本发明属于混凝土添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种水煤浆添加剂。本发明主要解决现有的水煤浆存在流动分散性差、水煤浆含水率高、能耗损失大和热能损失大的问题。本发明一种水煤浆添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分组成:萘系减水剂35~50、硅酸钠5~20、氢氧化钠1~4、葡萄糖酸钠1~4、柠檬酸钠1~2、木质素磺酸钠1~2和水5~16。本发明的添加剂可使水煤浆含水率下降,提高流动分散性,悬浮性,加快沉淀速度,减少用量,加入尿素后可以达到降低氮氧化物含量的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于混凝土添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种水煤浆添加剂。
背景技术
现有水煤浆采用单纯的木质素为主要成分,生产水煤浆时存在流动分散性差,且所生产水煤浆含水率高,能耗损失大,热能损失大。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有的水煤浆存在流动分散性差、水煤浆含水率高、能耗损失大和热能损失大的问题,提供一种水煤浆添加剂。
本发明为解决上述问题而采取的技术方案为:
一种水煤浆添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分组成:萘系减水剂35~50、硅酸钠5~20、氢氧化钠1~4、葡萄糖酸钠1~4、柠檬酸钠1~2、木质素磺酸钠1~2和水5~16。
进一步地,本发明还包括重量份数为15~20的尿素。
本发明水煤浆添加剂的制备方法,在室温室压下,利用叶轮搅拌器搅拌,先添加萘系减水剂和硅酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入葡萄糖酸钠,再搅拌混合均匀后,加入柠檬酸钠,再加入氢氧化钠搅拌混合均匀后使混合成分的pH值大于等于12,最后加水、木质素磺酸钠和尿素搅拌混合均匀制成。
本发明的添加剂可使水煤浆含水率下降,提高流动分散性,悬浮性,加快沉淀速度,减少用量,加入尿素后可以达到降低氮氧化物含量的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种水煤浆添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分组成:萘系减水剂(萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物)35、硅酸钠5、氢氧化钠1、葡萄糖酸钠1、柠檬酸钠1、木质素磺酸钠1和水5。
制备方法,在室温室压下,利用叶轮搅拌器搅拌,先添加萘系减水剂和硅酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入葡萄糖酸钠,再搅拌混合均匀后,加入柠檬酸钠,再加入氢氧化钠搅拌混合均匀后使混合成分的pH值大于等于12,最后加水和木质素磺酸钠搅拌混合均匀制成。
实施例2
一种水煤浆添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分组成:萘系减水剂(萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物)45、硅酸钠12、氢氧化钠2、葡萄糖酸钠3、柠檬酸钠1.5、木质素磺酸钠1.5、水10和尿素15。
制备方法,在室温室压下,利用叶轮搅拌器搅拌,先添加萘系减水剂和硅酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入葡萄糖酸钠,再搅拌混合均匀后,加入柠檬酸钠,再加入氢氧化钠搅拌混合均匀后使混合成分的pH值大于等于12,最后加水、木质素磺酸钠和尿素搅拌混合均匀制成。
实施例3
一种水煤浆添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分组成:萘系减水剂(萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物)50、硅酸钠20、氢氧化钠4、葡萄糖酸钠4、柠檬酸钠2、木质素磺酸钠2、水16和尿素20。
制备方法,在室温室压下,利用叶轮搅拌器搅拌,先添加萘系减水剂和硅酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入葡萄糖酸钠,再搅拌混合均匀后,加入柠檬酸钠,再加入氢氧化钠搅拌混合均匀后使混合成分的pH值大于等于12,最后加水、木质素磺酸钠和尿素搅拌混合均匀制成。
本发明的使用方法:
1、球磨加入一定量的煤粉和水;
2、球磨4-6个小时,可以根据需要的细度调整球磨时长,用时越长,磨的越细;
3、加入水煤浆添加剂成品,约浆料总量的7%;
4、开机球磨5-10分钟,均匀球磨浆料;
5、放浆到浆池储存备用。

Claims (3)

1.一种水煤浆添加剂,其特征是由以下重量份数的组分组成:萘系减水剂35~50、硅酸钠5~20、氢氧化钠1~4、葡萄糖酸钠1~4、柠檬酸钠1~2、木质素磺酸钠1~2和水5~16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水煤浆添加剂,其特征是还包括重量份数为15~20的尿素。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述水煤浆添加剂的制备方法,其特征是在室温室压下,利用叶轮搅拌器搅拌,先添加萘系减水剂和硅酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入葡萄糖酸钠,再搅拌混合均匀后,加入柠檬酸钠,再加入氢氧化钠搅拌混合均匀后使混合成分的pH值大于等于12,最后加水、木质素磺酸钠和尿素搅拌混合均匀制成。
