背景技术
在日常生活中，跌打损伤是难免的，特别是扭伤，以肿胀、疼痛、积液为主要表现，有些人受伤后产生积液，急于诊治，往往使用药物熏洗，其实有时候这样做极易事与愿违，不但没有疗效,而且病情会越来越严重，马上用药物洗治，患处血管就会加剧扩张，渗血、水肿也会随之加重，不仅会造成软组织粘连和局部功能减弱，而且还极易增强疼痛感，因此，应在发生损伤后立即采用冷敷，这样可使患处血管收缩并减少出血、水肿和疼痛，到损伤的第三四天后再采用药物敷洗，便可达到活血化瘀、止痛消肿的效果，但是中途需要服用药物来止痛、止血、治疗。
