Abstract
本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,尤其是一种散热型热风枪。其包括枪体、风管、加热器、风扇和手柄,风管和手柄分别连接在枪体的前后两端,加热器和风扇安装在枪体内,枪体的外围包裹有水腔,水腔上设有蒸发器。在枪体的外围包裹水腔,水腔上设有蒸发器,在水腔内注入冷却水后,可吸收枪体产生的高温热量,并通过蒸发器将热量发散,起到良好的散热降温作用。

本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,尤其是一种散热型热风枪。
背景技术
热风枪是一种产生用于各种用途的热气流的装置。热风枪包括内置有风扇的管状枪体。其工作原理是空气在风扇的作用下从枪体的一端被吸入,经过同样设置在枪体内的用于加热经过其上或其中的空气的加热元件之后,通过喷嘴从另一端吹出。现有的热风枪枪身温度较高,难以快速散热,影响正常工作。
发明内容
为了克服现有的热风枪难散热,影响正常工作的不足,本发明提供了一种散热型热风枪。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种散热型热风枪,包括枪体、风管、加热器、风扇和手柄,风管和手柄分别连接在枪体的前后两端,加热器和风扇安装在枪体内,枪体的外围包裹有水腔,水腔上设有蒸发器。
本发明的有益效果是,在枪体的外围包裹水腔,水腔上设有蒸发器,在水腔内注入冷却水后,可吸收枪体产生的高温热量,并通过蒸发器将热量发散,起到良好的散热降温作用。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种散热型热风枪,包括枪体1、风管2、加热器3、风扇4和手柄5,风管2和手柄5分别连接在枪体1的前后两端,加热器3和风扇4安装在枪体1内,枪体1的外围包裹有水腔6,水腔6上设有蒸发器7。

1.一种散热型热风枪,包括枪体(1)、风管(2)、加热器(3)、风扇(4)和手柄(5),风管(2)和手柄(5)分别连接在枪体(1)的前后两端,加热器(3)和风扇(4)安装在枪体(1)内,其特征是:枪体(1)的外围包裹有水腔(6),水腔(6)上设有蒸发器(7)。
