技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘干装置,具体是一种适用于菜籽的太阳能烘干装置。
背景技术
目前,菜籽在收获后需要进行烘干降低菜籽中的水分含量,以延长菜籽的保存周期,传统的方式多是人工进行自然晾晒,不仅受天气、温度等条件限制,也存在着工装效率低、劳动强度大的问题,如申请号为201520585554.2的专利公布了一种新型的油菜籽快速烘干机,其解决了油菜籽烘干发生的焦糊等情况,但其存在着不便移运、节能性不高、适用场地较少的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有菜籽在烘干装置存在的不便移运、节能性不高、适用场地较少的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、移运方便、适用场地多、节能性好的适用于菜籽的太阳能烘干装置。
本发明解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种适用于菜籽的太阳能烘干装置,包括底板、烘干室、太阳能板、旋转轴、搅拌杆、进气管和行走轮,其特征在于,所述的底板上设置有支架、控制器、蓄电池,所述的烘干室设置在支架上,在烘干室外壁上设置有电机、进料口、出料口,并在烘干室内壁上设置有轴承,所述的太阳能板设置在支架上,所述的旋转轴一端穿过烘干室与电机连接,另一端设置在轴承内,并在旋转轴上设置有固定块,所述的搅拌杆设置在固定块上,并在搅拌杆上设置有排气孔,所述的进气管与旋转轴连接,采用太阳能为动力,使烘干装置能够在野外对菜籽进行烘干,扩大了烘干装置的适用范围,也增强了节能性,将旋转轴、搅拌杆均设置为中空结构,并将进气管与旋转轴连接,既能充分搅动烘干室内的菜籽,又能提高烘干室内的气流速率,从而提高菜籽的烘干效果,所述的行走轮设置在底板上,并在行走轮上设置有锁扣,通过行走轮与锁扣,便于烘干装置的移运,降低了人工搬运的劳动强度,提高了菜籽的烘干效率。
所述的太阳能板通过导线与蓄电池连接。
所述的旋转轴、搅拌杆均设置为中空结构。
所述的控制器通过连接线分别与蓄电池、电机连接。
所述的旋转轴与进气管之间设置有密封圈。
有益效果:本发明采用太阳能为动力,使烘干装置能够在野外对菜籽进行烘干,扩大了烘干装置的适用范围,节能环保。将旋转轴、搅拌杆均设置为中空结构,并将进气管与旋转轴连接,既能充分搅动烘干室内的菜籽,又能提高烘干室内的气流速率,从而提高菜籽的烘干效果,通过行走轮与锁扣,便于烘干装置的移运,降低了人工搬运的劳动强度,提高了菜籽的烘干效率。

如附图1-3所示,一种适用于菜籽的太阳能烘干装置,包括底板1、烘干室2、太阳能板3、旋转轴4、搅拌杆5、进气管6和行走轮7,其特征在于,所述的底板1上设置有支架8、控制器9、蓄电池10,所述的控制器9通过连接线17分别与蓄电池10、电机11连接,所述的烘干室2设置在支架8上,在烘干室2外壁上设置有电机11、进料口12、出料口13,并在烘干室2内壁上设置有轴承14,所述的太阳能板2设置在支架8上,并将太阳能板2通过导线与蓄电池10连接,所述的旋转轴4一端穿过烘干室2与电机11连接,另一端设置在轴承14内,并在旋转轴4上设置有固定块15,所述的搅拌杆5设置在固定块15上,并在搅拌杆5上设置有排气孔16,所述的旋转轴4、搅拌杆5均设置为中空结构,所述的进气管6与旋转轴4连接,并在进气管6与旋转轴4之间设置有密封圈18,采用太阳能为动力,使烘干装置能够在野外对菜籽进行烘干,扩大了烘干装置的适用范围,也增强了节能性,将旋转轴4、搅拌杆5均设置为中空结构,并将进气管6与旋转轴4连接,既能充分搅动烘干室内的菜籽,又能提高烘干室内的气流速率,从而提高菜籽的烘干效果,所述的行走轮7设置在底板1上,并在行走轮7上设置有锁扣19,通过行走轮7与锁扣19,便于烘干装置的移运,降低了人工搬运的劳动强度,提高了菜籽的烘干效率。

1.一种适用于菜籽的太阳能烘干装置,包括底板、烘干室、太阳能板、旋转轴、搅拌杆、进气管和行走轮,其特征在于,所述的底板上设置有支架、控制器、蓄电池,所述的烘干室设置在支架上,在烘干室外壁上设置有电机、进料口、出料口,并在烘干室内壁上设置有轴承,所述的太阳能板设置在支架上,所述的旋转轴一端穿过烘干室与电机连接,另一端设置在轴承内,并在旋转轴上设置有固定块,所述的搅拌杆设置在固定块上,并在搅拌杆上设置有排气孔,所述的进气管与旋转轴连接,所述的行走轮设置在底板上,并在行走轮上设置有锁扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于菜籽的太阳能烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的太阳能板通过导线与蓄电池连接。
