Abstract

本发明提供一种热泵机组换热器,包括螺旋换热铜管,以及连接于该螺旋换热铜管两端的连接铜管;所述螺旋换热铜管两端的连接铜管中,分别串接一个可轴向伸缩的弹性螺旋管。该换热器可以在换热过程中,使自身相对于水体振动,以形成强制对流,提高换热效率,从而适应大功率换热作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及暖通设备领域,特别地,涉及一种热泵机组换热器。
背景技术
在暖通领域,热泵机组的应用十分广泛,如空调系统、冰箱、空气能热水器、地暖系统等;其中在涉及到与水体换热的环节,一般采用螺旋换热铜管;然而,目前的螺旋换热铜管均是固定于水体内,在换热时,仅依靠水体的自然对流来实现热量的传递;在大功率换热作业时,由于自然对流的速度较慢,导致换热效率将快速下降;因此,该种固定的螺旋换热器由于换热效率受到限制,使热泵机组难以在大功率运行时保持较高的制热效率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种热泵机组换热器,该换热器可以在换热过程中,使自身相对于水体振动,以形成强制对流,提高换热效率,从而适应大功率换热作业。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该热泵机组换热器包括螺旋换热铜管,以及连接于该螺旋换热铜管两端的连接铜管;所述螺旋换热铜管两端的连接铜管中,分别串接一个可轴向伸缩的弹性螺旋管。
作为优选,所述弹性螺旋管由橡胶管构成。
作为优选,所述弹性螺旋管的螺旋内侧具有一根轴向延伸的、连接该弹性螺旋管上下端的弹性绳或弹簧;从而可将整个所述弹性螺旋管的轴向弹性调和到合适的水平。
作为优选,所述连接铜管中设有一个电磁阀,所述电磁阀受控于控制器,所述控制器使该电磁阀以设定的频率周期性通断,从而使所述连接铜管内的流体压力周期性波动,以促进所述弹性螺旋管的振动;进一步地,所述电磁阀的开口大小与所述控制器的控制电流呈正比,而所述控制电流为正弦波电流,该正弦波电流的周期与所述弹性螺旋管的轴向固有振动频率相等;以使所述连接铜管内的流体压力按正弦波形式波动,且与弹性螺旋管形成共振效应,可大幅提高弹性螺旋管的振动幅度,以提高螺旋换热管的换热效率。
本发明的有益效果在于:该热泵机组换热器在使用过程中,由于连接铜管内的工质流体对于弹性螺旋管的冲击,使该弹性螺旋管产生振动,从而带动所述螺旋管热铜管在水体中振动,以形成强制对流效果,提高换热效率,从而适应大功率换热作业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该热泵机组换热器包括螺旋换热铜管1,以及连接于该螺旋换热铜管1两端的连接铜管2;所述螺旋换热铜管1两端的连接铜管2中,分别串接一个可轴向伸缩的弹性螺旋管3。
上述的热泵机组换热器,所述弹性螺旋管3由橡胶管构成,具有良好的弹性。
上述热泵机组换热器在使用过程中,由于连接铜管2内的工质流体对于弹性螺旋管3的冲击,使该弹性螺旋管3产生振动,从而带动所述螺旋管热铜管1在水体中振动,以形成强制对流效果,提高换热效率,从而适应大功率换热作业。
实施例二:
在图2所示的实施例二中,与实施例一不同的是,所述弹性螺旋管3的螺旋内侧具有一根轴向延伸的、连接该弹性螺旋管3上下端的弹性绳31;从而可将整个所述弹性螺旋管3的轴向弹性调和到合适的水平(由于橡胶管的材质种类有限,找到合适弹性的橡胶管难度较大,采用弹性绳31后,只要选择相对较软的橡胶管即可)。
另外,在实施例二中,所述连接铜管2中设有一个电磁阀4,所述电磁阀4受控于控制器(未图示),所述控制器使该电磁阀4以设定的频率周期性通断,从而使所述连接铜管2内的流体压力周期性波动,以促进所述弹性螺旋管3的振动;进一步地,再使所述电磁阀4的开口大小与所述控制器的控制电流呈正比,而所述控制电流为正弦波电流,该正弦波电流的周期与所述弹性螺旋管3的轴向固有振动频率相等(弹性螺旋管3相当于一个弹簧,可以按弹簧的固有频率计算公式计算该弹性螺旋管3的固有频率);以使所述连接铜管2内的流体压力按正弦波形式波动,且与弹性螺旋管3形成共振效应,可大幅提高弹性螺旋管3的振动幅度,以提高螺旋换热管1的换热效率。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种热泵机组换热器,包括螺旋换热铜管(1),以及连接于该螺旋换热铜管(1)两端的连接铜管(2);其特征在于:所述螺旋换热铜管(1)两端的连接铜管(2)中,分别串接一个可轴向伸缩的弹性螺旋管(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热泵机组换热器,其特征在于:所述弹性螺旋管(3)由橡胶管构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热泵机组换热器,其特征在于:所述弹性螺旋管(3)的螺旋内侧具有一根轴向延伸的、连接该弹性螺旋管上下端的弹性绳或弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的热泵机组换热器,其特征在于:所述连接铜管(2)中设有一个电磁阀(4),所述电磁阀(4)受控于控制器,所述控制器使该电磁阀(4)以设定的频率周期性通断。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热泵机组换热器,其特征在于:所述电磁阀(4)的开口大小与所述控制器的控制电流呈正比,而所述控制电流为正弦波电流,该正弦波电流的周期与所述弹性螺旋管(3)的轴向固有振动频率相等。
