所述基布层的第一表面和第二表面至少有一个表面设有防水涂层，所述的基布层的组织结构为重纬结构，由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为150D涤粘纱，所述纬纱为R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝。

Claims (2)

1.一种布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料，它包括面料本体（1），面料本体（1）的上表面设置有防辐射层（2），防辐射层（2）内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条（3），所述防辐射层（2）的上表面设置有防静电层（4），防静电层（4）的上表面设置有上防水层（8），所述面料本体（1）的下表面设置有抗菌层（5），抗菌层（5）由镀银纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层（5）的下表面设置有阻燃层（6），阻燃层（6）的下表面设置有下防水层（7）；
所述防静电层（4）从上至下依次包括TPU涂层（4.1）、导电纤维层（4.2）、和锦纶纺织层（4.3），所述TPU涂层（4.1）上设置有上下贯通的通孔（4.4），所述通孔（4.4）的下端和导电纤维层（4.2）连通，所述锦纶纺织层（4.3）的经线和纬线表面涂覆有抗紫外线涂层；
所述上防水层（8）包括上防水面料层本体（8.1），所述上防水面料层本体（8.1）的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条（8.2），梯形凸条（8.2）上设置有上下贯通的透水孔（8.3），所述透水孔（8.3）的上端连通空气，所述透水孔（8.3）的下端连通上防水面料层本体（8.1），上防水面料层本体（8.1）内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔（8.4），相邻两个梯形凸条（8.2）之间的上防水面料层本体（8.1）的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空（8.5），所述条形镂空（8.5）内设置有聚氨酯防皱条（8.6）；
所述梯形凸条由经纱和纬纱织造而成，所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹，所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线和外包覆层，所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维，所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，在外包覆层表面设有绒毛；
所述下防水层（7）包括下防水面料层本体（7.1），所述下防水面料层本体（7.1）的中间设置有一层防水膜（7.2），所述下防水面料层本体（7.1）的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条（7.3），所述防水膜（7.2）与导流凸条（7.3）之间的下防水面料层本体（7.1）内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔（7.4）；
所述下防水层下表面设置有衬里层，所述衬里层，它包括基布层，所述基布层具有第一表面和第二表面，所述基布层的第一表面和第二表面至少有一个表面设有防水涂层，所述的基布层的组织结构为重纬结构，由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为150D涤粘纱，所述纬纱为R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝。
2.根据权利要求（1）所述的一种布质轻薄、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃家纺面料，其特征在于所述防辐射条（3）包括中心的弹性纤维（3.1）、绕设于弹性纤维（3.1）表面的防辐射金属丝组（3.2）以及包覆于外层的保护层（3.3），弹性纤维（3.1）上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组（3.2），所述防辐射金属丝组（3.2）包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组（3.2）之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组（3.2）的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
