As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the cooling fan includes an evaporator bracket and a casing 1, and in order to mount the evaporator bracket to the casing 1, the casing 1 shown in fig. 5 is provided with a fixing portion according to the present invention. Further, the evaporator bracket of the present invention has an elastic fixing portion on the bracket body 2, so that a fitting structure (which is an elastic buckle structure) with a fixing function is formed by using the elastic fixing portion and the fixing portion. In a more preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic buckle 3 of the present invention comprises an elastic pressing arm 8 extending perpendicularly to the frame body 2 and two latch blocks 10 extending perpendicularly to the elastic pressing arm 8. Wherein, one end of the elastic pressing arm 8 is connected with the frame body 2 and extends along the direction far away from the frame body 2, and the other end extends to the bending part 9. The two clamping blocks 10 are respectively connected to both sides of one end of the elastic pressing arm 8 connected to the frame body 2, so that a clamping space is formed between the bending part 9 and the clamping blocks 10.
Accordingly, one side of the housing 1 has a recessed cavity in which the evaporator support is mounted. The clamping groove 4 is positioned at the edge of the side wall of the concave cavity corresponding to the elastic buckle 3, in order to realize the matching with the clamping block 10, the invention also arranges a baffle plate 11 parallel to the evaporator bracket in the clamping groove 4, and when the evaporator bracket is installed, the baffle plate 11 is clamped in the clamping space between the bending part 9 and the clamping block 10. When disassembly is required, the user can press down the elastic pressing arm 8 in fig. 2 with a finger, thereby releasing the engagement between the elastic buckle 3 and the card slot 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the evaporator bracket of the present invention further includes a limiting rib 5 connected to the second end of the bracket body 2, and a limiting notch 6 matched with the limiting rib 5 is formed on the housing 1. Referring to fig. 5, during installation, one end of the L-shaped limiting rib 5 is inserted into the limiting notch 6, and then the evaporator bracket is turned upwards until the elastic buckle 3 of the evaporator bracket reaches the clamping groove 4. Then, the evaporator mount is pushed inward while the elastic pressing arm 8 is pressed by hand to move the bent portion 9 from below the baffle plate 11 to the rear of the baffle plate 11, and then the pressing of the elastic pressing arm 8 is released, so that the baffle plate 11 is caught in the above-mentioned holding space.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the elastic buckle 3 of the present invention is located at a first side of the frame body 2, and the limiting rib 5 is located at a second side of the frame body 2, so as to facilitate installation and removal.
In order to facilitate the extraction, the installation and the disassembly, the evaporator bracket also comprises a handle 7 which is connected with the bracket body 2 and is positioned at the same side of the bracket body 2 with the elastic buckle 3, and the handle 7 is positioned at one side of the elastic buckle 3 close to the limiting rib 5. When the elastic pressing arm 8 is detached, a user can press the elastic pressing arm 8 with a thumb, and the other four fingers are buckled on the lifting handle 7 while pressing, so that the fingers of the user can exert force when pressing. After the clamping relation between the elastic buckle 3 and the clamping groove 4 is released through pressing, the evaporator bracket is enabled to incline outwards, and therefore the lifting handle 7 is grasped by a lifting hand to take out the whole evaporator bracket.
In an embodiment not shown, the elastic fixing portion of the present invention may also be a rubber plug, and the fixing portion is a hole, and the diameter of the rubber plug is larger than that of the hole. Preferably, the evaporator support comprises a handle 7 connected to the frame body 2, the handle 7 being located on the side of the frame body 2 remote from the elastic buckle 3. The handle 7 in this embodiment is also used for facilitating the operation of the user, and the same parts as those in the above embodiment are not described again. In this embodiment, the fixed mode of evaporimeter support is changed into rubber buffer complex mode, during the installation, impresses the rubber buffer in corresponding hole, utilizes the extrusion fit between rubber buffer and the hole, makes the evaporimeter support be fixed in on the casing. In contrast to the above-described operation, in this embodiment, the evaporator support is pushed horizontally into the support-mounting cavity, in which case the limiting rib 5 can be omitted.
The invention also provides a cooling fan which comprises the evaporator bracket mounting structure.
