Abstract
本方案提供一种制作识别塑料杯的方法，通过该方法制造出的塑料杯杯口沿末端设有标签，使用者只要用手指将标签上下翻折或直接撕下，就能达到自主设定标签的识别效果，从而与其它塑料杯相区分。
Description
技术领域
本方案涉及一种便于识别的塑料杯，它包括杯体，标签，卡杯通道，限位设置，属于日常生活的塑料制品餐饮具技术领域。
背景技术
在群体场合使用塑料杯时，往往因为塑料杯外观相同而混淆，无法识别自己的杯子，经常造成误饮尴尬，同时也不够卫生。由于塑料杯是一次成型，出于成本和技术的局限，现有销售的塑料杯绝大部分都是不具备识别功能。所以通过本方案制作出简单易用又具备良好识别的塑料杯，将会成为市场受欢迎的创新产品。
发明内容
本方案的目的在于克服了已有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单实用，制作方便，无需增加额外成本的方法，就能让使用者可以自主设定标签的识别型塑料杯。
本方案所采用的技术为：1、该塑料杯包括杯体，通过在杯口沿外侧末端形成一圈分隔有若干数量的标签。标签根部连着杯口沿下垂，每个标签标记着识别所需的文字或图案。使用者只要用手指将标签上下翻折或直接撕断，就能达到自主设定标签的良好识别效果。2、塑料杯口的一圈标签上设置卡杯通道。塑料杯叠成筒形放置取杯器内时，取杯器卡杯弹簧装置依靠塑料杯凸出杯口沿及杯与杯之间的间距特点，卡住自重落下的杯子，从而达到每次只取一个杯子的目的。由于本方案在杯口沿处设置了一圈标签，改变了原有杯与杯的间距，所以设置了卡杯通道，以便用于取杯器上的使用。3、卡杯通道的存在，需要统一排序卡杯通道位置，原有的绝对圆形杯身及杯底容易转动走位，所以本案采用非绝对圆形的杯身及杯底来进行限位。达到卡位通道能统一成一列的目的。以便用于取杯器上的使用。
本方案的有益效果是，可以简单、容易地识别外观设计相同的塑料杯，有效避免误饮的出现。由于标签占用材料少并且与杯身是连块材料，一次成型，所以无需增加额外的制造成本。标签可以完全融合杯身外观设计，达到整体设计效果的统一和美观。同时为塑料杯造型增添个性和特色。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本方案实施方式做进一步说明。该说明仅在于举例，并不对本方案做任何的限制。
本方案的特点是通过在杯口沿外侧末端设置形成一圈下垂的标签，利用模具凹凸在标签上标记不同文字或图型识别。
参照附图1-3，本方案制作的塑料杯为一次成型，其中1是杯口沿，2是标签。通过杯口沿外侧末端处设置形成一圈下垂标签。标签的具体数量，形状按实际需要而定。3为识别标记，标签上的标记按实际需要而定，可以是文字或图案。本图例采用圆角梯形标签配以英文字母标记作说明，并不等于对本方案的局限。
4是卡杯通道。杯口沿外侧末端设置的一圈下垂标签，改变了杯与杯之间的间距。在一圈下垂标签中均匀设置不同数量的卡杯通道，即标签缺口处，使取杯器正常发挥卡杯功能，本图例采用三个卡杯通道作说明，并不等于对本方案的局限。
5是非绝对圆形的杯身杯底。杯身杯底采用非绝对圆形限位，就避免了叠成筒型后圆形杯身的转动走位现象，不管杯与杯任意叠，都能保证每个杯的卡杯通道都在同一位置上。本图例采用钝角三角形杯身杯底作说明，并不等于对本方案的局限。
使用者只要用手指将标签上下翻折或直接撕断就能做成独特的记号。标签根部正好是杯子材料开口的边缘，所以标签很容易翻折和撕断。通过若干个标签的搭配组合，基本杜绝重复的可能。从而达到自主设定标签的良好识别效果。
与现有的塑料杯相比，通过本方案制作的塑料杯具有实用、成本低、操作简单、设置合理、识别效果突出的优点。

1.塑料杯的识别方法，包括杯体，其特点在于在杯口沿末端设有标签。
2.根据权利要求1所述，其特点在于在杯身标签上标有识别所需的印记。
3.根据权利要求1所述，其特点在于在杯口沿末端设有卡杯通道。
4.根据权利要求3所述，其特点在于在杯身底部做限位设计。
