Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a refrigerator (not shown) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes at least one multi-temperature zone compartment 100, and the compartment 100 is a temperature-variable chamber or a temperature-variable drawer. Here, the refrigerator is taken as an air-cooled refrigerator as an example.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the compartment 100 includes an air inlet 101, an air outlet 102, a heat insulation plate 103, and a plurality of air outlets 104.
The inlet 101 is connected to the evaporator to introduce cold air into the compartment 100 and to discharge it through the outlet 102.
The thermal insulation panels 103 are used to divide the compartment 100 into a number of sub-compartments 10.
The plurality of air guiding openings 104 are used for communicating the plurality of sub-chambers 10.
The plurality of sub-chambers 10 are sequentially communicated into a sub-chamber array through the air guide opening 104, the first sub-chamber 10 of the sub-chamber array is communicated with the air inlet 101, the last sub-chamber 10 of the sub-chamber array is communicated with the air outlet 102, and cold air sequentially passes through the air inlet 101, the sub-chamber array and the air outlet 102 to enable the plurality of sub-chambers 10 to present temperature differences.
Here, taking four sub-chambers (a first sub-chamber 10a, a second sub-chamber 10b, a third sub-chamber 10c, and a fourth sub-chamber 10d) as an example, the first sub-chamber 10a is connected to the inlet 101, and the fourth sub-chamber 10d is connected to the outlet 102. After the cold air enters the first sub-compartment 10a from the air inlet 101, the cold air and the object in the first sub-compartment 10a generate a heat transfer phenomenon to increase the temperature, and the heated cold air enters other compartments through the air guiding opening 104, and so on, taking the example of entering the second sub-compartment 10b, until the cold air enters the fourth sub-compartment 10d and is discharged from the air outlet 102. Due to the fact that the temperatures of the cold air entering the sub-compartments 10 are different, temperature differences are displayed among the sub-compartments 10, and a user can store different articles in the sub-compartments 10 conveniently.
In the present embodiment, the opening directions of the plurality of sub-chambers 10 are the same, and a sealing strip is provided at the opening of each sub-chamber 10. As shown in fig. 1, the openings of the plurality of sub-chambers 10 are arranged forward, and a sealing strip is arranged at the opening of each sub-chamber 10 to prevent the cold air from flowing to the outside or the cold air between the plurality of sub-chambers 10 from streaming. In addition, the heat insulation plate 103 can further avoid the interference among the plurality of sub-chambers 10. Here, a plurality of sub-compartments 10 may share one door (or cover) or each sub-compartment 10 may be provided with an independent door (or cover).
In this embodiment, the plurality of compartments 10 may communicate with each other in various ways.
Referring to fig. 2, in the first embodiment, the plurality of sub-compartments 10 are connected in series, and the cool air is transmitted along a first path during the process of being transmitted from the first sub-compartment (the first sub-compartment 10a) to the last sub-compartment (the fourth sub-compartment 10 d).
That is, at this time, air guiding openings 104 are respectively provided between the first sub-chamber 10a and the second sub-chamber 10b, between the second sub-chamber 10b and the third sub-chamber 10c, and between the third sub-chamber 10c and the fourth sub-chamber 10d, the air inlet 101 communicates with the first sub-chamber 10a, the air outlet 102 communicates with the fourth sub-chamber 10d, and the cold air passes through the air inlet 101, the first sub-chamber 10a, the second sub-chamber 10b, the third sub-chamber 10c, and the fourth sub-chamber 10d in sequence and is discharged from the air outlet 102.
Here, it can be known from the principle of heat transfer that when the volume of the cold air is constant, if the heat exchange temperature difference is different, the heat exchange amount will be different, and therefore, different temperature zones will appear in different sub-compartments 10, for example, the temperature of the several sub-compartments 10 will tend to decrease with the flowing sequence of the cold air, so that the user can store different articles at the same time.
Referring to fig. 3, in the second embodiment, the plurality of sub-compartments 10 are connected in parallel, and the cool air is transmitted along at least a first path and a second path during the process of being transmitted from the first sub-compartment (the first sub-compartment 10a) to the last sub-compartment (the third sub-compartment 10 c).
That is, at this time, at least one sub-chamber 10 of the plurality of sub-chambers 10 is simultaneously communicated with the other sub-chambers 10, for example, air guiding openings 104 are respectively disposed between the first sub-chamber 10a and the second sub-chamber 10b, between the second sub-chamber 10b and the third sub-chamber 10c, between the third sub-chamber 10c and the fourth sub-chamber 10d, and between the fourth sub-chamber 10d and the first sub-chamber 10a, the air inlet 101 is communicated with the first sub-chamber 10a, the air outlet 102 is communicated with the third sub-chamber 10c, after the cold air enters the first sub-chamber 10a from the air inlet 101, the cold air enters the second sub-chamber 10b and the fourth sub-chamber 10d from the air guiding openings 104, and then the cold air in the second sub-chamber 10b and the fourth sub-chamber 10d enters the third sub-chamber 10c and is discharged from the air outlet 102.
Here, it can be known from the principle of heat transfer that when the volume of the cold air is constant, if the heat exchange temperature difference is different, the heat exchange amount will be different, and therefore, different temperature zones will appear in different sub-chambers 10, which is convenient for the user to store different articles at the same time. In addition, the purposes of rapid cooling of the sub-chambers, controllable temperature of the sub-chambers 10 and the like can be achieved through parallel connection, and the degree of freedom of temperature adjustment of the sub-chambers 10 is improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of sub-compartments 10 are arranged in a plurality of rows and columns, for example, in two rows and two columns in fig. 1, but of course, the sub-compartments 10 may be arranged in other manners.
Further, in the present embodiment, the volumes of the sub-compartments 10 are the same, for example, the four sub-compartments 10 in fig. 1 are distributed in the same volume, and of course, several sub-compartments 10 may have different volumes to accommodate different articles.
Further, in the present embodiment, at least two of the plurality of air guiding holes 104 have different sizes to control the temperature difference between the adjacent connected sub-chambers 10. In this embodiment, the air guide opening 104 is normally open, so as to simplify the compartment design. Of course, in other embodiments, a damper may be disposed at the air guiding opening 104, and the size of the air guiding opening 104 may be controlled by opening and closing the damper.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, by designing parameters such as the volume distribution of the sub-chambers 10, the communication manner between the sub-chambers 10, and the size of the air guide opening 104, the temperature difference between the adjacent communicated sub-chambers 10 can be effectively controlled, and the temperature of each sub-chamber 10 can be effectively controlled.
Further, in the present embodiment, in each sub-compartment 10, the cool air is transferred in the maximum diagonal direction. That is, the air guiding openings 104 or the air guiding openings 104 and the air inlet 101/the air outlet 102 are arranged diagonally, and the cold air is transmitted along the diagonal direction, so that the cold air can flow through the whole sub-chamber 10 as much as possible, and the uniformity of the temperature is ensured.
Further, in this embodiment, the multi-temperature zone compartment 100 for the refrigerator further includes a control unit (not shown), one of the plurality of sub-compartments 10 is provided with a temperature sensor 105 and a standard temperature T, when the temperature sensor 105 senses that the current temperature T1 of the sub-compartment 10 is not greater than the standard temperature T, the control unit controls the air inlet 101 to decrease the amount of air supplied, and when the temperature sensor 105 senses that the current temperature T1 of the sub-compartment 10 is greater than the standard temperature T, the control unit controls the air inlet 101 to increase the amount of air supplied.
Specifically, taking the example in which the temperature sensor 105 is provided in the third sub-chamber 10c, it is assumed that the standard temperature of the third sub-chamber 10c is 3 °. At a certain moment, when the temperature sensor 105 senses that the current temperature T1 of the third sub-compartment 10c is 2 °, it indicates that the cool air of the third sub-compartment 10c is sufficient, and since the temperature among the sub-compartments 10 of the present embodiment is consistent, the cool air of the other sub-compartments 10 should be sufficient, so that the intake air amount of the intake port 101 can be reduced; when the temperature sensor 105 senses that the current temperature T1 of the third sub-compartment 10c is 5 °, it indicates that the cold air in the third sub-compartment 10c is insufficient, and since the temperature of the several sub-compartments 10 in this embodiment is consistent, the cold air in the other sub-compartments 10 should be insufficient, so that the intake air amount of the intake opening 101 may be increased. Of course, the positions and number of the temperature sensors 105 are not limited to the above description, and may be determined according to actual situations.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
