Referring to fig. 1-2, the drug delivery device of the present invention comprises at least a housing 4, the housing 4 is formed by fastening a top shell 41 and a bottom shell 42, a drug delivery band (not shown) is disposed inside the housing 4, a mouthpiece 1 for sucking out drug powder and a sliding rod 2 for releasing drug powder are disposed outside the housing 4, and a cover 3 capable of rotating around a rotation axis of the housing 4 to cover or expose the mouthpiece 1 and the sliding rod 2 is detachably mounted outside the housing 4. Since the main structural improvement of the present invention is between the housing 4 and the cover 3, the structure inside the housing 4 is omitted from fig. 2.
